Female Noboru? That means she's a female bara....

A wacky chase scene?

Also, I posted.
Katsuro Sakuma | Just more small talk

Katsuro breathed an audible sigh of relief upon being told he flatly couldn't join the Archery club. "Good....not that I wouldn't want to join it, but you know, it's for the best I don't." At least he could put the idea of joining Archery to rest. In fact, if the same was true for the majority of clubs around the school, he wouldn't have to worry about being tempted to join them after all. He had survived the storm and come out the other side without pissing anyone off.....yet.

"Anyway, back on Drama...." Technically this was bringing up clubs again, but his question would be less about clubs and more about people. "What do you make of the....leadership?" This was a fairly open question, and it might be amusing to see how Sato would answer. An obvious conclusion would be to think Katsuro was asking what he thought of the woman who was clearly in charge, who had sung both Katsuro and Sato's praises. In fact, she sang the praises of quite a few people that went on the stage that day. But that begged the question of what Katsuro was asking about the leadership. Katsuro was going to laugh heartily if Sato chose to believe he was asking if he thought the girl was hot. There was also the fact that there was technically a few leaders, in the form of those other judges. One that stood out to Katsuro was that guy that was definitely trying to act like a leader, given he criticized just about everything the other one said. It would simply be interesting to see where Sato's mind took him with this ambiguous question.
Katsuro Sakuma | Making small talk

Playing along with his little mock first introduction, Sato told him he had talent for drama. It confirmed what Katsuro already knew, but it didn't hurt to hear it confirmed by every person he encountered. He would've gotten a word in, but the guy kept talking. He seemed to recognise that he was rambling a bit though, and he stopped himself to ask a question. A question that made Katsuro cringe. "Oh man, you just had to bring up clubs! Why, man, why?" His melodrama was half feigned, since he knew why they were on the subject of clubs, but he did feel like he just couldn't escape the subject being brought up.

"Joking aside, I joined way too many clubs last year and it did not sit well with the folks. I made a promise to limit my activities, and thus no, I have not joined any other clubs.....yet." Now that it was on his mind, he was thinking about all the clubs he could've joined. To distract himself, he asked the first question that popped into his head. "What about you? Any other clubs?" He soon realised this question would make him think about clubs some more, but it was too late, and he had already asked.

Ruin the collab pad farther than it already is?

Way ahead of you.
Katsuro Sakuma | Chancing upon Hashimoto

Katsuro was pleased his audition had gone well the other day. It was yet to be determined if he would hang around this club forever, but at least he had the right foot in the door. If he could end up having fun with this club, being seen as talented would make it easier to have fun with it. In any event, it was a good show on his own part, and he couldn't help but be proud about it. Fortunately, he had resisted the urge to join any other clubs as of yet.....emphasis being on "as of yet". He did not yet know if the drama club would prove to be a terribly intensive club, but if it did, he would have a hard time meeting multiple commitments if he joined more clubs, and that certainly would not go down well with the folks at home.

Katsuro left the school a little late, after having hung around a few of his friends in the school for a while. On his way out, he chanced upon a familiar face. "Well well, is this fate, or just a contrived coincidence?" He did not know if this Sato fellow would remember him, but maybe his memory would return upon hearing his name. "We technically heard each others names already, but I feel I should introduce myself formally; Katsuro Sakuma, venerated sage and bumbling buffoon, at your service."
Alright then. Awkward spontaneous meeting, go!

Though I suppose I could make up the excuse that he decided to check in on the Archery club as part of his obsessive complusive club joining....
Now that we've timeskipped, I'm at a loss for what to do next. Oh the irony.
Just twiddling my thumbs waiting for something to happen again.
Katsuro Sakuma | Auditionin'

Eventually, it was Katsuro's turn to take the stage. Some of the people before him had gotten some almost ridiculous adulation for their performances. These people must be really excited for their Shakespeare. The guy that had spoken to him out in the corridor had done fairly well for himself too. It briefly occurred to Katsuro that the two of them were going to learn each others names by hearing them said out loud for these auditions. Not that it was really important to note. As Katsuro ascended onto the platform, he wasn't nervous. He wasn't all that foreign to talking in front of crowds or groups of people, and he wasn't here to be the greatest thespian there ever was, he was here to have fun. If he didn't get the part, it was no skin off his nose, but he had decided against making a mockery of the audition. It didn't seem like these people would much appreciate it anyway.

"Swift as a shadow, short as any dream,
Brief as the lightning in the collied night,
That, in a spleen, unfolds both heaven and earth;
So quick bright things come to confusion."

Katsuro recited the lines well enough, but more than anything, he understood the context of what he was saying. This was an excerpt from "A Midsummer Night's Dream", Act 1, Scene 1; a conversation between Lysander and Hermia, two lovers unable to unite due to their circumstances. The lines in question are from Lysander, telling Hermia of the hardships true lovers often face. In particular, these specific lines are him describing how true love is often fleeting, as it is often destroyed by circumstances such as theirs or else. In one way, it could be seen as lamenting their circumstances, but it is also meant to console Hermia by way of convincing her that these trials are merely what many experiencing true love must go through.

Katsuro didn't know how much of this he cared for personally, but that didn't matter. Right now, he was Lysander, and he was speaking with his love Hermia.
