Pizza is a main course, but is also a pie. Therefore, I can eat pizza as my meal and have another pizza as my dessert.

When I need a left sock, there is none. When I don't need one, there is a surplus. I think the world is toying with me.

Bio

I am Searat
Half sea, Half rat, All Aqueous Rodent.

My role playing career is something i consider as a hobby of some sort but as to how long i have been role playing, I would say that i have three to four years under my belt. (Though most of the times I was role playing, they were nothing as serious as this and were more of a means to relieve stress with my friends or test out ideas that came to mind with them.)

As for my preferences to genres of role play, I would have no biases nor specific preferences to any genre and would be able to adapt to the genre as best I can when placed into it.

Some of my hobbies consist of: playing games, surfing the web, walking, bowling, darts, and cooking. I sometimes write and draw things but not as much to consider it to be a serious hobby.

If everyone is happy with what they got, I suggest that we make bee line back to the church.
Noted, GM.
Ed snatched up the gnarled stick and gripped it as hard as he possibly could. Underneath his blue gray fur, his knuckles whitened and his hands shook as he held onto his weapon as if his very life depended on it; and in his perspective at the moment, it might as well have been. Asteria had moved beside him...but her mother was nowhere to be seen. Ed then peers out slightly to see that the one making all that ruckus was a lone goblin. A young timid looking one at that. From the looks of what the little goblin had on her person. She was the source of the smell of smoke, earth, and vegetation.

Ed's sharp hearing could pick up the goblin girls mutterings and soon realized that he was the cause of their current predicament. Though she was currently not alerted of their presence, Ed thought simply to stay put and wait until the goblin left. He gave her one more cautious glance and finally saw that Asteria's mother was on a branch atop the goblins position, visibly distressed by the fact that the goblin was so close. He understood that surviving and living in this world would require him to keep killing and adapting, and Ed was willing to end her life...but her demeanor and young age caused Ed to hesitate and doubt himself. Perhaps this would be an occasion where she would not need to die? Ed looked down at Asteria and whispers to her. "Asteria, would it be possible to resolve this without killing her? I mean, if you have any alternative plans, I am willing to give it a shot. Perhaps bluffing and scaring her off?" From what Ed understood, the goblins were not very bright and that gave Ed hope that a good enough bluff could fool this one and convince her to leave on her own volition.

Condolences. Hope your grandmother recovers.
Considering Norn is a homebrew campaign, perhaps DM can bend the rules a little. But of course, bending rules within reason.

As the cyclopes fell, relief washed over the musketeer. So few in his homeland could claim to have fought against a giant, even less those who have won. Though this was not a time to celebrate, not just yet. The sounds of troglodytes approaching the combat area had soured the victory as the beasts were surely approaching to feast upon the cyclopes' corpse. Looking down he sees Raugar signal that he was going to search the orc woman's hideout. Roy replies with a quick nod. "Make it quick, paladin! Those beasts will be here soon!" Roy then holsters his rifle and attempts to find a quick and easy way down off the ruined building. He takes note of the bard's attempt at mimicking a vampire...as well as her poor state of being. "You are very brave for a kobold, bard, but there is no need to keep a brave face. I can see the degree of your injuries and if you need help, do not hesitate to ask me." Roy was a prideful man and he would have never acknowledged a kobold as an equal.

But Lilt was different from the common kobold. Where others would have fallen in the face of this threat and ran away with their tails in between their legs, she chose to stay and fight alongside them despite her battered and broken body. Such bravery and determination is to be respected and made an example of. Lilt had proven that she was no mere kobold and with that she had earned the respect worthy of what she was. A comrade in arms.

Congratulations guys. We felled the mighty beast.
Now, where to go? The hideout or the church?
Ed saw how easily Asteria climbed the tree and nodded. Perhaps she didn't need Ed to be ready to catch her. As she disappeared into the tree's foliage, he focused more on the smells he picked up. Trying to identify what the fruity smell was and locate where it was coming from. Ed muttered to himself quietly as he pauses to take more sniffs in the air. "Hmm *sniff sniff* sweet aroma. Definitely a fruit or berry...and smokey. Wait...what?" That was strange. He can't see any signs of a fire from his position. There was also an earthy hint that accompanied the smoky scent. Then he heard a rustle further in the forest. This caused the young ratman to take cover behind a tree, he didn't know what was causing the rustling but he was not too keen on finding out.

Ed began to Look around the immediate area for something he could use as a throwing weapon as well as a weapon proper. He wasn't sure that the thing causing that rustling was a foe, but better to be ready if it was and have the preemptive strike. Ed looks around for stones he could throw and perhaps a fallen branch he could use as a shiv or club.

"Understood, Director. The team building exercise will occur tomorrow morning. I have no further questions." Richard then salutes the director before using his free hand to let a yawn out quietly into his closed fist. He looks to the Dijin and ponders on his offer for drinks. "A good drink or two is good once in a while. I do hope that those drinks can treat magical exhaustion." Richard comments as he tries to gather enough energy to stand up and attend this little get together.

Astra was confused. How could an alcoholic beverage be capable of knocking someone down. It was an inanimate object and literally incapable of doing so. And why knock someone onto their donkey of all things? As far as the databases had given her, none of the agents present owned a donkey. There was so much more Astra had to learn from her more emotive companions and she was not going to let this chance of understanding more of them in a personal level, as well as a lesson in emotions, go by unanswered. "My body does not require traditional sustenance, but I am interested in attending this event."
Welcome, rabid one.
I see no issue there but its up to @Lucius Cypher though.
