Appearance: Bio: Joseph Stalin was the man behind the USSR after Lenin's regime. During his government, he managed to launch the then mostly agrarian country into a full blown industrial revolution, at the cost of heavy oppression for its habitants. If Stalin is remembered for anything else than being the president of the USSR, it's for his harshness: anyone who oppossed him, his regime or his country would eventually meet the Gulag or the guillotine. For Stalin's personal enemies, though, a destiny worse than death awaited for them.
However, this is Joseph Stalin we are talking about, not Josephina Stalin. Her relationship with the Stalin we know and love is unknown, even though they appear to share most of their history and traits. Who is this mysterious woman? Could she really be Stalin, or just an impostor?
Skills:Commander (A): the USSR was known for its fast industrialization and their opposition to Hitler's attempts at expansionism, amongst other not so nice things. This denoted Stalin's capability of successfully controlling large economies and armies for extended periods of time.
However, the summoning process also made Josephina able to have full authority over a small squad of up to five people at once, effectively making her able to magically brainwash someone into blindly following her orders. Sadly, not every person is vulnerable to this spell, and Magi, Servants and people with a Psionic Resistance Ranking of 80% or more (around 20% of the world population) are immune to this. It also appears that some people with no less than 20% PRR could also be able to resist some of Stalin's commands, but only if said orders clash directly against their principles (ie. a pacifist will never obey an assassination order). This spell may break if their principles force them to reject an order, otherwise they will follow Josephina until she releases them.
Gunner (B): Stalin knows her way with most regular fire weapons and has a more than acceptable accuracy with them. Her favourite weapons are the AK-47 assault rifle, the Tokarev TT-33 gun and the Dragunov sniper rifle. Her accuracy with said weapons is greatly increased.
Tank Piloting (B): Stalin knows how to pilot any tank or armored vehicle she jumps in. Might take a while to get used to the controls if she hasn't used a tank like that before, but no more than one hour.
Noble Phantasm(s):Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (A): the KGB, the pride of the Soviet Union, was a legendary security agency known for their ruthless methods. Spying, murdering, retconning history... nothing was beyond their reach, in part thanks to their nonexistant morals.
The KGB Noble Phantasm grants Stalin the ability to:
- Express Training: for a moderate mana fee, Stalin can train any civilian under her Command in the art of spying or the art of assassination, but not both. Takes three hours to infuse the civilian with the required mana. Weapons not included.
- Intelligence: Instantly acquire one master's exact position once a day. Requires at least one KGB Spy soldier. The master may move after this.
- Memory Retconning: if three KGB Spy soldiers are present in Stalin's squad, she might attempt, once and only once in the whole duration of the war, to remove every evidence of someone's existence. No photos, no documents... even people will forget all memories they share with said person. Said person will be able to build a new identity, even identical to its old identity, but its original identity will be lost forever. The Master-Servant link makes it impossible to make them forget about each other. Might prove impossible to erase historical or very famous figures, but this power could still lower their rating (from major global legend to minor country-wide legend, from superstar to niche celebrity, etc).
IS-9001 (B): Stalin can summon her IS-9001 tank through the ground at any given time. The IS-9001 is a modified tank of the IS (Iosif Stalin) tank family, specifically designed to keep up even during over-the-top conflicts like the Grail Wars. The 9001 model includes improvements in the chassis, that is now able to defend against magic attacks; improvements in speed and mobility, including an experimental quadripedal mode for extremely difficult terrains; and improvements in weaponry, now bigger and louder than ever.
Other: it is rumored she is very submissive in private.
