Man I just can't stick with a DND Group. I'm aware I feel pushy at times but I never intend to push anyone into doing anything. I'm just feeling so dejected at this point.

In general I've given up play by post roleplaying. I only check on occasion due to how NO ONE commits to forum posting in my over ten years of experience.

Bio

I'm one of the surviving members from the event known as Guild Fall. I am a big fan of Mobile Suit Gundam and am very specific on what I want in a roleplay. I have completed two roleplays (one is debateable) and have over six years of roleplaying experience dating back to when I was in Middle School.

"Honestly was expecting a worse greetings. Pirates like us usually have to deal with some big shot trying to lord over his piece of land. All the same I suppose at least we can go about our own business. Though I have to say I wonder who is calling the shots around here. If the marines aren't then there has to be someone we should be careful not to mess with." Adam once again cautioned. He had already received an earful from the group about the marines but his training from his butler back in the day always did come back to one thing. That was information on who was running the place you were staying at. Information was invaluable no matter if it was a small town, or a big one. "I don't really have any interests here captain this town seems small so I'll stick with the main group for now. That is of course if you don't want me around." Adam gave a fake chuckle as he smiled. Always with these false sincerity...always with these jokes...they tired on him but at least no one was the wiser hopefully.
Well if we ever reach the south blue I'd probably be able to fit in an arc related to Adam's father's old crew. I've already thought up some more stuff regarding his rather convoluted 'family' structure/history. I put family in quotes as I'm talking about more than just his blood relatives.
Well chicken I just kind of figured most people wouldn't care, or just hate Adam. There's not much scooting around that he's either a fake, or an asshole.
"Gettin' my hands dirty again? Fine if that's what I have to stoop to in order to serve the Union. There's an old saying my captain used to say: 'The Bell tolls for enemies of freedom.' This isn't the first time I've had blood on my hands workin' in the field has proven many times to have unsavory consequences. I'm not sure about this 'Lieutenant' here beside me but I have no issues with doing what I'm told." Chad informed the new boss as he looked at Soma without surprise. When she got into her big speech, not unlike some people he's met who try to act overtly serious, he expected it was something he'd find unsavory. It was just another mission, another job, another big wig getting paid off for the blood on his hands. "I'll do my duty to the best of my ability but I have to ask is it just the three of us? Seems like a real small squad for actual serious black ops operations. I would like to at least imagine they assigned us some staff. If I may be bold neither you, nor the 'lieutenant' here have the looks of killers. I've flown my fair share of missions normally they put well experienced personnel on board. People with certain eyes that show they know their stuff." Chad said as he adjusted his cap slightly. "No disrespect of course to either of you. I just worried you don't have the guts to fulfill the objective style of missions like these. You need to have morals but willing to breach some of them in this line of work."
"Well I suppose it at least is an alright destination. I've been to worse." Adam grumbled boredom leaking from his voice leaning on the rail of the ship's port bow. After sailing for awhile in order to get here Adam had been ready to pick up fishing. And he hated fishing. It took a patience he didn't have for no real pay back except MAYBE a ok meal. Still at least this pirate haven may have something worth grabbing. A map, a few more informants, something else to make it worthwhile. "Well Captain its up to you what we do next...I hope its something worth our time." Adam said aloud he knew it was a bit disrespectful but this woman was a child still. Whatever she had up her sleeve she hadn't been worthy of being called a 'Captain' in the real sense. It was a title of the person who was in charge of this ship, not some sort of endearing call sign. "If I may be so bold it may be worth checking the tavern for rumors. World Government is still after some of us you know. It would be helpful to avoid too many marine-centrist ports nearby."
Name: Adam Grey

Age: 23

Bounty: N/A No Bounty

Gender: Male

Appearance: Adam is a young man with trimmed greyish hair, and dark blue eyes. He has a slim build, and isn't particularly muscular. He has Caucasian white skin, and usually wears a black privateer's coat with a white undershirt, and tan pants. His face is slender without much in the way of scars though is hands are calloused, and his chest is marked with a few scars that are hidden by his clothes. One wouldn't call him particularly handsome but certainly isn't ugly more average than not. The one remarkable thing about his physical body is his eyes tend to give people chills.

