Yup. Those nations no longer exist. The major countries annexed them all. Except Sweden, the Germans and the Ottomans conspired together to make Sweden sink into the Bering Sea.
My serious answer is that the list wasn't needed. Half the players were using nations not on the list, some of the nations on the list don't exist anymore, and frankly, if you are taking part in this roleplay, you should have a fair idea of what nations existed and what didn't at this period in time.
