Personality: Mili is sexy and she knows it. She loves to flaunt her sexuality and uses it as a weapon. She just loves to pick up things for boys and give them a quick glance at her goods. However, she takes her job as secretary very seriously. In fact, she's the one who really pulls the strings in the town.
Backstory: Raised into a rich but boring family, she decided to move to the country to give her life a bit of spice (and hopefully meet some cowboys, if you know what I mean.) However, she has found that life is often bland her too, and seeks to change the town into something more thrilling.

Powers: Chaotic aura, things go wrong around him constantly, but only for others. He can focus it on a single point and use it to destroy things, create fights, or set off a chain of bad things. Physically touching him creates a deep and powerful longing to let go of sanity.
Abilities: Skilled in street style combat, fast, and mentally sharp. However, he has a low pain tolerance and he's not very strong.
Job or Skill: Before he was captured, he was a petty thief.
Background: Moved out of the home of his drunk and insane father at fifteen and barely got himself through high school. With nothing else to do, he turned to crime to keep himself alive. He kept of a book full of people he needs to pay back for things he stole, and hoped to pay everyone in it back at some point, but people didn't take kindly to him, so earning money was nearly impossible. He was considering suicide before being captured.

Personality: Quite, cool, and calm. She lays back and shoots down enemies from afar, but she's also skilled in using her bow as a close-ranged weapon. While usually a loner, she works well with a small group. [I'll add more has her character develops later possibly.]
With the slamming of the door against the wall, Adelaide made her grand entrance. She plopped herself into a chair and leaned back, placing her feet on the desk. "I missed the test again huh? Shame." She glanced around in disinterest. In all honesty she probably would've taken it but she found herself preoccupied with sleeping in and she was nursing a hangover. Her eyes were attracted to Arabella's white hair and she lifted one of her eyebrows at the girl. "Oi, that all natural? Must've took a toooon of bleach." She chuckled and fiddled with a pencil.
She's not ready for the outside world. Her personality doesn't fair well with normal people and her substance abuse makes it hard if not impossible to get a job. She can't go anywhere else.
Kind of like a kid who'd stay with their parents, except she has no parents so this is her only option.
Not to mention her temperament combined with her possibly deadly ability make her a danger to the general public.

Name: Adelaide De LaBassiese
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Abilities: Poison Manipulation; Adelaide posses the power to secrete toxins and poisons from her pores. She can create large quantities in an either liquid or vapor form. Different poisons can be produced for different effects, ranging from pain, paralysis, or even death if exposed to large amounts. The effects can be cured through either Adelaide's blood or saliva, but lesser poisons (such as ones to simply cause pain) will fade on their own.
Personality: Adelaide is moody and loud. She expresses her opinion openly, at the dismay of others, and lacks enough empathy to bother with common courtesy. While it appears she's lost track of her moral compass, she does show empathy in situations she deems worthy. Her ego is quite large and she has trouble getting along with normal people. This, along with her drinking habits, make it hard for her to live outside the orphanage. In a good mood she's mischievous and enjoys bothering people, in a bad mood she's withdrawn and snappy.
