I'm not 200% caught up with Domino or her character, but I could definitely get down playing Wade Wilson/Deadpool against her.

Though, I could also see Peter Parker and Karen being an interesting match as well. lol

I know her from DP2 and that's about it, but she seems fun. But I also think Peter Parker and Karen would also be fun. I'd probably lean more towards playing Karen since I find it fun making her into a cute lil badass haha.

I would love to do something in the MCU or X-Men (etc) or I could be down for Inuyasha or Dragon Ball / Z. I may also suggest Death Note or maybe Harry Potter or Hunger Games if you're down for any of those. I do prefer we stick to canons since I find them more fun to develop, than get bogged down with our own creations. Let me know if you're interested in hashing anything out. :)
