I do enjoy a good story! Even more so if it's intriguing enough to suck me right into it, as though I were there alongside the characters.

I live in reality so I do not enjoy writing about it.

See you soon

Sorry for the long wait. I finally posted. I will definitely try to be more active this year. its been over a month since my last IC post. That's real bad :(

I could edit that post to destroy the castle, but I'll let someone else do the honors or else people might get hurt :oP
Natasha eyed Wolfe curiously as he made his way over to her then asked of her dossier, relived that he was military so he would understand and appreciate the protocols of classified information.

"My organization doesn't really hang on to information about its members marine. We fall quite near to TRIDENT’s Umbrella of course but We are the equivalent of the U.S. Marine Black ops, or what used to be the Soviets SPETSNAZ GRU or even the British SRR. The major difference is that we do not belong to one single nation and we are privately funded. Members are hand picked by field operatives and once we are taken into the organization, we basically cease to exist by the world's standards." she paused and smiled wickedly then continued "and lets just say that I was trained at a cabin by a lake! Are you and your pal OK? You both seemed a little worked up before you came over." she finished, patting the marine on his shoulder then slowly brushing passed him as he shook his head in response to Hirschs statement to Twain

The MOON operative moved casually around the bustle as people began breaking camp to return to base. A name she had heard during Twain’s conversation with the now dead, reanimated body was tugging on her thoughts as she found Twain and pulled him to the side speaking quietly “There’s only a handful of people in MOON’s Database that exhibit this kind of power aside from you Twain and I don’t like the idea of the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I recommended taking a shit load of pictures as fast as we can than blowing what’s left of his this castle and this ritual site to bits while we still can.”

Dimitri was more than relieved when the corpse finally lay still once more and he very much agreed with the urgency that was being stressed for them to return to base. Crude Stakes nailed into people’s chests, runes, fire and reanimated corpses were never good combinations and the very area surrounding the ritual site permeated with a most unsettling aura. He would thankfully busy himself with the task of breaking camp and pitching in wherever he could. An idle mind in this area might prove devastating given the unpleasant energies surrounding the place.

Dayna wandered about the ritual site visiting with people scattered around the place while they were busy with their tasks. She would have offered to help everyone if she could change into a more solid form but as is was right now, she could offer little more than pleasant conversation to all, the flesh lings
She stopped near Shannon and circled her to inspect the suturing job Twain had done on her wounds.
“It seems like Twain has very steady hands doesn’t it? Hmm? Lots of experience sewing things up!” she commented as she returned to the front of Shannon “Do they hurt much?” she inquired then continued a moment later barely giving the large creature time to respond "I don't like how this place feels Shannon, I can't wait to leave here. How does it make you feel?"

finally!!

Dimitri turned from the grisly temporary resurrection. as far as he was concerned, the dead should stay dead. the more time he spent on this world the more he realized actually how much magical energy was coursing through its core so it was a wonder to him why the magical arts were not more prevalent within this world. he was feeling a bit fatigued at that moment. patching up all of his companions after the battle had proven quite taxing on his chi but they were all still standing if not a bit haggard looking.

"Hey Dimitri" Dayna's voice echoed with concern from right beside him. he hadn't even heard her sneak up on him
"I don't like how this energy feels one bit" she said just above a whisper as her blueish hue fluctuated a bit in response to her displeasure
"I know" he replied quietly "It's quite repulsive really, but as much as I hate to admit it, we're kind of stuck right now with a huge mess that we have no information on at this time, so as appalling as it might feel, I think it is necessary right now" his eyes narrowed curiously at the ball of light "Say Dayna...Are you aware that the space around you is permeating with little bits of frost?" he asked catching a small icicle as it fell from the area surrounding her. he watched with a smile as it quickly turned to water in his palm. the ball of light spun rather amusingly as she struggled to see what he was talking about " Know, I didn't realize it! it seems that I am becoming acclimated to this world's elemental currents" she responded happily as she concentrated on the cold environment once more. "Can you feel that Dimitri?"
he was puzzled "No I don't feel anything, but this frigid cold he responded as he looked about the area
"Oh how exciting. so this is what it feels like"
"What feels like what now?"
"Don't you understand flesh-ling?"
"Uhh clearly not" he replied rather bluntly with a shrug "but it seems you do"
"Yes I do!" she added excitedly as a small icicle formed in mid air. her colors darkened too a richer sapphire and the icicle slowly extended before falling to the ground.
"not quite yet huh? oh well, it's only a matter of time now"
Dimitri scratched his head and moved his foot back ever so slightly just as the pointed end of the icicle sank into the snow at his feet. then it look of realization washed over his face
"Did you just do that?"
"Yes" she replied with a smile in her voice
"Well then that deserves a toast" he chuckled then took a swig of his flask before returning his attention to the scene before them.

Natasha had chosen to hang back and stand guard outside as the others returned to Twain. She had been like that forever. Always plagued by the need to keep a close eye on her surroundings. Too many things could happen in the blink of an eye, more so when dealing with such a force that they were up against now. Her time with MOON had exposed her to all sorts of unseen things, unacknowledged by the general populous yet ever lingering.
She flexed all of her muscle, muscles that were rend and torn after their fight with those Snabbits. She was still rather impressed with the monk's healing capabilities and from what she could understand, he was barely using magic with his techniques which made his work even more impressive to the fiery red head.
"What a handy guy to have around" she commented aloud. "Although, I could see myself becoming reckless with such an accomplished healer nearby so maybe it's not a good thing. I wonder how he would hold up in an actual fight? If his energy is so powerful when healing, I can only imagine how devastating it could be in combat!"
I will try my hardest to get a post in soon. I've been super busy :o(
