Background: Wallace was born as the first male and fourth-generation magus of the Williams family, but it was not a very prestigious line. Descended from the Salem Witches, his family were mere practitioners of Formalcraft. His great grandmother, the first generation, was the lover and maid of a magus who moved to the Americas. Seeing her potential and being in need of an assistant took her under his wing and taught her Formalcraft. Eventually, she got pregnant with his daughter. During this time the Witch trials were but a few violent groups but still common and having been carelessly left a ritual circle near their house. Her mentor having been taken by the mob while she was out collecting herbs, she took what little knowledge that wasn’t destroyed and fled. 

His grandmother, the second generation, was the first to seriously follow the path of magecraft, going deeper into the study of Formalcraft through the use of her virgin blood. She was able to improve their version of Formalcraft through this practice, which led her to begin creating the prototype for Burning Red. It was also at this time that their family took on the name Williams in honor of all those who died indirectly due to their existence. His mother being born in an era where the trials were no longer an obstacle continued his grandmother's research finally finishing Burning Red and bringing their Formalcraft on the cusp of being established as a 'theory’. Wallace having been born with the greatest circuit quality his family had ever produced was dotted on constantly by his mother in the ways of the moonlit world, his childhood becoming that which resembled a normal magi’s child. Through this upbringing, Wallace was able to be the first to truly dabble with true magecraft such as Witchcraft. Seeing such progress his mother used all the remaining money of the family to give him tuition for use in the Clock Tower as well as bestowing the crest at a very young age.

Personality:
Gentle and open to read is the first impression people have of Wallace, a person unsuited to be a magus. He acts polite to the point of being called a doormat and people describing him as having masochistic tendencies. He is also a mythology enthusiast and an avid reader, always trying to learn more and more on how to improve his craft and always seems to be paying attention to his surroundings. 

Underneath all this Wallace is a person burdened by responsibility. He lets others step on him to not make enemies. He acts polite to curry favor from others. He always pays attention to his surroundings to plan for his next move. He at his core is a person trying to do everything to nurture his family’s work, traversing the hierarchy of the clock tower while avoiding any potential danger. A two-faced person solely focused on his goal and always acting in a way to further his plans. 

[Abilities]
Williams's Magic Crest: A simple square left blank, it is merely a container for spells that Wallace and his descendants will fill. It supports Wallace's regular spellcasting and, whenever he gets heavily injured, the Crest is capable of keeping him alive for as long as there is still magical energy inside his body. Located under his right armpit. 

Herbology: He is adept at gathering and using, various plants and herbs both magical and mundane for the use of medicine and magecraft.

Chemistry: He is an adept chemist having most of his knowledge coming from the modern world. His skill level is at an above-average college student.

Research: He is skilled in gathering information about subjects. Honed through his study in the Clock Tower.

Medicine: Frequently drawing blood from himself and his peers he knows the basics and first aid, in order to not accidentally cut an artery on a human and cut one on an animal.

Modern Sense: A rare skill among magi, he actually knows how the technology works and how to use it.

Types of Magecraft:
Witchcraft: While only being recently elevated to the status of Magecraft, Wallace uses the various knowledge accumulated through the years of Formalcraft to a frightening degree. Able to mold simple feathers into darts filled with debilitating magic to attack opponents. The capacity to control plants, causing them to grow rapidly to become physical obstacles or traps. As well as sending dangerous curses through the use of DNA. Wallace possesses a versatile craft that can be used for various situations as long as he has the necessary components and Od.

Alchemy: While not capable of the type used by true alchemists. Wallace is able to brew potions that are closer to science rather than magic, with certain components like blood or hair of rare creatures, he could achieve higher effects though but not on the level of a clock tower alchemist.

Hypnotic Suggestion: A basic magecraft for all Magi to keep the secrecy of the Clock Tower. He is skilled enough to protect the secrecy of magic and manipulate non-magi for long periods of time.

Bounded Field Creation/Destruction: A basic magecraft for all Magi to keep their workshop protected. He is skilled enough to divert attention away from a large area, detect when someone is inside it, and destroy it as long as it is not too intricate.

Transference of Consciousness: A: A basic magecraft for all Magi to use for scrying. He typically chooses birds and cats for the purpose of espionage.

Swabs and Vials: Wallace typically carries a set of swabs and vials in order to gather DNA for his curses.

Straw Dolls: Simple mana enriched dolls used for directing curses by placing the victim’s DNA.

Crow Feathers: a bag of plucked crow feathers for use as conduits for Witchcraft.

