After Hydra surfaced and was defeated, S.H.E.I.L.D was left in shambles. Governments of the world are bringing the secret organization to trial for spilling their secrets and telling lies. Nick Furry has gone missing, the Avengers are piecing themselves back together after the Ultron incident, and Agent Colson is was appointed the new head of S.H.E.I.L.D. But just because the big eye is no longer watching does not mean the threats of the world have stopped popping up, Hydra has grown its heads back and began a new campaign in Europe and the Middle East. A.I.M & H.A.M.M.E.R have publicly announced their interest in Iso-8, which has become a big concern considering both organizations recent activity, and a villains have been tracked moving together in a organized fashion (The Syndicate).
With all of these threats on the rise and S.H.E.I.L.D in the dog house, Colson decided that a new form of defenses was needed to help combat the evils of the world. He appealed to the UN to re-activate the S.S.R and make them a separate, more "controlled" organization. With great reluctance, the UN signed off on the 'Project Reincarnation' who's primary goal was to create a S.H.E.I.L.D like organization to act as the "White SHEILD" for the world while its darker sibling cleans up its mess. S.S.R is co-lead by S.H.E.I.L.D and the UN, using S.H.E.I.L.D technology and resources, thee target and threats are found, while the UN supplies the troops, agents from intelligence organizations across the world, and "permissions". The new S.S.R will work independently from any other organization (CIA, MI-6, USSR, S.H.E.I.L.D etc.)
The Strategic Scientific Reserve (S.S.R) was re-activated for one purpose; to handle everything S.H.E.I.L.D is unable to at the moment.
Factions:
Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division
Status: Temporarily DEACTIVATED
The Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division is a combined military, scientific research, and espionage agency with a mandate to protect the populace of the world from threats beyond the scope of standard national security agencies. It was reformed from the remnants of the Strategic Scientific Reserve in the aftermath of World War II, and is made up of personnel from three disciplines: Operations (Ops) is the military, tactical and armed security division; the Science and Technology division (Sci-Tech) provides scientific research and medical support; Communications (Comms) is focused on data analysis and network security.
In recent years S.H.E.I.L.D has been on trial since its original fall and has been unable t keep its promise to the people of the world. Now in the year of 2016 S.H.E.I.L.D has tried its best to handle all the issues that have come about the world, but the only active cell in the organization is the New and Improved Avengers Initiative, and they are busy handling other-worldly issues.
CUT OFF A LIMB AND TWO MORE SHALL TAKE ITS PLACE
Status: Active
When scientists such as Arnim Zola were recruited by America as part of their efforts to use their weapons genius, they were able to subtly subvert S.H.I.E.L.D. from the inside as it grew, manipulating gathered intelligence and recruiting various key S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives to be loyal to Hydra's ideology. While S.H.I.E.L.D. would publicly serve as a peacekeeping force, it would also serve the secondary goal of creating a world that would eventually become so chaotic that the populace would willingly sacrifice their freedom for security that S.H.I.E.L.D. offered, thereby handing control over to Hydra.
Fury's actions forced Hydra operatives to launch a prearranged surprise coup. To this end, signals were broadcast on all S.H.I.E.L.D. channels with a message to step "out of the shadows" and "into the light." Take over actions were launched at all major S.H.I.E.L.D. installations resulting in a scramble to assert control on both sides. While the Triskelion was wrecked in the battle over Washington, D.C., the Hub fell briefly into the hands of Hydra before being claimed by loyal S.H.I.E.L.D operatives, and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s East African base and the Treehouse fell into the hands of Hydra. Afterwards, Hydra agents were ousted from the Cube.
Two Hydra cells were known to remain active after the coup; one led by John Garrett, seeking to revive the organization's Project Centipede, the other led by Wolfgang von Strucker, whose cell had created two enhanced twins, a boy possessing super speed and a girl with telekinesis from experiments performed on Loki's Sceptre. Strucker's cell settled in Sokovia, a Eastern Euripean country in turmoil, and took advantage of the situation to cover their operations. Garrett's cell was defeated by Director Coulson's team before they could implant Centipede soldiers in U.S. military ranks. In the aftermath of Garrett's defeat, S.H.I.E.L.D. was reformed but was apprehended by the world police.
Currently Hydra's whereabouts are unknown, they have recently been spotted in the European Countries, and in the Middle East but all efforts to trace their location have failed. Also large weapon cashes have been stolen but no connection has been maid.
Advanced Idea Mechanics
Status: Active
More recently, A.I.M. went seemingly legitimate, creating an internationally-recognized government on Barbuda, now known was the A.I.M. Island. Gaining diplomatic immunity which allowed them to grow bigger. With a time machine, A.I.M. was provided with future technology by their future counterpart, which they used to transform A.I.M. into a technologically advanced empire. A.I.M. managed to taunt the Avengers and blame them for an explosion caused during a confrontation between a robot duplicate of Forson and Iron Man which killed seventy-four people. Forson then launched A.I.M. troops to seize the White House. Meanwhile, their technological growth was thwarted by the Avengers, who managed to copy A.I.M.'s data from them while destroying the one in possession of the terrorist organization. With their defenses quickly dropping, a strike team of Avengers stormed A.I.M. Island. At the same time, other five Avengers defeated A.I.M.'s forces in Washington.
The raid was unsuccessful and A.I.M is now rebuilding their organization on the island. The US Government has black listed A.I.M and all its affiliates. They were last known setting up mining facilities in Africa.

Rules
-Two Characters Per person -There will be deaths in this RP, but we will decide as a group who dies next -There will be no Inhuman characters that are playable. But there might be a few NPCs -Please be realistic, all our characters regular humans so if they get thrown across the room by some super-powered character then of course they will be badly wounded. And if they ran a long distance then they will be winded. Guns do run out of bullets, stuff like this. -Also keep in mind that the only technology available to your character would anything used by SHIELD and Hydra, or anything the agency they come from had available to them. Another thing, don't OVERSTOCK your character; if your character has an Espionage focus then they would not have heavy weaponry, maybe even no guns at all just spy gear and knives and melee weapons.
Date quickened his pace as he walked home through the rain. It was not as heavy when he left for a walk but now it was raining harder and his silk umbrella was not providing much support. He was hanging out with his friends on the virtual world but his mother sent him to the local convince store and now he was headed home.
He stepped inside and took his shoes, dipping wet he drooped the food off in the kitchen and went upstairs to his room. The rain had almost soaked through his cloths so he was going to have to change. Today was not a good day for Date, he hated the rain, his mother was more annoying than usual and on top of all that she had him running around in this weather.
After he changed he slumped down onto his bed with a aggravated sigh. All he wanted to do was go online and have a good time, but nooo "reality" had to step in and trample on his parade. But now he was alone, Date closed his eyes and when he opened them the bright world he loved come into view. His small avatar scampered around looking for fun.

No other person is as generous with their time and energy as Date when it comes to encouraging others, and no other person does it with such irresistible style. A humorous person, Date loves the spotlight, and all the world is his stage. Dramatic by nature, he loves putting on a show for anyone especially his friends. He chats with a unique and earthy wit, and tires to soak up the attention of everyone around him and make every meeting feel a bit like a party. Utterly social, Date enjoys the simplest things, and there's no greater joy for him than just having fun with a good group of friends.
Though it may not always seem like it, Date knows that it's not all about him – he is as observant as an owl, and very sensitive to others' emotions. He is often the first to help someone out a challenging problem, happily providing emotional support and practical advice.