Personality: Adam is out for one person, and that is himself. His family comes second to some degree but due to their dynamic he truly doesn't believe he can trust them. Adam can be polite but more than not is rude, and callous towards others. He says whats on his mind, and doesn't mince words. While he may not be the most friendly sort he can try, and fake it to some extent appearing to be jovial, and carefree. He is more comfortable plotting how to torture, or hurt another person than he is trying to appease them. He is greedy but he knows not to be stupid, or foolish enough to seek things that may end up backfiring on him in the long run. He can be cruel but doesn't act on his impulses to do so usually. His main goal is simply to become as powerful as possible while the second is to amass his own empire. He doesn't particularly enjoy the concept of sub servitude, and he is quick to betray those who force it on him like a leash. That being said he is willing to put with what he must in order to achieve his goals. In short he is ambitious, and underhanded willing to do what he must to get ahead be it in combat, love, or life in general. While he can be sadistic he prefers pragmatic solutions to most things even if he doesn't particularly enjoy them. Hopeful children with eyes full of wonder sicken him to a degree.

Backstory: Adam Grey was born to a man known as 'The Warmonger of The South Blue' a man who had spent his life going from one place to another living life on the edge, and learning many fighting styles after which he amassed a massive amount of wealth. He was the third born of ten siblings. The Grey Family siblings had different mothers each, and Adam was no different than any of his siblings. He was raised to be a warlord. His own man in order to spread the legacy far and wide. His father wanted his progeny to master the arts he had only managed to acquire over his vast career. To see which one can become stronger than him. His childhood was spent chasing his elder brothers Clyde, and Hans who both looked after him in their own way trying to turn him into an ally. Though he ended up choosing neither in the end being a neutral party in order to follow his own dream.

His childhood was spent training with his father from when he was old enough to hold a knife in his hand his father found him more than capable of being quick, and deadly. His mother wasn't around leaving his father to raise him with whatever nannies he could find when he trained his older brothers. Socializing became a commodity to him more than a rite he was allowed to talk to people but only when his father allowed him to take a break from his studies. He learnt where to hurt a person to make them talk, where to stab a person to make them die, and where to hit them to just slow them down. The body became something of a learning point for Adam learning all he could in order to promptly destroy his opponents in combat. Failure was rewarded with insults, and mockery. It drove Adam to learn harder to prove his father wrong. Of course this was all a part of the charade of becoming a child soldier essentially. As he got more siblings his father spent more, and more time with others instead of him.

As he became a teenager the family butler taught him how to fake things. Smiles, compliments, and loyalty to others. Things that spies would learn in order to infiltrate places, or how his family used its influence at parties. Adam became quite adept at lying, and hurting people in the right way with more than just knives, and daggers. While this happened his older brother gave him tips, and tricks on how to seduce women, and girls. How to put on a charade for longer, and ultimately even how to use a sword which was his brother's own preferred technique.

It was somewhere near the end of his tenor at home that his younger sister Alice developed some sort of infatuation with him bordering on psychotic love, and affection. Maybe it was due to the fact that he was genuinely kind to her as a sibling, or maybe she was just latching onto someone but it ended up with Adam avoiding her when he could. His sister's marksmanship made her a dangerous enemy so he made sure not to make her mad if possible. After learning what he could he decided to set off. He bounced from ship to ship, and job to job learning, and honing his skill. At one point refusing to take a devil fruit because it would limit his own ability on the high seas in the long run as what use was a person who couldn't swim? He cleverly swapped names, and wore different clothes at times hats, eye patches, and other guises used to avoid bounties being placed on him when he became a pirate. He joined The Scarlet Pirates more on a whim to see where he could go next after his last crew mutinied on their captain for lack of splitting the loot. Though he holds no loyalty to the captain he feels this could be a different journey compared to his already difficult journey has already been.

Abilities: Adam is a proficient speed fighter able to quickly at blinding speeds, and adeptly move his body having mastered controlling it long ago. Even at his young age he was drilled like a tool more than a little boy. He can perform rudimentary surgery, and sufficient first aid though he is hardly a worthy doctor. His main skills lay in his knife work able to subvert, and riposte his enemies with his dual daggers.

When outperformed he can swap back to his cutlass though he doesn't favor this way of fighting as he doesn't view his swordsmanship as his primary fighting style though he is still proficient as any man would be. His other natural ability is his ability to lie. To fake being someone else was something he mastered easily. He can convincingly fool most people if need be if not he can at least fake his real personality to others.

