Quirk
Adamantine (例文 Example) is the Quirk used by ___.

Description:
Adamantine is an Emitter-type Quirk that allows ___ to conjure a diamond-like gem by mutating minimal traces of carbon. They usually appear brilliant and translucent, often showing a blue, pink, or purple tint. Primarily growing from her body, the minerals can appear on any surface she is in physical contact with that contains carbon.

___ is able to extend the affected area to a degree by touching a small portion of the target area i.e. ___ can lay her hand onto the floor, which then allows her to conjure the gems in a radius around her, granting her a degree of control over her environment.

___ can shape the otherwise octahedral gems into constructs to aid her in battle, or for recreational purposes. She can also pulverize them when needed, immediately destroyed the jewels.

Due to their almost-diamond-like nature, the gems are well-suited for blunt attacks or precise cutting.

Weaknesses:
Adamantine's gems are not quite as durable as diamonds, and can thus be broken by sufficient external force. Furthermore, extreme climates cause a peculiar porosity, turning the gems brittle.

While ___ can grow the minerals from anywhere on her body, her attire or physical restrains may cause complications with their emergence, making their usage undesirable.

Usage:
A primary use is to shield ___ from incoming attacks, as the gems are very durable and offer great protection. Offensively, Adamantine's jewels can be used to provide an unforgiving surface for blunt attacks or use their sharp peaks to cut or poke at opponents.

It is possible for ___ to control the shape and arrangement of her jewels to a certain degree, allowing her to form makeshift-armor and weapons.

Due to their clear luster, they can refract light for distractive or signaling purposes.

If ___ manages to muster enough mastery and energy to cover her surroundings in the precious gems, she can affect the battlefield favorably.

Though rare and valuable, ___ (and her family) are forbidden from selling the gems; however, ___ often uses them as toys or decorative items.

Other notes:
- Pretty versatile and visually striking
- Thematically apt for the rich girl

Quirk
Sublimation (例文 Example) is the Quirk used by ___.

Description:
Sublimation is a Transformation-type Quirk that allows ___ to turn up to 80% of her body or anything she is in physical contact with into a bright smoke.

___ can choose the exact spots and percentage of Sublimation's effect, allowing her to mix and match her temporary intangibility as she desires.

The Quirk's effect is triggered by abysmal electric currents that naturally occur within the human body; as long as these impulses continue to course the the sublimated target, ___ can freely move and reassemble the sublimated mass in its aerosolic state.

Weaknesses:
Sublimation works through the transmission of electrical micro-discharges, naturally occuring within the human body. Though unnoticed by virtually everyone, a minimal level of conductivity is still required for Sublimation to trigger, restricting the Quirk's possible targets.

Furthermore, 20% of ___'s must remain in their unchanged, solid state; should ___ attempt to fully sublimate herself, the Quirk's effect instantly deactivates, leaving ___ heavily strained and exhausted, thus barring her from repeated use.

Usage:
Sublimation's primary strength is its ability to grant momentary intangibility, protecting ___ from incoming damage. However, the smoke can also serve as a distraction, inducing coughing and impairing vision.

It also massively affects ___'s mobility, drastically reducing her bodyweight, allowing the smoke to disperse, which then allows her to reassamble elsewhere.

Roux.

Rachel's eyes wandered through the lobby, finding more and more trainers accompanied by their Pokemon. She wondered if she had missed a trend in carrying one's partner outside their Pokeball, scoffing at the notion. Her upper-lip rose and her brows furrowed; why would anyone induldge that risk for extended periods of time? Her gaze wandered down her body, knowing that underneath her coat laid a small Pokeball containing Anri. The sole reason she let the Eevee walk outside even for five minutes outside of battles was because her partner Pokemon became grumpy when she wouldn't call her out, truthfully.

The hands in her pockets turned into fists, a scowl embedded in her face. With a small backwards kick against the wall, Roux pushed herself up, ready to wander. Crowds always had her on edge, and the fact that everything was so overwhelmingly cheerful didn't help the matter; it almost made her feel inadequate, though she quickly erased the choice of words in her head with "out of place". Pacing through the lobby, she watched a Magnemite pester a young trainer, and an urge arose in her to grab it, just to unsettle its Trainer, to really hammer the recklessness over his or her head, but the refrained from doing, striding past the duo with a jerky flick of her hair.

"Dumb trainers," she mumbled, kicking an emptoy, crumpled up potion bottle someone had thrown away wihout much care for the bins, when she suddenly bumped into another body, her head thudding against a firm but humanly-forgiving chest. "Hey! Can you NOT just stay in the middle of the... she barked, combing slender digits through her tousled hair, but fell silent when she saw the trainer she had run into. Her head tilted to the side in curious bewilderment, which dampened her angry expression considerably. "Hey, do... Do I know you?

Apologies if you were expecting sheets already, having a bit of trouble with properly assembling my character with a fitting team, but still super duper interested. c:
So, I'm currently conceptualizing my character, and in the process of mapping out potential Pokemon I was wondering if you'd be open to player-made regional variants? I completely understand if not, but since they sorta/kinda/maybe fall into the same spectrum as Megas (as in, adding to an existing Pokemon), I thought I'd ask!

Would also be happy to discuss this in PM to explain why I'd like to use one etc. :) Again, totally understand if you decline, but I really like the idea I got and I wanted to at least ask.
Excellent! (although I'd hope that everyone's got the decency to leave one's ace alone *swings fist*) In that case, solidifying interest.
This looks really indepth and I adore that region artwork! I'll read through the information regarding battles etc. first, but I'm strongly interested!

Edit: Okay, having read the doc, I will probably have to ask if this or that works at times, but other than that it sounds pretty managable and very well thought out! One thing confused me though: The fakemon rule in regards to new megas. I assume fanmade megas are an exception then?
*confused squints*

Listen, I used to be overwhelmed with this pace, but I am craving MHA rps with FREN-ly writers like a junkie does meth, so I'd be hella, hella down.

Also, I'm very glad to hear you're better, Delta. :) I hope life's treating you good! <3
