Just to confirm, is Dr. Eileen Fang accepted?
So with the collab post, Din reaches lvl 3 and I'm thinking of giving her another power:

Spell of Spring - Din swings the Rod of Seasons, enticing vegetation in the targeted patch of terrain to grow. This can be used to create physical barriers of wood and vine, or temporarily bind foes in place with grass and roots.
Haruishi Mari

Quirk: Born to Run (Thunder Road)

Mari watched with rapt interest as her classmates demonstrated their quirks. Though she was put off by Tachibana Souta and Hayakawa Yasu's irreverent attitude to the exercise, she was impressed by Yutsuko Soga, Fujimori Haruka, Kaito Haruto, and Ito Kenji's demonstrations. They showed initiative and cooperation by forming teams. She was also inspired by their imagination in setting up elaborate situations. As for herself, Mari probably would have just asked for one dummy placed a the end so she could zoom over, pick it up, and carry it to safety, but now she was getting other ideas that could demonstrate her quirk to a fuller extent.

Yomodachi Azukina's admission to being the daughter of a pro-hero confirmed Mari's suspicions, and Mari wasn't sure how to feel about that.
On the one hand, Mari wanted to dismiss it altogether since she felt she could prove that with enough hard work, privilege didn't matter. On the other hand, even though Mari had apologized to Sakimoto Hiroki, and intended to apologize to Azukina eventually, she still somewhat resented the fact that both of them knew more about professional heroics simply because of their background, and sort of came off as know it all's, as if they had somehow earned their privilege, that their advantages came from effort and hard work rather than dumb luck.

Mari shook these thoughts from her head. Wordlessly, she walked over to Goudo-sensei during the lull following World Tour's 'performance' and asked to use the control console. Given the dimensions of the gym at 200ft by 100ft, she had eight 'enemy' dummies appear in two columns of four on the right edge of the testing area, and one 'rescue' dummy at the far left corner. With this done, she turned and faced the rest of the class, standing straight and formal, almost military. "My name is Haruishi Mari. Because my demonstration will be very fast, my explanation will be a little long because you might not catch what is happening. My quirk is called 'Born to Run'. I can run, more-or-less effortlessly at 30mph. But I can also exert myself and enter a state I refer to as 'Thunder Road' to reach my maximum speed of 60mph. In this state, I release lightning from my back. Due to the danger this poses to civilians, I will run past the enemies on the right with Thunder Road, turn, slow down to 30mph, pick up the rescue dummy, and return here."

She headed over to the near-right corner and crouched down into a starting position. The enemy dummies were directly in front of her. Suddenly, Mari takes off, taking a second to ramp up to 30mph and covering 22 feet. Thunder blasts as she continues to accelerate and lightning begins to arc from her back, electrocuting every dummy she passes. In another 66 feet, she reaches top speed and begins to decelerate as she rounds the corner. In another second, she covers the 50 feet to the rescue dummy. By now, she's slow enough that there is no more lightning. She bends slightly to scoop the dummy into her arms, though it's less of a scoop and more of an ungraceful collision. Still, she manages to pick up the dummy, and maintaining her speed at 30mph, she makes it back to the rest of the class in 5 seconds. overall, her demonstration took about 8 seconds. Placing the dummy down, she bows to Goudo-sensei and returns to her place among the crowd, somewhat worried that she didn't do as good a job as she had planned.

Here is the idea for my character. I've been going back and forth with @pyroman in PM's to flesh out some details.

A day or so passes in the City of Light as the expedition prepares. The decision has been reached to head to Omega, Capitol of the Free Guilds, golden city of the Humans; the ultimate goal being the Great Temple of Omega Mammon, scarab god of gold and commerce. A small contingent of thirty soldiers gathers at the North Gate of the city. Among them are three large supply wagons pulled by draft horses. Though some of the higher ranking officers are mounted, the vast majority are on foot. Though not much special treatment is given to the party, they are allowed a horse if requested, whereas there is an empty space on one of the wagons for Ahelair and Mort, given their advanced age. The humans of the expedition seem particularly enthused, this is their best chance to see their homelands once again before they die. The rest however, have already resigned themselves to the decision and express little to no open resentment.

As the double gates swing open, the expedition marches forward; like an army going to war, the streets are lined with civilians sending them off, but it is a solemn affair. Once the entire contingent has passed through, the gates swing shut and an eerie silence falls on the band. Some of them haven't been outside the city walls in months, maybe years. However, the surrounding land was still being desperately protected by Councillor Graft's army, so the expedition wasn't yet completely unprotected. Be that as it may, a commanding officer still shouted, "Watch for Pathfinders, and refrain from looking them in the eye. Some say that's how the madness spreads."

Pathfinders were the followers of the Dark Ones, specifically, Halgdurion the Seeker. Men and women from all walks of life who had been taken by the Madness. Their ability to blend in with normal folk had been instrumental in infiltrating the cities and separating their means of communication. The madness spread like a plague, and even now, the City of Light's City Watch still continued to carry out witch-hunt-like sweeps of the city to root out Pathfinders.

For the time being, things were relatively safe for the expedition, and it was a ripe moment for some last-minute preparation.
@Noodles Does the captain have a baby Den Den Mushi that Handel can call her on?
Sorry for the delay, I'll get the time skip post up soon.
Vivian & Sylvia Altissima

@PaulHaynek @Lmpkio

"It's a pleasure to meet you Haley," as the one who usually remembered her manners, Sylvia greeted the siren, while Vivian simply waved enthusiastically. "It took us a looooong time to get here, but we just pulled ourselves along on that thing," Vivian pointed to the wooden flat-bed dolly. "It wasn't fun."

"And we got lost because Vivian refused to ask for directions!" Sylvia interjected. Vivian glared at Sylvia, but decided to shelve the argument. They listened as Neil explained what was available. The liliraune made a slow tour of the first floor, enough to locate the kitchen and headed outside to inspect the surrounding lands for a suitable plot for an herb garden. Through the hole in the wall, they heard someone announce an apothecary job, and headed back inside. "Did you say, 'apothecary'?" Sylvia asked Morgan. "That might be just what we need to jump start a garden of our own here. There are only so many herbs we can share our soil with." Sylvia gestured to the base of her flower, revealing rather malnourished plants stuck in the same soil in their pot. "We'll need to replant these, and probably get a few others. So count us in!"
@unicorgi let me guess, her name is Namine Smith?