In order to supplement his close quarters style he has also an respectable degree of hand to hand fighting combat styles. His speed, and his quickness allow him to perform against skilled opponents if not simply by how well he can dismantle, and hurt his opponent.

Relationships:
The Scarlet Pirates: He cares nothing for the crew. They're a means to an end but he has no reason to believe they will prove useless to him in the long run so he's willing to join, and help them for the moment.

The Family:

Father - Daddy has been a source of inspiration, and disgust. A man of imposing stature, power, and wealth he had sufficiently become a warlord essentially through trade, and conquest. Adam wishes to overcome him by the end of his life. Respect is a word he rarely uses for anyone but his father.

Clyde - The eldest Clyde had taught, and assisted Adam growing up. An obstacle in the long run but still a worthy elder brother. He respects his elder brother, and fears his political savvy. Adam wishes to beat him one day if possible.

Hans - The second eldest brother. Hans violent nature, and his thug like axe play has given Adam a disdain for his brother. However he knows well enough not to underestimate him.

Alice - Alice is a problem. She cares for him more than a sister should be. she is skilled, and dangerous more so than most Adam believes. Adam keeps her at a distance but makes sure he doesn't cross her. He hopes that she stops her nonsense and becomes a proper rival to him.

The Other Siblings - Adam has seldom seen the rest of his family having mostly been raised with the first four, or so children he knows them, and has seen them work at times but he hasn't seen them at their peaks as of yet, and keeps a cautious eye on them.

Dreams: To become a peerless warrior, but mainly to become as strong, and as successful as his father.

"No ma'am? I've not been privy to the facts of this squad. Is there something I should understand about it? I've been thrown haphazardly through commanders since Celestial Being fell. I've been in command of my own squad for most of them. All the same I'm looking forward to seeing you at work. I've heard a report you had seen action in Fallen Angels way back. If I may say so ma'am I hope that I live up to the expectations placed on me. I fight for the Union, and for my brothers I will do my upmost to live up to my former comrades." Chad stated professionally calm, and collected and he moved his hand down he still was not given the command to be at ease which was slightly unnerving. Still he kept his posture as upright as he could. "I was expecting to placed under a tactical forecaster in all honesty. I feel I do my best work simply as a grunt."
"Sir we're going to wish you the best of luck with your new team but once a Union Bell, you're always be one." Senior Airman Rhodes commented to his former commanding officer Chad Wayne. The two of them had been chatting a little over the past events of these last few years. How Chad had gone from rookie, to Second Lieutenant at such a quick pace, be it forced by circumstances or not. Many of the Union Bell pilots were older than him but many held respect for their junior's skill. A lot of them were solid pilots in their own regard but now with the factions reemerging they felt the need to spread out the best pilots where they were needed. Chad wasn't always comfortable with being top dog he had only been good at telling people what they needed to hear at the right time. Rhodes was a newer recruit a man at the age of 22 who had served in the Federation just like him before its collapse. "I'm going to miss you guys. Flags fly best when they're with friends. This Overflag I've been assigned is a pretty sweet piece of gear. Left over from Graham Aker's unit way back. Wonder what happened to that guy? Whatever...I saw those gundams, those machines were beasts of war. I wonder where, and why we haven't been handed machines like those yet. We saw that we made machines good enough to take 'em out. Surely five years would've produced something by now? Maybe it was the fracture." Chad said lamenting his position.

He sighed. "Look boss just make sure you don't push yourself too hard you over think things a lot. Gotta let this new chick handle the position she was handed. Let her take the reigns." Rhodes stated as Chad agreed. "Don't worry I won't judge her. Whoever she is she likely earned her spot..if not then I guess she'll find herself out of this new team quick. Hope they got boys like you in here Rhodes. Then again you Union Bells are second to none." Chad said with a wide smirk as he saluted his ex-trainee. "Talk to you later sir." Rhodes said as Chad reciprocated the goodbye and turned the video off.