Bag: A shoulder-strap bag that contains straw dolls and talismans.

Chemistry Set: Standard magus chemistry set, he uses it to brew his potions. It can also be used for normal Chemistry.

Chemistry Protective Gear: Gas Mask, Goggles, Gloves, Lab Coat, etc. The necessities when working with Chemicals and to not stupidly cause chemical burns.

Mystic Codes:
Burning Red- A specialized type of mystic code and heirloom of the Williams Family. It appears as a red book bound by Salamander Skin, each page has a magic circle made out of the blood of virgin women who has an affinity for each of the four elements. It is Wallace’s main tool for combat since it greatly assists in launching and empowering elemental attacks without draining his own reserves. Still, it is nothing more than a simple book if there is no mana in the area to use. It also has the unfortunate cost of needing to be regularly charged by the blood of virgin women.

Background // Li is an orphan. Or rather, she is an abandoned child, whose parents sold her to the Triads after they were unable to pay a debt to them. At first she was about to be sold as "labour" overseas, but when a certain Magi that worked with the Triads noticed that she has abnormal amount of prana, she was taken in as his apprentice instead.

Well, perhaps apprentice is not the most accurate word. Perhaps due to her subpar talent when it comes to studying higher level miracles, she was only taught two basic skills: conversion of power, and reinforcement sorcery. Most of her waking hours are filled with infusing talismans with magic for her master. And whenever she is not doing that, she is lent to the Triads to do "field exercises".

Ironically, these occassions are the part of her life that has the most semblance of normalcy. She get to wear dresses, experiment around with makeup with other women, talk to people, visit markets, shopping malls, casinos, etc.. At least until she or her colleagues managed to get the attention of their target. In which her task usually changes to "kill the target and eliminate the traces", or "collect as much information from the target by any means necessary, silence them, and eliminate the traces".

This routine continued for years without any sign of change, until suddenly her master told her to pack up her stuff and prepare for a trip abroad. Apparently he received an invitation for a banquet of some sort, and he needed her support for something.

Personality //Aloof and difficult to read is the first impression people have of Li. It's not that she is silent or not willing to interact with others, but rather that she has a subconscious boundary that keep relationship with other people at surface level. People who interact with her often felt that something is off with her, like her general air is at odds with whatever she is doing. Her penchant to talk to herself did not help stuff either. Due to these circumstances, not many people interact with her outside of jobs.

Li is very fond of cats, but even this sentiment is one-sided.
Perhaps, you could say she is starved of affection? Even the person in question herself is not sure on what she feels.

Background:
Wu is a magi who affiliates himself with the Triads. Born of a declining line of Magi, his early years were pretty typical of such a family: harsh training and physical experimentation day in and day out. His family did everything in their power to raise his power, be it using traditional methods, or even relying on the despicable Western Thaumaturgy.

At 15 years old, Wu was sent to the Clock Tower to further his study, where he spent ten or so years of his life. There, while his ability and repertoire of skill as a magi grew exponentially, he still could not find any method to raise his own magic circuit quantity. Not one which would not endanger his life or have major drawback, at the very least.

In the end, he decided to give up and return to China. He thought he would bury his ambition for power for the next generation, and live a life amassing wealth and power under the triad instead. You know, investing into the future and such. Yet, he somehow managed to struck gold during his first year there.

A mongrel child, no older than 10 years, had somehow landed on the hands of the Triad. She was capable of prana way beyond even Wu himself. And most importantly, she was without either knowledge of magic, protection of a guardian, or even a will to live. Truly, she was a gold mine. The giving-tree, as his family would often said.

Thus, using his new "disciple" he accomplish many feats he was unable to before. With his newfound power, he rose quickly through the rank of the Triads, and made himself known in the Magi underworld. A name that, quite unexpectedly, big enough to land him an invitation for a false Grail War.

"This is it. This is my chance to fulfill my lifelong obsession!" He thought to himself.

Surely enough, he rose to the occassion. Bringing his trusty battery along with him, he boarded a flight to Switzerland. He had read about experimentation regarding the use of Chimaeras as a summoning Catalyst before. He was confident he could replicate - nay, improve upon it. And he, too, had the ingredients at the ready. What is there to fear?

And thus, with great anticipation he closed his eyes for a quick repose before the upcoming war. Dreams of riches and power flooded his mind as his plane flew across the sea and towards their destination.

