Perhaps it'd be a better idea to instead rework the game to a specific region with Tamriel during a more turbulent time? I mean, placing it in Skyrim during the Stormcloak Rebellion could work for a smaller group of players fairly nicely. That or perhaps a game set in High Rock since it is made up of separate smaller Kingdoms that have been at odds throughout history at one point or another.

I'd be interested in joining up as the Stormcloak Rebellion if this is still active, but I have a few questions for the GM before I fill anything out.
Is there currently a map with all claims on it?

I think it is a good play for him ICly, even if he does end up failing it will make Denmark look to Sweden in a much better light and would probably help them eventually unite into Scandinavia. I was intending on making the same move if I had gotten Sweden.
