Personality Description
Aleyn seems to be a disturbing and angry child, when in reality, Aleyn is antisocial, and is a sarcastic 'comedian' when he is with someone he trusts. As a child, Aleyn was raised by highly abusive uncle, which lead him to believe from a young age that almost everyone was out to hurt him, and would always hate you no matter what. Society didn't help him to change his perspective as he was treated poorly by everyone due to being known as a menace, leading him to be antisocial, not wanting to associate himself with others. However, when he does bond with someone, such as when he bonded with his sister, Aleyn is a sarcastic child and a self-proclaimed 'comedian'.

Physical Description
The first thing that comes to note about Aleyn is that he is short, standing at about 4'9". His height compliments his weight and slim body type, his brother having worked Aleyn to the bone to gain an athletic body mainly for work/labor. Inherited from his father was his golden eyes that shine in the sunlight, and his long, black, and luscious hair from his mother. Any hair reaching past his shoulders is braided into a ponytail. All these features combined makes for quite the pretty boy, as the girls would call him, if only he wasn't an asshole.

Backstory
Despite being an asshole, its known that Aleyn didn't start out his life treating others poorly, in fact he was a rather kind child before tragedy struck. Aleyn was born as the middle child of the Ward Family with his baby sister following 7 years later. Unfortunately his parents would end up missing after taking a trip to Mount Hoar, no one ever able to find even a clue to their whereabouts. This incident would be a harrowing experience, leaving Aleyn in the care of his older brother, Markus. Markus had always been a, for a lack of a better word, prick and being saddled with two young kids nearly broke the 18 year old boy, but he also gained ownership over the family business. That business would be the New Hope Inn that the family ran for years as one of the founding families.

Several years would pass, Aleyn and Alycia having endured Markus' abusive ways. Aleyn had learned to cope with his brother, becoming emotionally unavailable to everyone but his sister. He noticed that his brother had so much pressure resting on his shoulder, even genuinely believing at times that his brother did care for them. Those feelings would fade every-time as he would be treated as a nuisance, Aleyn protecting his little sister from seeing how Markus truly was. Aleyn stands a polarizing figure in New Hope and the day he finally can leave will be the greatest moment of his life.

Notable Connection
Markus Ward - Aleyn's abusive older brother, he is the legal guardian for Aleyn and is the owner of the family Bed and Breakfast, New Hope Inn. He is known to be quick witted, well dressed, and intelligent.

Alycia Ward - Alyen's 8 year old baby sister who is known as the town's little ball of energy and the one other person that Aleyn cherishes.

Brown Cheeseman - To say the least, Brown IS Aleyn's best friend and the only person that Aleyn feels he can confide in. One would think their personalities would clash but in reality they cover each other's bases perfectly. He's even given Brown his own nickname, Brownie.

You fall asleep in class and begin to dream; you're atop a ruined tower and a massive dragon circles overhead. You reach for...

"I grab a sword. If there's a dragon looking for as fight, then I'm going to slay it. Everyone will love me after I save them from a terrifying dragon."

The world is so boring; you wish you had a super power. What do you wish for?

"Can cool sword skills be a power? Did you think I'd say mind control or something? Screw that. I wanna do sick katana poses after I cut my enemies to ribbons in the blink of an eye."

You are suddenly reminded that tomorrow is the Midterm Exam.

"Okay and? Not like I'll pass it anyway."

Alright, I'm going to begin my writing process tonight. Usually I'd finish it in this one sitting as well but today has thoroughly kicked my ass, so unless I hit a particularly potent workflow I anticipate I'll be wrapping up my notes and posting tomorrow.

Edit 1: Added David and Brown to the Anime Intro because that's where my mind was tonight, once Aleyn is introduced properly I'll add him, otherwise I'd just be distracting myself tonight.

Progress on the proper post proceeding decently, but sleep beckons me a little sooner than I'd hoped. Tomorrow it is, chums, tomorrow it is.

@Taka Aleyn Ward. This is tough. On the surface, it looks like he'd be another member of the local troublemaker club. However, I notice the quotes around comedian, and the nature and subject of his jokes makes all the difference between her laughing along, and fighting him over them.

The quotes around comedian is cause he markets his sarcastic remarks as comedy and his jokes are a bit dark....but never delves into offensive stuff. He's not that much of an asshole. But they could have a love/hate relationship too. Due to her nature, I can see her speaking up whenever his brother is around and that would instantly make Aleyn gravitate toward her.
