"That is the mash but what I want you to see are the herbs and spices. See what kind of spices you would like in there."

He grabs the lid for the still and clamps it on then places a mason jar under a copper hose.
He finishes his food and stands up. He walks into the kitchen and opens up a cupboard, pulling out a stove top still. He places it on the stove and grabs a gallon of molasses which has already been activated with yeast. He pours it in the still then dilutes it with a gallon of apple cider. He turns on the stove and allows it to cook. He grabs a couple mason jars and the spices from the top shelf of one of his cupboards, having about a dozen herbs in it.

"Have a look."
"Cinnamon is a nice one to add. I have apple cider too so we can make an apple rumshine. The cider has cinnamon, cumin, and nutmeg. I can tell you rum and apple cider is one of the most delicious combinations you can have."

He eats another egg roll, after dipping it in the sauce.
"Fresh ingredients make a difference."

He says, picking up his wine and takes a sip. He smiles and licks his lips, nodding his head.

"I just thought of something. We need to make spiced rumshine. When we finish eating we can go over the herbs and spices to add to it."
Tyler smiles and grabs a few egg rolls, dipping one in the sauce then takes a bite, closing his eyes and sighing.

"Oh yeah."

He smiles and nods.

"After this we will make the rumshine."
"It was longer than 20 minutes, the egg rolls were in 20 minutes anyways."

He smiles at her.

"Wait until you try this. You will love it."
He chops everything up fine, tossing it all together in the bowl with the cabbage. After filling the bowl with the mixture he tosses the crab in the pan with the mushrooms and aromatics. Grabbing some long chop sticks he flips the contents of the wok with them as well as tossing them into the air with the pan. He keeps this up for several minutes letting the food caramelize. He tosses the food all together in the bowl using the chop sticks then spreads out 16 egg roll wrappers letting the mixture cool. He fills the wok half way with oil then begins filling the wrappers with the mixture, rolling and folding it from the corners. He flies through this, finishing it by the time the oil is heated through enough. He drops the egg rolls in the oil 4 at a time with a sizzle. He continually rolls them in the oil letting them cook evenly. He fries them until they are golden brown and scoops them out, setting them on a paper towel sitting on a paper plate then drops 4 more. He turns to the fridge and begins mixing up a dipping sauce of orange sauce, teriyaki and soy sauce. He turns back to the egg rolls and repeats the process. Doing this 2 more times before all 16 are done. He plates them all up and lets them cool.

"Alright, dinner is done."

He says, grabbing another plate.

"Help yourself, I am gonna let mine cool for a little bit longer."
"Alright then."

He carries her to the kitchen and starts clearing the counter to work, putting her down on the floor as he starts. He places a large head of cabbage on a plastic cutting board, shredding it with a big knife. He makes quick work of it and tosses it in large metal bowl. He gets into the rest of the groceries pulling out a package of mushrooms, the bean sprouts, ginger, a package of jumbo lump crab meat and a jar of garlic. He tosses a wok on the stove, tossing the mushrooms into it with a copious amount of garlic and some ginger after peeling it. He grabs a knife and starts chopping a zucchini that had been on the counter.
"Shrimp, crab or chicken?"

He asks her as he stands up with her wrapped around him.
He chuckles.

"I try."

He kisses her forehead and says.

"We should start building the egg rolls, it will take an hour to get it all put together."
