I'm interested. Also, as Polyphemus suggested, the wreck of the Argo could be fun.
Posted in the IC.

Edit: Also, changed the linked song to a more relevant one.
Jonathan saw the new, blue tinted streetlights pass by, one by one, as the limousine made it's way from the Pico Plano Bar to the Golf Club. As he started considering getting a driver's licence now that he wasn't in New York anymore, a song came in the radio and hypnotized him. The slow melody went from the speakers to his ears, and from there to his head; where the words that accompanied it stayed. He vaguely remembered going to Neil Young's studio when he was five with his father, who was trying to convince the Canadian troubador to let him use the still unreleased Trans as the official score for his then upcoming sci-fi picture. Although the memory seemed distant now, Jonny could still hear Young's advice to him clearly, "Boy, don't let your pa's bullshit drown you. Because God knows there's enough of it to drown him." Funny, now that he though back to it. He started wondering about everything everyone had told him, trying to figure out if he had ever met another unknowing prophet. But as he tried to remember, the limo came to a stop.

He came out as the blinding flashes came to a sudden stop. He wasn't worth wasting the camera's space with, there were bigger stars arriving soon. Once inside, Jonathan tried to make a mental map of the club's landmarks.

"Bar. Bathroom. Backdoor. Stage. Table? Where the hell is my table?"
So are you going to choose who sits together (considering the seats have names on them) or should we each choose where our names are?
Hmm, I'm not sure. Not really a huge fan of the manga/anime look, sorry.

What do you think about the middle one? Although I might change the back story a little and make him a human with a few extras (cortesy of Dr. Light), instead of a cyborg. Alos, might change the "Starbeam arm-cannon" to "Stargun" or "Starbeam hand-gun".

o3o Would you like for me to help you with finding a better photo for his armor suit?

That would be great. I did that on Paint.

Quotes:

"Well, in my family we call that 'Bullshit'." -When asked about the lifelong rumor that his father (popularly known as The Bull) once killed an extra, on-set, in front of the cast and crew.

"When I was an infant, I wanted to be a train conductor because, in my mind, they were always alone in their cabins. Not having to deal with anyone. With only their machine's company. Then 1969 came, and with it an even more attractive scrap of metal."- Starting narration of his second feature film, "Lonesome Train".

"Oh, I'm sure Jonny Boy will some day achieve something. Or at least I hope so, would be a waste of a damn good last name if he didn't."- His father, jokingly, when asked about the then 7 years-old Jonathan.

Name: Jonathan Bullard

Nicknames: Jonny Boy/Junior/Bull/Bull Jr.

Age: 37

Place of Birth: New York, N.Y., U.S.A.

Occupation: Writer/Director

Personality/History:

Saul Bullard (a.k.a. The Bull) was a prominent and influential cult filmmaker who found infamy after apparently killing an extra in order to make a scene more tense for the main actors in his 1987 film The Riddle Song. Although this was never proven to be anything more than a rumor, the press kept bugging Saul about it. Finally, one gloomy afternoon on the winter of 1995, Saul held a gun like a microphone and sang his swan song into it.

Although Jonathan doesn't like talking about it, the influences of his father's controversies are easily observable on his work; especially on his first feature film Numbness and the second one Lonesome Train. Most of his repertoire consists of slow burning, existential character dramas; of the kind that stays with the viewer long after watching them (think Vinterberg or IƱarritu, but concentrating in less characters). He won a large number of prestigious awards for his "big-budget" biopic Goodbye, Hemingway, which was about Hemingway's last years.

Extra:

  • He appeared on three of his father's films: The Riddle Song (1987), Who? When? Where? (1991) and Raspberries (1994).

  • He has four feature films under his belt so far: Numbness (1996), Lonesome Train (2002), Out On The Weekend (2005) and Goodbye, Hemingway (2012).

If any of the actors and/or actresses wants to, I could try to accommodate them into having been on Goodbye, Hemingway.
Starman

Real Name: Tom Stardust

Alias: Starman

Age: 25

Gender: Male

Human, Robot, Cyborg?: Cyborg

Abilities:

  • Prefering speed and agility over physical strenght, Starman is more of a "hit-and-runner" than a "bruiser".

  • As part of Dr. Light's "improvements", Starman's physical state and senses are enhanced over a regular human's capabilities. Although he isn't as strong as most of the other Protomen, Starman has the speed and precision of a peregrine falcone, and the agility of whichever animal is considered most agile.

  • Starman can "flash". This basically means he can move himself (and what/whomever is with him) about 40 feet from his original location in the brink of an eye, leaving a flashing light behind. However, this takes a lot of energy and doing it repeatedly at larger distances or with heavier cargo can be extremely exhausting. It is hypothesized that he could use this ability during a dog fight to dodge shots, but he hasn't tried this yet.

  • He remains more human than most of the other protomen, and he still has that "human element" that separates men from machine.

Weapon: Starbeam hand-gun. His fists and kicks.

Personality: Starman likes to seem cool and collected; but underneath his facade there is a nervous, insecure man. He didn't use to be like this, but ever since he became a witness for Willy's menace he has felt the weight of the world's future on his shoulders. He tries to be relatable and personable, which can be a hard thing to do with robots and cyborgs.

Short Bio: Killed by the hands of one of Willy's goons. Brought back by Dr. Light. Tom was a jet fighter pilot, but when he came back to consciousness and heard the good Doctor talk about his cause, he understood it's importance. Volunteering his services under his new alias, Starman, he became completely dedicated to helping Dr. Light. Light sent him find a hypothetical mineral called "protonium". Now, back after an unsuccessful search, Starman must tell Light about his failure and await new instructions. Because of this, he feels as if it's imposible for him to say "I am a Hero."

Singing Voice: David Bowie a.k.a. Ziggy Stardust, Halloween Jack, Major Tom, etc.

Extra:

I'm not 100% sure yet, but I think I might want to be "Starman"; based on the David Bowie song of the same name.
