"Yes, I don't really take much space. I was just thinking about getting new clothes to be honest. That and I also need new books to read." He talked as he followed the two girls.

On the way out of the docks Silver looked around the place, taking in the scenery. Then Gratia kindly shared her thoughts. Silver almost felt a jab to his side. "I don't really mind paying for my own things, but..." He looked down to what he was wearing "A-are these really THAT bad?" Maybe he didn't care all that much about what clothes he wore, but did Gratia have to be so blunt? And did this Venetia dress even worse than him?

"Silver Applegate, pleased to meet you." He said shaking Beryl's hand. She seemed almost like an opposite of Gratia, flashing a welcoming smile. Silver also noticed that she was a Faunus, taking a quick look at her tail before bring his eyes up.

"So the uniforms got delayed or you two kept your old ones because of this program? I didn't bring mine from Atlas, so I could be in a bit of trouble. I should consider messaging my dad on this." Hopefully his father could mail it to him in time for his classes in a worst case scenario. "So, should we be going? Can I expect a tour of the academy on our way to the dorms?" He asked jokingly.

Not even ten steps away from the ship, Silver was greeted by a woman. She sounded like she would rather be anywhere other than here and looked non too pleased. Strangely enough she wasn't wearing the local uniform.

"Ah, you must be Gratia Mindaro." He replied, putting on a soft smile. "Yes, I received the message not too long ago. I wasn't expecting it to be so quick though. People here are pretty organized."

"Say, did you just transfer in as well? That uniform's from Haven, isn't it?"

Silver looked through the window of the ship as Beacon Academy came into view. The central tower stood out quite magnificently from the surrounding structures.

"We will be arriving at Beacon shortly. Please check your belongings before leaving the ship." The pilot announced over the comms.

Silver hadn't brought much with him, in fact his Huntsman equipment took up more space in his bags than casual clothes. That's even including the white shirt and black parka and leather pants he was wearing. That and his blue aviators hanging just above his forehead.

"I should really get some new clothes..." He said as he looked over the contents of his bags. He had a spare of his usual clothing in his backpack and his weaponry and ammunition on a shoulder bag. "Well, this'll do for a day or two."

The ship began its descent and in no time it had landed. Silver stood up, took his bags and took a deep breath before heading for the door.

He stared out through the open door for a moment before leaving, the sight was almost like a picture taken straight from a fantasy book. With another deep breath, Silver stepped out of the ship.

Equipment:

A single edged gunblade with a revolver style feed. Designed to be used on the left handed (revolver drum opens to the right). Uses several types of ammunition: fire dust rounds that explode in flames. Used for close quarters battles for extra damage or distractions; wind dust rounds used to propel Silver through short distances with no direct offensive potential; lastly rifle rounds for distance shooting, though the length of the barrel limits its effective range to 100m at best.

A single shot hand canon pistol that uses high caliber ammo reinforced with refined fire dust to give it an extra oomph. Can take out most if not all Feind class and some in Riesen class with a single shot, but consequently the recoil is very strong. Sophisticated reload system ejects the used up casing when chamber is opened for faster reload. Ammunition is expensive to produce, so Silver rarely stockpiles more than 10 rounds at a time. Silver isn't exactly sure if people with Aura can take the shot and he's afraid to find out. Because of this he would never use it in a sparring match.

Something he calls a dampening weave worn around his right hand and forearm. Used to absorb the recoil from his hand canon. Requires calibration after repeated usage of hand canon for proper absorption. Completely negates the effect of his wind dust rounds. Looks like a black fingerless glove with metal lines running over the tendons of the top of his hand and forming circles on the palm area.

Lastly, a suit with some resistance to fire so he doesn't burn himself with his own fire dust rounds (a stupid mistake he's not willing to repeat). It's completely black and has a leathery look and texture, though it's not made of leather. Basically a firefighter suit made for battle.

Specialty: Support/Warrior. Silver prefers to stay away from his enemies when fighting in/against a group with the use of his Semblance, reading the flow of battle and providing quick tactical analises and strategies to his teammates. When in a duel, however, the usage of his Semblance is at its full potential allowing Silver to predict his opponent's moves. In some cases he can play the role of a Marksman, but it's very situational.

