Personality: Black at heart, Progue enjoys meddling in the human world. Although friendly with a holder of a note, he will be temperamental when it comes to aiding them.
Background: Not much is known about him. He is considered a loner in the death god world. The other gods laugh at him for enjoying interfering in the human world so much. Perhaps he may reveal more about himself and the world of the death gods to the right person.
Three strengths: Practically immortal (only one way to kill a death god), has his own death note, invisible to those that haven't touched the note.
Three weaknesses: At times will refuse to help the holder of the death note, often becomes bored, has a terrible memory.

Appearance:
Personality: Positive outlook on life, driven by justice, or the cause he believes is right to follow. Would give his life if it meant saving a family member, or even a close friend.
Background: Tatsumi grew up in an authentic Japanese family, where respect and honour was placed above all else. So when he joined the police force, they were naturally delighted for him. Those days are behind him now of course, now being a detective for the bureau. His wife and children also live in Japan with him. Unfortunately the details of the current case are classified, and although it pains him to lie to them ("I'll be out late tonight bowling") everyday, he couldn't risk putting them in danger.
Three strengths: Physically strong, highly intelligent, great leadership skills and trustworthy.
Three weaknesses: He is very trusting of people, Cannot see without his glasses, anger issues.
