Appearance: he is tall about 6'2" and has a barrel chest and broad shoulders his physic is in prime condition at all times his diet and musculoskeletal system finely cared for. He has icy blue eyes with a ring of gray around the pupils . His hair is a light grayish brown and pulled back in a messy ponytail. He wears a lab coat and a tan dress shirt with suspenders and brown pants with dress shoes.

Personality:he has multiple personality quirks and suffers from mild schizophrenia and bipolar disorder .he has a habit of making people uncomfortable with tales of past successful and unsuccessful surgical stories. He is kind and generous though his motives seem rather mysterious. He never has a dour mood and always wears a grin.

Background: he came from a small island ravaged by disease war and famine his father was killed and he was taken in by a triage doctor he studied with the man for the greater part of his life before man was executed the two for a long time searched for new methods and experiments to bypass hunger and thirst or to repair the body he was treated as a dangerous entity.

Weapons: steel darts/ randomized chemical compounds/ needle and thread

Abilities: eidetic learning from books. Razor fine eye hand control. He can memorize pictures and written words permanently upon study . His hands never slip of twitch and every action is precisely planned hence his accuracy with steel darts

Techniques: battlefield mcgyver: He has an immense pool of knowledge and can occasionally turn mundane items into lethal weapons and traps. Strange science: uses a temporary mutagenic agent with unknown consequences
