Otachi's roar startled the crap out of Jackie, mainly because she wasn't expecting it. She nodded as Gipsy leapt out to deal with the threat. She didn't like it, but the android was right. The other gijinka could be a problem, and it was quite frankly easier to deal with the devil you knew.

"I'll do my best!" the Eldritchian yelled back, letting her illusion fall away and revealing herself in all her weirdness. Her myriad eyes started to scan at multiple distances and frequencies. It could be surprisingly difficult to distinguish between a human and a gijinka, but she'd have a better shot than most.

Jackie had been sitting in her room, reading, of all things, a romance novel. She didn't need to sleep, and she'd found the human ideas of love fascinating. Arranged marriages were the norm where she was from, so it was interesting to see a different view of things. Then the alarms blared. Joy.

She put her illusion on- granted, virtually everyone knew what she really was anyway, but it was polite not to freak them out- and headed down towards the briefing room. Hopefully, this would be a good hunt. It had been too damn long since she'd gotten to do field work.

Jakwilox, The Writhing Madness

Name: Jakwilox, but most humans call her Jackie

Illusionary Appearance:

True Appearance: Hoo boy. Her skin turns banana yellow, her face loses all features, her arms become tentacles, a dozen more tentacles sprout from around her waist, her legs melt into a muscular organ similar to a snail's foot, and she gains several hundred eyes all around her body from the neck down.

Gender: Eldritchians have about a dozen different genders, but as far as the usual goes, she identifies as female.

Age: Somewhere in the mid 20,000s; barely more than a teenager by her species standards.

Race: Kaiju Gijinka

Kaiju Size- About 35 meters, somewhat small for a kaiju

Allegiance: GDF- Sergeant with PPDF

Personality: Despite her truly bizarre appearance, Jackie is a good person at heart. She'll often take time out for someone in need, and if anyone at the base wants someone to talk to, she's always there to lend a friendly ear. She has a warped sense of humor; her favorite prank is to meet new recruits in her illusion form, then drop the illusion and watch their reaction (usually running screaming from the room).

Bio: In case you haven't noticed, Jackie isn't from around here. In fact, her home is in an entirely different dimension, where the laws of physics themselves often change spontaneously in events called "realityquakes". One of these ripped open a portal, and Jackie was sucked through. She awoke on a beach in Hong Kong, confused, frightened, and injured. A GDF tsk force found her, and she was able to convince them she meant no threat. They took her back to base, and helped her get back on her metaphorical feet. To repay the soldiers for their kindness, she asked for and was granted permission to join the GDF. She's been on several Kaiju hunts since, and has performed adequately.

Powers:

Illusion Crafting- Jackie can craft tangible, audible illusions. She often uses this when out in public, so as not to frighten civilians. Note that while organic beings may have difficulty discerning them from reality, any form of electronic surveillance can tell the difference immediately. She also cannot hold an illusion and use any of her other powers, except for telepathy.

Telepathy- Since Jackie has no mouth, she has to communicate mind-to-mind.

Ultimate Vision- Jackie can see in the infrared and visual parts of the electromagnetic spectrum, as well as magnify her vision as well as an electron microscope.

Electro Beam- Her main offensive power creates a beam of lightning dealing massive damage to a single target. It takes about 10 seconds to recharge.

Kaiju Growth- like any self-respecting monster, she can grow to a gigantic size

Other: With no mouth, Jackie cannot eat physical food. Instead, she eats emotions. To do this, she needs physical contact with whomever she's feeding from, and whatever emotion they're feeling will be lessened for several minutes.