Semblance:
Blue Destiny: Activated with a blink of his eyes, turning them into a deep blue, Silver becomes extremely focused on what he sees. When active, his Semblance turns everything he sees into information that is rapidly processed and used to predict what comes next. An enemy's attack, a bullet's trajectory, the answer to an equation can all be analysed with a high degree of accuracy. This comes hand in hand with a sharp increase in reaction time, allowing him to avoid or counter an attack.

This increase in focus has its share of downsides though. While he can effectively avoid almost all attacks from a single enemy, he needs to keep his eyes on his enemy to calculate their next moves. He also gets a serious case of tunnel vision, so his back and flanks are left completely open to other enemies while he uses his Semblance.

The increase in reaction time is, of course, meaningless if his enemy can move faster than Silver; it helps, but he won't be able to keep up forever. It is also important to note that certain things are plain impossible to predict even with his eyes and a truly random pattern of actions are beyond his calculations (refer to Deadpool vs Taskmaster for details).

Personality: Silver is the kind of guy you always see with a faint smile on his face, being very polite and approachable. He respects everyone equally, never judging a book by its cover, be them the clown or the ace of the class, because he believes everyone has something in them that makes them special whether they make an effort to hide it for a reason or not, just as he has a reason to hide things from others. He used to be quite snarky from time to time, a habit he lost over time.

This way of treating others can be seen as condescending to some, however, and keep them away from him, much to Silver's dismay. This is exactly what happened during his time in the Combat School, especially after he developed his Semblance, leading him to become isolated. Some of his colegues still kept contact with him, but they couldn't exactly be called friends. Still, he cannot change the way he is and keeps treating everyone else the same way, expecting he'll receive the same treatment in return and hopping someone accepts him the way he is. Due to him not having any friends he became a bit unused to having people close to him, yet he yearns for it.

When activating his Semblance he becomes completely deadpan, turning off his emotions as if flipping a switch. Most would say that his glare pierces right through them, which made his old colleges become afraid of him.

Silver is the son of a weapon development teacher in the Combat Academy he attended and tries to honor that by making his own weapons the best he could possibly forge. Him enlisting to a Hunter Academy is a means to an end, all for him to test how well he can make weapons so that one day he can be relied upon to make quality equipment to those that need them. Despite the importance he gives to weapons and equipment, he doesn't feel a need to name any of his gear.

Likes: Reading, talking and weapons. He also enjoys working on weapons and has an urge to touch Faunus ears or tails whenever he's close to one, but is too polite to ever act on it (unless permitted).

Dislikes: Rudeness, especially when uncalled for, disorder and being alone.

Shoulder length slightly messy silver hair, his namesake, light green eyes and a pretty boy face still being shaped by puberty and no facial hair. He stands at 1,77 meters, weighs 61 kg and has a well trained shape with no sign of fat anywhere. When not in uniform he usually keeps his hair tied in a ponytail and wears a black parka over a plain white T-shirt, blue jeans or black leather pants and common sneakers. Plain looking if not for his white hair. He carries around a pair of blue shades at all times that he uses to hide his Semblance.

In combat he wears his protective suit over whatever he's wearing prior. He keeps his hand canon holstered on his right leg and carries a metal sheath for the gunblade on his back. He also constantly wears his shades.

Extra: He's originally right handed, but trained himself to be ambidextrous after an accident with his hand canon.

This is something I'd like to elaborate in character, but this is actually his second hand canon. He made his first before he could use his Aura and it broke his arm. After he developed his Aura and made the dampening weave he made a new hand canon with fire dust to be even more powerful. In terms of how big a Grimm it can kill I'd say a single shot for most if not all Feind class and some in Riesen class. Kinda crazy now that I think of it, but it's his answer to tough armor and hide. He won't be using it often given the ammo limit though.

As for you second question, did Coco ever remove her shades in a battle?

I didn't give that much thought... I just wanted it to be kinda like the sneaking suit from Metal Gear Solid, but much more toned down. I guess it could be said it's like the fire suits used by firefighters, but customized for battle.
