This rp takes place in an alternate dimension. I'm not basing this completely off of anything, so just to be on the safe side I'll say I'm basing it on the pre-52. New 52 just hasn't really struck my fancy.

@KriticalKrab I've been wondering, why is having a powerset that's too similar to a preexisting hero an issue? I mean, comics have a LOT of overlap in powersets, DCU included; turning into animals, for example, is used by Animal Man, Vixen, Traitor Totem, Changeling/Beast Boy, one of the Wonder Twins, and probably three or four other guys I'm forgetting. Forgive me for asking, but why is it an issue?

Also I like Skeleton Man.

I suppose my line of thinking came from trying to make sure nobody was making a copy cat of an existing hero. But to be honest, there's probably a hero that exists for every super power ever. So I'll try to keep this in mind every time someone puts up an app, speaking of which.

Change Society to League, since the JSA doesn't exit here, other than that I accept. I'm hesitant to do this since you basically possess people, he kinda reminds me of another teen titans character. But since people can resist you I suppose I can accept this.

I should really get a Co-GM for this since my statements sometimes vary a lot. But I suppose there isn't anything wrong with your character, he's as weak as his animals, although he isn't the first to remind me of another hero. I accept.

Starting to rethink that skeleton man app, but it's way to late.

This is when I face palm myself, I wrote that late at night and I forgot to include the Flash. But it still works out, the post clanjos worked up doesn't interfere with anything, and with the Justice League supposedly gone it makes sense that these guys would be making havoc.

And one can't just retcon out the b-listers. That fundamentally changes the entire setting to the extent that it lacks even the most tenuous links to the DCU. Without Steel making Eradicator reform the entire world would be wiped out by the second iteration of Doomsday, for example. In short, without b-listers, the setting doesn't work and the world gets exploded several dozen times over.

This is an alternate universe I have decided to create so I wouldn't have to research every villain possible that has been close to destroying the world or a city. The Justice league members here are Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern(HJ), Martian Manhunter, and Aquaman. The other heroes present would be a few of their sidekicks, or companions. In our RP, the Justice League hasn't been seen in awhile, and it isn't publicly revealed that they are missing. Although Lex has spread the word around in the underground, this caused various villains to spread the word around, and this has caused the remaining heroes to keep busy and away from Jump City. As for the villains, the main ones do exist, but don't expect someone super obscure that you haven't seen in main media. I've kept this at alt universe so people wouldn't have to google super small time villains.

Gotham still has Robin, Nightwing, and a relatively new Batgirl. This was not in the first OOC post as I planned to show it off during the rp should anyone actually care about Gotham. I have no idea what Vanity city is, I made this alternate universe so I wouldn't have to be bothered. Atlantis is most likely under Orm's control, as Aqualad doesn't quite command the same presence as Aquaman. I never cared for Hawkgirl or Hawkman, so assume in this universe, the Thannigarians have no reason or care to approach Earth. I have no clue who Dada is, so chalk that up to alt universe again.

Not all of the b-listers are out, Steel if i remember, is a guy inspired by Superman and essentially made himself a suit of steel. It's entirely reasonable to assume he exists here. Although I don't know what the second iteration of Doomsday is, I can only assume that it's him coming back to life again. Fortunately, this Kal-El has yet to face Doomsday.

If you're going to mention the GL corps, wherever Hal goes so does his ring, and the Guardians haven't needed his assistance. So all appears well, and if i remember correctly the Guardians are terrible at watching the universe so they won't even notice his absence.

So they only weight 20 pounds? So I'm thinking anybody could knock that away. Unless they were caught off guard, or maybe just weren't in a position to fight against it. If anybody else has something to say, maybe to correct me, go ahead. But I'm thinking this is kind of weak, are you sure you want this character up?

I'm feeling alot of beast boy on this, what do you have to say about that? Other than that, I don't really want to accept it, mostly because of the animal shape changing thing. I suppose I should wait until you get a bio, but I'm not sure I'd accept this.

I suppose I can allow a sidekick character, but do you really want to play this out? I she's supposed to be useless without her partner, but I'm kinda curious about why you want to play up this character.