Types of Magecraft:
Taiji - The flow of Yin and Yang, endemic to Ancient China. Wu is no longer proficient in its application due to his switch to the Western Thaumaturgy, but he still retain an intimate knowledge over the concept.
Breathing and Walking - Another core concept he learned during his early childhood. He had mostly leave it underdeveloped after his time as a student in Clock Tower, however.
Talisman Making - Wu is proficient with making intricate inscriptions to talismans. Typically they are used to restraint others, or blow things up. The more complex ones he has in his arsenal can be used to mind control those with less resistance to mental influence - similar to Jiangshi in concept - but with living people.
Reinforcement Sorcery - The sorcery that first converted Wu to the way of Western Thaumaturgy. The simplicity and efficiency simply blew his mind. Wu is proficient at strengthening his body to be more durable, and his feet to make him run faster and jump higher. His mediocre prana does not allow him anything superhuman, but it is suffice to say that he's better than your average Triads goons.

Seems fine to me. Wu is more a plot device than anything, so his sheet isn't as relevant. You can, however, post Li in the characters without any worry.

Appearance: Kseniya is a tall woman with dark red hair, bright baby blue eyes and a professional dancer’s willowy physique. She keeps her red hair long but most always ties it back. In the conventional sense she’s something of a bombshell: heart shaped face, pouty lips, perfect cheekbones, but this is mitigated by the scars around her neck, the one running down her right eye, and a myriad of similar marks running down her forearms. She rarely wears makeup save for a deep red lipstick and prefers the comfort of jeans tank, tops, and when in the presence of Lord Balthasar Sokolov, a pant suit.

Background: Kseniya began her tumultuous life as an orphan in St. Petersburg, and never knew her real parents. She was discovered by the Sokolov Mage family and taken in to act as the Heiress’s Czarina’s bodyguard due to her relative street smarts and apparent tenacity (she’d amassed the trophies of several fights before entering into the orphanage Balthasar found her at. What’s more she had the glimmer of a powerful set of magical circuits already in her system. She was adopted and made the adoptive sister of Czarina and together the pair were trained in Magecraft like the pair were to both receive the Sokolov Crest. From basic magecraft to understanding the Sokolov family’s brand of Ice Magecraft, Kseniya learned well, mostly happy to have a free meal. She’d heard of people like the Sokolov’s, strange people who made orphans disappear, but Czarina’s openness, kindness put Kseniya’s mind at ease and the pair became fast friends despite their differences. 

Together they were a cunning pair with Czarina’s sharp tongue and abundant curiosity and Kseniya’s pragmatic nature and agile mind, they proved a devilish pair of girls for the maid staff. Kseniya managed to barely keep up with the well learned heiress in magecraft, but where learning to fight was involved, Kseniya excelled at, even picking up the nuances of Self Reinforcement Magecraft with the skill of a natural. Balthasar often had the girls spar, more for the pair to learn the other’s idiosyncrasies than to determine who was better. And they appeared evenly matched. Czarina’s superior spellcraft matched Kseniya’s superior fighting skill and soon they learned each other's habits to the point their sparring matches turned into a dance. The next challenge they would face would be to spar with Balthasar himself, together. Most days they couldn’t land a blow near him and for their troubles would receive a stinging slap on the back or arms but they learned to work together better and by the time they were sixteen, managed to land a blow on Balthasar. 

It was here their paths diverged as Czarina was sent to the Clocktower to learn more advanced magecraft, while Kseniya was further trained in fighting. Her training turned dangerous as she was trained in knife fighting, combat tactics, marksmanship. She received assignments as well such as infiltrating high security prisons, taking out deadly targets, even walking the slums at night in nothing but a shift. Kseniya was molded into a proficient, deadly assassin under Balthasar. She managed to keep in touch with Czarina through letters and found herself relying on them as the months wore on. She hated the training she was going through and Czarina’s beautiful script and flowery letters were a light at the end of the tunnel. She knew she was being molded to become Czarina’s bodyguard and loyal soldier when she came of age, but as their letters became more frequent and the distance between the in the moment she read them disappeared she found herself feeling more than sisterly affection for Czarina.   

When Kseniya turned eighteen, three months before Czarina’s return from England, Balthasar gave her a name. This was nothing new, she received a name and it meant this person needed to be killed but this time he wanted the target alive. A strange request as Balthasar prefered his rivals dead and buried. Kseniya shrugged off the oddness of the assignment and went  to work. Her target: Nathaniel Berenberg. Her mission was successful, though a challenge. Upon delivering the rival Mage to Balthasar, she was immediately prepared to receive Nathaniel’s Crest. 

