@Pathfinder Weh! Close enough! Reckoniiiing...Or alliance to see how crazy Janice's stuff becomes amplified by Driver. Either/or, really.
Hrm...think I'll go with non-creepycreep power character. At least for starters.

Also, now that I'm finishing up, I notice Pathfinder here too made a technomancer, of a sort, and finished their character before me. There will be a reckoning for this ninja-ing, oh yes. :p

Also also, @easy modo, qqqquestion for ya...How many characters are we actually allowed? I don't think you ever specified and I'd rather ask and make sure than assume that means unlimited. Kinda realized as I was writing Janice's Bio that I kinda wanna make the Smuggler a official character(maybe just an NPC) too, he struck me as pretty interesting from what little I've made of him so far.
Aye, sadly. Nothing stopping one of us from taking the idea and running with it though if he doesn't in fact come back, I should think.
I can get that, but as Wildman did say, "That is for you to decide as the leaders of the leading nations of the world and the fantasy one.", which the second part...I would assume indicates we'll be able to play the fantasynationplaces.

I do definitely agree with the nations themselves being relevant-while NGOs such as Megacorps from "our" world and major Guilds from the "Fantasy" world would most certainly play a part, you can bet any governing body worth its salt would have definite interest in the possible exploitation and diplomatic ties of a entirely new resour-er, "potential ally". Yes.
Interesting! Would definitely like to take part, if you'll have another player. Although do wanna let you know(in case you haven't noticed) that the picture you have in your first post right above the description of Mundin is uh. Not displaying(just a little icon denoting that there should be something there).

As for which character to bring in...I have a couple ideas calling to me for this one, although one of them I might decide against even if we can have multiple characters on the grounds of her powers being Creepycreepy for people who don't like spiders. Actually, she might not work anyways, depending on how much you'd allow transhumanist type stuff-I know you mentioned not having the formerly-summoned things playable, but I dooon't know if she'd be able to slide by on a technicality of her having been previously human or what. Regardless! Even if that character can't work, I do have a much more grounded idea for a Technomancer that should remain appropriate regardless.
Hmmm, sounds interesting! Dunno precisely how well this type of character would work, but what I've got in mind for something like this would be a Loner traveler taking jobs as something of a soldier of fortune-rations and a warm bed today for manning the walls of a Govvy Shelter, only to hoof it the next day to clear a lurker infestation for some greaser's to sleep easy and collect a box or two of ammo. Chaotic Good type; prefers against killing humans besides marauding raider gangs, but always up to help protect a settlement, knock some lurker heads together, or even so much as ferry supply shipments to make sure everyone can eat for the next week.
...As long as s/he gets paid, of course.
I'll play a awakened tzimisce abomination fomori that's under thrall to a de-
Hah, no, no, not serious in the slightest there, nobody likes Sam Haight concepts. In full seriousness, mark me interested. I'd personally prefer a game of Masquerade, as I don't have as much experience in NWoD(and have more than a few gripes with most of its gamelines besides, although Promethean will always have a spot in my heart) but it's the GM that makes or a breaks a game, not the system. Camarilla-aligned is perfectly fine by me, and the idea of being able to play any clan also perks my interest(Nagaraja are coooool...preferably the Nihilistics version rather than Vitreous but either way really).
What, nobody popping in to claim one or more of the fantastical nations of the New World of this barely-fleshed-upon idea? For shame, my good sirs(and/or madams)! I for one would not mind making and playing a probably-villain possibly-neutral unlikely-heroic Fantasy World faction if everyone else is a'ight with the idea:The Kingdom of Dentora, a ancient nation built upon the backs of the endless ranks of the dead. Lying in the heavy wastelands and ruined cities of the heartlands of a once great empire, entrenched within a terrain that seems to actively blight foreign conquerors and provides little in the ways of spoils useful to the native living-namely, food and farmable land necessary for a protracted occupation. Probably universally despised for naturally being who and what they are by the nations of their native world...But, lets be frank with ourselves. The governments of our mundane world tend to be just a little less scrupulous about such matters, especially when a nice profit can be bartered.
May, maaaay or may not have heavy vibes of Ermor, Ashen Empire of the Dominions series and other such undead empires. Because Necromancy is cool.

Good evening, night, or morning, whenever it may be for any particular person! I'm Hiro, though I've also been known to go as Pokemon Master Red on occasion. I'm a fan of dark spooky things that go bump in the night and righteous paladins smiting evil alike; of realms fantastical and pseudoscientific(though the mundane typically bores me); and all things that might lie both in between and as a combination thereof. I've been RPing for a few years now, although I sorta fell out of Play-by-Post for a while following the downfall of the last site I was part of(still in Tabletop though; all hail the Old World of Darkness). I like building characters/nations/whatever that go against the grain, so to speak; to use a VtM analogy that I may or may not have played for a while, a Camarilla Ventrue is a dime a dozen, but a Lasombra taken in by the local Prince is somewhat more uncommon(and, to me, interesting). I actually found your board after being referred here by a friend of mine who appears to go by the name of Crawkid around here, so thanks again good ol' friend-o-mine!

And without further ado, here's hoping for many good stories to be told in the future.
