Sorry I haven't posted in a bit I've been busy lately. Also, I was a little rushed to get my post up so if I made some mistakes, or if something doesn't make sense please let me know and I'll try and fix it.
Graham and Gizamon watched as the other two humans and their Digimon introduced themselves, before the boy Derrick re-entered the building. "I'm Graham, and this is Gizamon." He introduced the two of them, but he didn't pay much attention, he was still surprised that someone had just sacrificed their self to save them.

"Hey, Gizamon, who was that just then?" Graham asked, still clutching his partner to his chest.

"T-that was Alphamon, he was our greatest hero. It's hard to believe he's gone."

"So, he really died to save us." Graham sighed and looked down at his feet. He had been brought here to help, and so far all he had done was get someone else killed.

"Well, yes and no," Gizamon said. "Digimon can be destroyed, but most of the time they are reborn, it just might take some time."

That did make Graham feel a little better, and he relaxed a bit. He was about to speak up again when he saw a small purple fox like Digimon laying on the ground. He set Gizamon down and approached the creature. "Where did you come from?" As he picked up the Digimon he heard a buzzing sound and looked up, a large insect like Digimon was heading straight towards them. "Uh-oh, back inside, back inside." He ran back to the building with Gizamon hopping close behind him. He held the door open and called out to Anya and Conomon. "Hurry, I don't know if he's friendly, and I'd rather not ask him."
Graham and Gizamon had been walking for a while, mostly in silence until Graham spoke up. "So Gizamon, do you know how we can find the others?" He asked as he covered his mouth to stop from yawning. "Because I'm starting to think that walking around in the woods isn't going to help very much."

"How should I know?" Gizamon asked. "Don't you humans have a way to find each other?"

"Not really," Graham replied. "I mean it's not like I have their cell numbers or anything." He paused for a moment before pulling out his Digivice. "What about this thing? The others should have one to right? Maybe there's a tracking feature on here." He started to mess with the small device but he didn't have any luck getting it to work.

"I'm not really sure it can do that," Gizamon said. "but to be honest I don't know much about it either. Just that it is a sign that you were chosen."

"Great," Graham sighed. "Chosen to help save an entire world. No pressure."

"Don't worry, you won't be doing it alone. You've got me and I'm sure we'll meet up with the others soon." Gizamon said trying to cheer up his partner.

"I wouldn't count on it." A voice said as a small goblin like creature emerged from the trees.

"Yikes! That's a Goblimon!" Gizamon yelped.

"I take it he's not a good guy?" Graham asked. Gizamon shook his head. "Can you take him?" Another shake from Gizamon. "Well, I guess we're running then."

"I can't out run him! If there was a river or something nearby I could out swim this guy no problem, but I'm to slow on land." Gizamon said, not taking his eyes off of the new enemy.

"Well, I guess I'll do the running then." Graham grabbed Gizamon and took off as fast as he could with Goblimon close behind him. Small fireballs collided against the trees and bushes near him, but he kept. Still, he knew he couldn't run forever they needed a place to hide, or another way to turn the fight around.

"There!" Gizamon cried. "Over there! There's a building!" It looked like an abandoned lab or something, but Graham couldn't be sure. He turned towards it and ran through the door. Hopefully they could turn the situation around from in here, but neither of them had a clue as to how they could do it.
"Wake up!" A voice called out to Graham. He didn't recognize it and he decided to ignore it for now, he was still tired and wanted to sleep more. "WAKE UP!" There was the voice again, louder this time. Couldn't whoever it was just leave him be for a few more minutes? Apparently not as he felt something crash into his stomach and force him up.

Graham groaned as he rubbed his eyes and looked at what had landed on him. It was vaguely frog like with yellow skin and orange fur and a row of black spikes on its back. "Finally, I've been trying to wake you up for ten minutes! You sure are a heavy sleeper."

