The stealth force commander Karlos Vyrone was walking through the same part of the soul society. His rapier gleamed every step he took. He would come across the boy, and his companion. "So. The substitute soul reaper has made an appearance has he? Seeing as you're here, I might as well test out the new technique I've devised. Care to help me?" Karlos took no stance but his grip tightened slightly on his zanpakuto.

Powers: Karlos carries a very ornate rapier wherever he goes. He can, at will, turn this rapier into a whip made of thin, slicing water. Everything this whip cuts, makes it longer, so instead of losing power as a fight goes on, it just keeps getting stronger. Karlos can revert it back to rapier form at will, and is an incredible swordsman anyway.
Karlos also has a 'distress nuke' power. When in times of deep peril or stress, he can wrap his whip around himself, and it will transform into a cloak. When wearing this cloak, he has complete control over the very moisture in the air around him, allowing him to technically create tidal waves out of thin air. Obviously this power will knock him out cold for a good hour or so after use, because of just how much energy it requires. He can only find that energy to originally activate this power from deep peril or distress, so it's rare for him to be able to use it in most cases anyway.

Personality: Karlos is the sort of person who really doesn't care, until someone starts the fight. He will often swiftly end said fight by blocking both attacks in a fluid movement. He doesn't believe in violence, but neither does he ignore its inevitability. He is very laid back.

Bio: not much is known, but Karlos is said to come from a water community of elves, where everyone does things very naturally. No one killed, everyone was a vegetarian, not many fights broke out, and Karlos thought he would try to pass this philosophy to those who didn't grow up in that sort of environment.
Class: self defense. Not a class on how to fight, but a class on how to prevent yourself from being injured. Different blocks, different parries, different methods to 'win with your words, not with your fists.'
Appearance: dressed in a blue pinstripe suit, he has a pair of sunglasses, a top hat and a sea green cloth covering the bottom left side of his face.

Personality: the kind of person who fights without making too much effort, Karlos will often parry attacks endlessly, then make a single strike to kill/immobilise. He doesn't seem to care about much on the outside, but will pursue any dream to Hueco Mundo and back Biography: before the war, Karlos was well known for being a candidate for the protector of the commander of the stealth squad. However, during the war she was, along with half the stealth force, completely massacred. That left the spot wide open, and Karlos grasped it with open arms.
After the sealing of the soul king, Karlos began to gather the few remaining stealth squad members left. There were about 10 all together, and it really wasn't looking good. So he did the natural thing. He began recruiting. Every ten that passed the soul reaper academy, one would become a member of the stealth force. And so they grew

Appearance: a rapier Name: sessaku mizu (cutting water) Release Command: "silence them: sessaku mizu!" Shikai appearance: the hilt broadens into a katana, and the blade melts into a sharp 'whip' of water. Shikai Ability: able to attack at break neck speeds, sessaku mizu can absorb moisture from anything it cuts to gain length and strength.
Bankai name: mizu naifu no bochi (cemetery of water knives) Bankai Release Command: cut him/her/them down where he/she/they stand: mizu naifu no bochi Bankai Appearance: when Karlos calls the release command, the water 'whip' instantly coils up like a snake, then wraps around him. Then the a water flows into his clothes, forming a cloak as blue as the sea. Bankai Ability: Once his Bankai is released, Karlos can manipulate the very moisture in the air, allowing him to seemingly create tidal waves from thin air. He has perfect control over these, and can move them around before he finishes the thought.
Eventually, as the Bankai drains karlos' energy, it will start using his own blood. That's when problems really start.
Bankai second stage (Like byakuya's senkei)
Name: Ryūketsu no mizu no chimei-tekina naifu (deadly knives of bloody water) Appearance and ability: Karlos' Bankai cloak turns back into water, but instead of returning to shikai; creates a giant puddle with a barrier of water knives all around it. This allows Karlos to have complete control of the battlefield, and can use the barrier knives to deadly effect.
The problem with using this technique however, is that any more than 10 minutes of use at a time will result in a complete wipe out of energy.