As Chad walked down the hall he straightened his uniform minding the Bell symbol plastered on his uniform. He had requested that the brass let him keep the patch they had agreed to do so. He hoped the new boss wouldn't mind. He hadn't served under anyone directly since Roan...would he compare the new person to him? It felt unfair in a way. Still as he walked past the various officers, and technical advisers in the halls he knocked on the door to the meeting place had been told about before entering. As he entered the room he saluted his new commanding officer. "Flag Pilot: Chad Wayne. Second Lieutenant reporting for duty."
Name: Chad Wayne
Age: 26
Rank: Second Lieutenant
Theme Song:

Description: A well built young man with tanned skin, and dark brown eyes Chad has combed black hair, and is otherwise rather average. He has plenty of callouses on his hands from many a sortie operation. Due to being a pilot he has no real scars for his service since he was eighteen years old. His skin tone is Caucasian white. In most occasions he wears a standard white t-shirt with military clothes.

Bio: Born in southern New Jersey to a couple of construction workers no one really expected much of young Chad. Growing up his parents were extremely conservative believing in the values of god, and helping your fellow man. It was uncommon in the eastern coast area of America as it had been for many years to be a more liberal area. However as young Chad grew up he believed his parents to be mistaken in their hardcore values, and grew up like many other children in the area due to the influence of teachers, and other children. His grand father, a member of the Union Navy, instilled in him a certain discipline he would take with him until he was older. His father often tried to force upon him the teachings of god which even from a young age didn't quite stick right as Chad viewed an entity that controlled everyone's lives to be a rather strange idea as it meant every scrapped knee, and insult thrown at him was planned by the same being the made his soul.

Eventually Chad would stroll through life being a friend to his classmates, and participating heavily in sports which sowed the gap between himself, and his parents. Becoming a member of the American Football Team at his school, and participating heavily in the events his school often held. It wasn't until his final year of high school did he even consider the military. With college being daunting young Chad decided to take the advice of his best friend Harry Strode, and Ben Myers joining the local Union recruitment drive with the support of his family behind him. Chad loved his country, and he loved his friends he wanted to protect them in some way while bettering himself. However when he joined the military the recruitment process made him a bit more jaded than he had been in the past as people were pushed hard, and to the breaking point in some cases. Ben even had to drop out after it had proven too much for him. It was at the time of his recruitment that the Union's Air Force were looking for more pilots in his area, and he joined up. Proving to have a natural talent with the force, and a somewhat authoritative charisma about him he was placed in second command of a new squadron of Flag Pilots. Though he lacked the smoothness that some people had in commanding Chad proved that like in High School he still had the ability to inspire confidence in his team.

Serving in the home guard for a time Chad was eventually transferred to the East Coast's 'Union Bell' Flag Team under Roan Foreman who become a mentor to him. Roan was a legend of sorts among the flag pilots testing the original flag, and helping to improve it to what it was today. Roan was a kind, and earnest man who worked hard. Chad idolized him, and did his best to take after him as did the rest of his team. Union Bell was known for its reliable pilots, and its talent in the combat field against terrorists, and mercenaries who would antagonize the Union's nations. It was one day while the group was assisting in rooting out an enemy force stationed in Western Africa that Chad's life changed. His commander Roan had died in a sudden suicide blast from a terrorist who attacked a nearby restaurant with a car bomb that also blew up the bar the Union Bell's members had been drinking in. His second in command Charles Bigly had also unfortunately died. Luckily though the other men who had been in the bar had survived but with Roan's death, and the death of his second Chad had been promoted to Second Lieutenant at the behest of the other pilots as his natural talent, and his stalwart demeanor had inspired a lot of the other pilots to work harder. Taking the position he was happy to serve but it was daunting. Shortly after Celestial Being's armed interventions happened. He had been assigned to guard the homeland once again. Being transferred home he served there until Team Trinity attacked military bases on the western coast. He intervened, and survived barely though he had lost members of Union Bell in the attempt to save the base. With his mission failed he was transferred to the Overflags but sprained his hand, and knee in a military exercise forcing him to be put out of service for a time. By the time he recovered he was unable to assist in bringing them down.

Five years later he had now been assigned to a new squadron his Union Bells left under the command of Brodey King. He had served uneasily as a member of the new Federation's forces though he is starting to develop unease around being a member of a Federation rather than the Union. Finding it more comforting to go back home with his own men. When the Federation's UN had collapsed yet again he felt a conflicted now he just wants to do his job.
