Esper powers are heavily restricted by how they may exist in real life. Accelerated healing is pretty much non-exist here so Haemokinesists are pretty much the only ones allowed with a form of healing because we do use blood to fix ourselves up. This is also one of the balancing mechanics I implemented to entice people to pick a magician instead of an esper. You can make any power magic but not an ability. Without a doubt espers are the most advantageous class here as they have nothing to lose when learning magic to become Hybrids. Magicians lose their ability to use magic until they learn how to use magic within an AIM field should they chose to become Hybrids.
EDUT: I'll let the healing work on the twins only, but I don't expect allowing exceptions often with student type characters.

I regret the fact that I focused on feeding Haru information about #1 that I said little about #2 other than his ability. #2 is supposed to be an extremely greedy person because of his ability/Personal Reality. I haven't been able to enforce the rule about abilities needing to relate to personalities because of how vague this can be at times and that I came in when a good handful of characters were approved already.
If possible, change Tetsuya's character to one that is of a greedy person. Also, the twins have Japanese names yet their nationality is Korean, so change one or the other to match. Other than that, I see no other problems really.
As for Shiho[the character], the personality was done well. If I were to use a character as an example for this ability/Personal Reality/personality stuff, she'd be one of them. Only one special skill though so flight or barrier. If the barrier it can't be strong enough to withstand a Railgun at level 3. Bullets maybe but I'd use fireballs thrown by Ueno as a baseline. That sounds good. In that case I'd see it as a finisher move or rendering targets unable to fight for x duration on direct hits.

The character looks good, but with a few guidelines as I expect that this character is level 3 in Esper terms. The healing field will be akin to a life support. It can stop bleeding, pain, and heal small scratches at most. Unless the 7th spell is an all out move expect it to knock the wind out of the target. Other than that feel free to post it in the CHAR thread.

Hikaru can have some resistance to explosions in general because of his AIM field, but shouldn't be immune to his own explosions. Otherwise he should just be immune to all explosions and that won't work. Think of this as a limitation Hikaru needs to work around and be conscious of when he attempts to deploy explosions in point blank range. At the very least as a level 3 him being able to cause life threatening explosions isn't possible yet. Note that Hikaru can learn to use his ability like an LRAD in that his explosions become directional. In fact, I encourage you to put something like this as his special skill since Hikaru doesn't have one yet.