Graham stared at the creature for a minute, this seemed like something out of a dream, but he was definitely awake. He stared for a moment longer before poking the creature's snout. "What are you exactly?" He mumbled mainly to himself, but the creature evidently heard him. "I'm Gizamon, a Digimon, and your new partner for here on out. It's nice to meet you." Gizamon said smiling at him.

"Digimon? Partner? I don't think I follow." Graham said as he yawned. "But, I'm Graham, nice to meet you too."

Gizamon stared back at Graham, waiting for him to move, when he didn't Gizamon spoke up. "Uh, we should probably go now, this place isn't really safe, and besides we need to find the others."

"Others?" Graham asked. "Do you mean other Digimon?"

"No," Gizamon shook his head. "Other humans, they should have Digivice just like yours." Gizamon gestured to the strange device that had fallen out of his backpack. It was now laying on the pack next to where he was sitting.

Graham picked up the pack and the device, before looking it over. "So, we need to find people with these things? Well, I guess we better get moving." Graham stood up and started to walk.

"Hey, wait for me!" Gizamon yelled as he hopped behind his human partner.
"Goodbye, Mrs. Carper." Graham said as he stifled a yawn and waved to the elderly woman. Graham was just finishing his last delivery of the day and he was glad to be able to go home and start his favorite hobby, sleeping.

He trudged home, nearly dozing off while waiting for a light to change at one point, and sighed as he finally saw his house come into view. He enjoyed his job delivering packages after school, but he rarely had time for anything besides sleep by the time he was finished. As he walked up to the door he reached his hand out to turn the door knob. It didn't move. He tried again, and a third time, still nothing. "Locked," he sighed. "Of course."

He bent down and grabbed the spare key under the mat and unlocked the door. The house was empty, his parents and sisters probably out for the evening. Graham made his way to his room and threw his bag down on his bed before laying down himself. He was just starting to drift off, when a voice spoke.

"Your Destiny has Arrived. Will You Help Save Our World? If So, Take Hold of the Device."

"Huh?" Graham asked as he rubbed his eyes. A bright light came from his bag, he shook it open and out fell a strange device. "That's weird, I know I delivered everything for today, so where did this come from?" Holding his bag in one hand he reached out and picked up the device. It began to glow and changed from white to orange and black. Then the glow enveloped him, and he blacked out.
I'm sorry for the confusion earlier about Gizamon's evolution line. I found several very different ones that the games had used and I picked one that seemed to make some sense to me. Anyway, I can't wait to get started and I'm looking forward to the first posts.
Name: Graham "Yawn" Yellman

Age: 13

Gender: Male

Appearance: Graham is about five foot tall and weighs about 95lbs. He is fairly lean and does not have a lot of muscle. He has blonde hair that covers his right eye, and his eyes are green. He tends to wear winter clothes throughout the year, finding them to be more comfortable. His regular outfit consists of a thick grey coat over a blue shirt, thick brown pants, a wool hat, a scarf, gloves, and boots. He also carries a large backpack to store packages in.

He generally looks very tired and he often looks like he may fall asleep even when he is standing up right.

Bio: Graham grew up as the youngest member of his family with two older sisters. His parents tended to focus more on his sisters since they were driven and intellectually gifted. Graham, meanwhile, was content to work at his family's delivery business and only had average grades in school. Although it did bother him to be ignored by his family he tried not to let it show, and focused on his job, which did allow him to met a lot of people.

Personality/Traits:Graham is generally very sleepy, his one visible eye is almost always half closed which has earned him the nickname Yawn. Despite this he is a hard worker and always tries his best, assuming he finds the task important enough to work for. Because of his seemingly lazy attitude, most people might assume he is very laid back, but actually the opposite is true, he is generally stressed out and the reason he is tired is because he always triple checks his work to make sure there are no mistakes.

Graham is friendly to most people and works well in a team, but he also hates the idea of being in a position of authority and prefers to let others lead. He tries to avoid debates between others and thinks it is best to let people sort out their own problems, but is willing to get involved if asked too.

He also has a fairly good sense of direction coming from his time spent delivering packages.
