Mildor stared at him for a moment, understanding the true seriousness of the man's request. Lifting a hand to lightly scratch at his jaw, he would let out a low sigh. "You're.. Actually talking to the wrong person, I'm afraid. While I'm adept when it comes to combat, my sister is the one who's true scouting and tracking is most proficient, as well as her ability with stealth. You may have more look with her, to be honest." A pause would come from the elf before he would murmur, his face still serious, "I will help you in regards to relieving Sargom of the object He wishes to have, but as far as tracking your sister.. My own would benefit you the most."

Hello all!

Finally deciding to post my own interest check!

Some things you should know about this interest check:

- A roleplay partner that doesn't mind that I am currently in college, and so my posting will be scattered throughout the week, but my weekends should expect some pretty active posting.
- There will be multiple genres provided - I am pretty flexible with the type of genre you may choose and may want to pursue, and if there is anything that you want to tweak, just let me know!
- This is tagged a mature roleplay. That means I would prefer it if you are 18+, as I am, and that mature content is expected to happen. I am also pretty flexible with the relationship types that we can conjure - MxF, FxM, MxM, FxF. Doesn't matter to me - I can roleplay both genders and I am comfortable with RPing all sorts of relationships!
- This RP can be anywhere you'd like. We can create a thread in the 1x1 board and move to PMs whenever mature content comes about, or just stick it to PM to limit that hassle - Whatever works for you!

Now, for the fun part, the genre types!
I listed multiple genres in the tags, some of them being Romance, Fantasy, Nation, Slice of Life, Sci-Fi, and Post-Apocalyptic. Here are some of my ideas for each genre!
REMINDER: All listed plots can be expected to have some mature content within them, so be aware of that. It may be listed as Romance, but this overall Interest Check IS 18+.

Post-Apocalyptic / Romance / Nation [18+]
EDIT: Because of the high demand on this plot, I'll have to close it for now!
- Walking Dead similar roleplay. Zombies are still present, but the overall shock of their presence is over and is now considered normal. Safe towns are scattered throughout the country, as well as citizens taking the necessary precautions in order to survive. The internet is no longer usable, but some landline phones are still usable. Cars are scarce, unless you find a viable gas source. Transportation would be considered either on foot, or on horseback. Guns are important, and raids or trades with other towns for guns and ammunition is also common. Our characters could either run into each other in a safe town, or outside in zombie territory, one saving the other from death. The meeting is up to you.

Fantasy / Romance / Nation / Military (Based off of the book series, The Red Queen) [18+]
- There are two factions - The Elves and the Humans. Halflings can occur, but is a rarity due to each of the faction's distaste to one another. The elves are the highest within the country, or believe that they have divine ownership over the land. Humans are the lower, working middle class, while the elves are up within the royal and higher rankings of society. The country is currently at war with another that views the roles differently, and the elves are using the humans as "disposable pawns", with elves being the generals. Our characters could be elf x human, or from different sides of the war, whichever best works for you.

Slice of Life / Military / Modern / Romance [18+]
- Involved with the more modern / realistic world. Both characters can live in different parts of the country and meet via online. Jobs can be expected to be relatively normal jobs [lawyer, nursing, teacher, the trades, military, etc.]. Relationships would work out similar to how relationships exist within current society. Overall, a plot based within our current society. Flexibility is the key within this plot.

Sci-Fi / Futuristic / Romance / Military [18+] (based off of the web comic - The Starfighter)
- The humans of Earth are currently at war with an alien force currently trying to invade the planet. All combat has been done within space between their two planets, involving fighting space ship/jets with safe areas housing space stations throughout their designated territories within space. The characters would either be involved in a relationship and one is in the war, or they meet through military training and are assigned partnership for combat.

Mildor had grown somewhat alarmed when the caravan snapped apart, but he quickly discovered that some of the artisans and carpenters amongst their rankings were quite good at their craft, and while the caravan was moved to the edges of the forest to hinder future problems, he would assign a couple of these intelligent allies to fix and / or replace the wagon wheel, so when they were able to move out once more they could do with every wagon they started this journey with.

Once that was accomplished and after he listened to the scouts' report, he would focus his attention back to Felnor. After he mentioned his sister being amongst those taken, his facial expression turned grave and empathetic. If Aegnith had been taken.. Mildor would've ripped every stone from that mountain apart until he found her. He extended a hand and placed it on Felnor's shoulder. "We will get her back," He promised to the male. He didn't take it too personal that his race was mentioned, since nothing was discriminatory. "My natural abilities for what, may I ask?"

I'm gonna end up starting to set myself flipping reminders so I remember to come check this site and answer to my roleplays, because I can imagine it's getting a tad bit annoying that my responses are slim to like, none. :T

I'm starting to find a balance now at least, between school and work and then social life. Know for a fact that my most active will be during the weekends, but I'll be answering at least once a day at night, after work. Unless I don't work, then. xD

The elven duo had been a bit surprised that the majority, if not all, of that elves that had decided to take the caravan had decided to follow them, as if they were the unspoken leaders of their race in this dangerous journey. Mildor took up the responsibility the best he could, using their heritage to his advantage. He would often send scouts up ahead and have them return to relay information before the group would head forth, elves having a knack for being quick and silent, observant and intelligent.

Aegnith had preferred to let her brother become the unspoken leader of their small race group within the much larger in order to seek vengeance against the chaos that reigned. She stuck with the crowd, almost becoming a phantom within her own rankings.

Mildor was walking alongside his sister now, having been waiting for Sargom to say something regarding the future pathway, and if it would be wise to send out some scouts to look out what was ahead before they'd proceed. His long, pointed ears would lightly twitch when one would speak to him, and he'd turn his head to that who had been crying a lot as of late. It had come to his attention that amongst the causalities, he had lost someone. "Yes, it is." He tilted his head a bit. "And yours is? I apologize. I'm not very social."

Finished the first week. Started the second week. Not as hectic but at the same time, yes. I'm managing though. I love college so much more than high school, but it sucks up so much time. >:T

Aegnith and Mildor would share a timid glance with one another, their shared gaze speaking a conversation without words or sound, before a nod would come from Mildor. He'd give a low sigh before standing, his bow strung across his back as he'd lift a hand lazily and say, "I am, and so is she."

Aegnith would stand beside him, her long blonde locks blowing in the gentle breeze was taking hold across the lands, now that the tainted was done blocking out the nature around them. She would remain quiet, but her gaze was trained forward, fiercely looking at the mountains in the distance.

I know you're probably fed up with me at this point for not answering quickly and instead answering once every couple days, but I swear, life is plotting to kill me.

College started Monday, and it's pretty lax so far but literally, my job scheduled me to work the entire week, minus the weekend. I get home from work, literally spend maybe 30 minutes here and then I leave again. is currently dying.

I just wanted to let you know, and I am so so so SO sorry for being so slow and making you wait so long. ;-;
