"If we are burning sun light at noon we are burning it all the time."

He says with a smile before standing up.

"But yeah, let's go."

He begins walking with her to the bike rental store across the street. He steps to the counter.

"2 bikes please."

He says pulling out his money to pay. Taking the money they pull 2 bikes from the rack and hand him his change.

"They need to be back by 6pm, you will be charged for another day if they aren't in on time."

He nods.

"Alright, we should be back in about 5 and a half hours."

He takes his bike and smiles at Ele.

"Alright, the voyage begins."

He takes the piece of the fudge and pops it in his mouth with some of the bacon fudge still in his mouth. He smiles and chuckles.

"Nice salty and sweet."

He lets the fudge slowly melt.

"Yup, that's the plan."

"Yes, it will be fine. The roads are smooth and fairly even."

He says taking a bit of the bacon fudge and handing it to her. He grabs a piece for himself and bites into it, crunching through a chunk of bacon.

"That is so good."

"Well, you can rent bikes for 6 hours for $9. Get a couple, ride around the island once, check out the sights and then rent a carriage for a few hours which is 50 bucks."

He sits down with her and grabs out the box of bacon fudge.

"Wanna try?"

Stepping forward with her he chuckles.

"Maybe while we are here we can check out one of their bar and grills. They have one dedicated to jazz music and old fashioned cocktails."

Reaching the counter the woman working the counter smiles and says.

"A pair of lovebirds on an outing I see. What can I get for you?"

"We will take 8 ounces of marshmallow fudge, sea salt caramel fudge, Mackinac Island fudge and Bacon fudge."

"Excellent choices, we will get those boxed right up for you."

She gets into the case and pulls off several blocks, boxing them up. She steps over and says.

"$36.02 please."

Tyler hands her $41.02, getting back a 5 dollar bill.

"Sounds like a plan."

He says to her decision on fudge then smiles as she clings to him.

"Dealing with assholes like your moms boyfriend for so long probably has something to do with it."

He smirks then kisses her forehead.

"When you try this stuff, your love of chocolate will be ruined for the most part."

He laughs and points out marshmallow fudge and salted caramel fudge.

"Those are hands down the softest fudge they have. They just melt in your mouth as it warms up."

Walking down he smirks and points out the bacon fudge.

"This is the one I always get with the Mackinac island fudge."