Flabbergasted, she learned the truth of Nathaniel’s purpose. He’d entered into a Geas with Balthasar, one that was open ended in what Balthasar could ask for. Nathaniel was powerless to resist the contract and so the Berenberg family crest became Kseniya’s, and with it the secrets of a family once Sokolov’s ally and friend. Her purpose was now set, to remain by Czarina’s side, to bear children and provide strength to the Crest she has received. 

Upon her return from the Clocktower, Czarina’s and Kseniya’s reunion was one of tears and laughter but they'd both changed drastically. Czarina had become more pragmatic and less scatterbrained, while Kseniya had grown calloused and numb. Still, together they became strong. Kseniya became Czarina’s bodyguard but a longing developed between them, and soon they became lovers. 

Balthasar became furious of their union, believing it a betrayal from both. A civil war was sparked when he tried to force them apart. Czarina had prepared allies among her cousins, while Kseniya’s skills made her Gerard among Sokolov allies. In the end Czarina and Kseniya won, killing Balthasar, it came atva price, Czarina was poisoned, a slow creeping thing, slowed only by Czarina’s considerable power as a healer. There was no way to stop it, and Czarina was told she had a year, at best. 

Personality: Kseniya is guarded, ruthless, and without mercy. She approaches human life much like a real mage does, as a means to an end. She’s calculating, and often quiet, enjoying the silence. 

Abilities: 

Back Alley Tactics: Kseniya learned how to brawl, knife fight, and use sleight of hand when in combat from St. Pertersburg’s professional criminal element. Enhanced by her Magecraft, Kseniya’s fighting style is a brutal, chaotic grab bag of knives, boxing, and trickery. 

Marksmanship: Trained in the KGB as a sniper, Kseniya found her calling as a crack shot, capable of hitting a target a mile away. She keeps a collapsible silenced .308 rifle in a suitcase. She stays away from smaller caliber guns and sidearms, exercising a disdain for them.  

Magecraft/Mysteries:
 
Berenburg Family Crest: A stolen crest but now Kseniya’s, the Berengurg Crest grants her access to Lightning Magecraft, Reinforcement Magecraft and Basic Magecraft. It also gives the weirder knowledge of the Berenburg Treasure, a specialized spell, Lightning Vigor. 

Lightning Magecraft: through the application of mana, the caster manifests the lightning element for a variety of spells. 

*Reinforcement Magecraft: A low ranked elemental Magecraft that allows the wielder to reinforce the body or objects with mana. 

*Basic Magecraft: Encompasses the mundane arts of a mage: Basic Alchemy, Basic Bounded Field Creation, Basic Mental Manipulation, and Basic Familiar Creation. (These she was trained with from the start and is proficient in each at.) 

Lightning Vigor: A blend of reinforcement and lightning magecraft, this spell wraps the caster’s body in lightning infused mana to greatly enhance their speed in quick bursts. For a split second they appear as a bolt of lightning, a blur to the naked eye. 

Глаз Oрла: A bounded field taught to her by Balthasar, perfected for the Grail War, and the only practical application of Magecraft her own, Kseniya crafts this bounded field on the fly, boasting a long range border that creates a three dimensional mapin her mind. Mana within concentrates around living beings, allowing her to mark their position in her mind. 

Разрушенный Pазум: It is unclear if this is a manifestation of Magecraft or a minor Miracle, but what drew Balthasar to Kseniya is her unique ability to split her consciousness one of three ways. A phenomenon that allows her split her mind to coordinate on their own, process the information her body intakes and act accordingly. Normally, she has one shard of her mind handle controlling the body, another her Magecraft, and the last plan or wait in the background. 

Azreal’s Knuckles: a special pair of spiked knuckles forged from a variety of metals and a shard of metal extracted from the Middle East by the Sokolov Family decades before. Thought have been part of the blade the Old Man in the Mountain once wielded, Kseniya had them metaled down and forged into the spikes for a pair of knuckles. They are cursed with the Origin of Death that causes the flesh the make contact with whither and die.

I think you're dabbling a bit too hard here, trying to have your foot in both worlds. Further, its practically impossible to steal a crest unless you're an expert in the field. Most crests that aren't from the family line reject and likely kill those who try to use them, this is even possible within Magi Families.

Lightning, generally, isn't a magecraft either. It's the application of Fire and heat and giving it a directionality instead of a radius. Likely if you make your elemental affinities you could manage it with Wind and Fire in conjunction, and enough effort. If you're merely a mercenary using guns there would be no point to even bothering with this highly complex thaumaturgy if you're just going to shoot someone.
