Short Bio: Kira couldn't play out in the sun like the other kids and because of the constant bullying that resulted from this isolation, her single father decided to homeschool her. They didn't have much but fortunately she was still able to connect with people by playing some of the tabletop games that the local shop gave them. The few friends Kira that had were sacred and because of her concern she often ended up doing a little too much. Her father had told her that she missed too much to catch up, that she would always have him. But he died. And for a while the house may as well have been empty. The time for grief had come to an end when the bills began to stack up, one after another.
She begged for a little more time from the collectors, time to find a solution. The solution was writing. Kira found that she could churn out pieces that would help pay the bills as long as she was offered clear guidelines, or at least able to be briefed in a complete manner. she assumed the pseudonym "L" becoming prolific in newspapers, magazines, and even some academic journals. The greatest invention she would say that had the biggest impact on her life is the self-checkout device, it signaled that though total escape isn't possible, there is a world out there of people seeking the impossible.
Skills: Kira is really good at predicting things as long as there is a discernible pattern.
Pity: Over the years Kira has gotten better at using her condition to draw pity strangers.
Flaws:She has a hard time expressing her emotions and connecting them to meaningful action.
Grows weak if not under the protection of her Bend Light spell.

To those without enhanced sight the PODS is invisible like a shimmer of heat.

Crow could tell immediately that she had misunderstood his intention, he knew far too well the power of frenzied mania. It was this force and not some horrible idea of love that now kept him going. Like him she could probably swing with the best of them when her blood goes running, but something about that man just makes him scream inside--probably some bad juju picked up from the dead Robin. Unlike that pitiful Robin, Crow would not live through life with that digging feeling and never doing anything about it. To be honest his motivation for doing this had nothing to do with the girl and only to do with him, yet Crow thought she might turn into an interesting plaything.
Crow began, " first of all my why does not matter. People are not interested in motives, only consequences. For me, I could know you for a thousand years and I still wouldn't trust you anymore than I do now. That is how people are. On and off. On and off," Crow said while waving his finger in the air. He thought about the rumors then, about how she could see the dead and see a person's death. To Crow this was no problem, because for him death is merely a stage of rebirth, and if someone tells him that he will die soon, that just means that something new and exciting is ready to take his place. Ghosts are merely fragments remaining here to fulfill an unresolved wish, something that the man called Crow will never have.
He continued, " this place is dangerous enough as is. So the way I understand people is by pushing and by being pushed. It's nothing unfair in the slightest, just a way to position ourselves as equals. My problem is, that unlike most people I can't look at mirrors, don't ask why that doesn't matter. What you must do is wipe any crumbs or stains off my face and rearrange my hair to your like. Again, you must not questions about why I ask this of you because only consequences matter. If you have stray comments, follow me to the bathroom, I'll leave the door open".
