Sorry guys, I've gotten real busy as of late. Won't be able to post for a while.
I like how you guys are choosing the class without someone to play the teacher. ._.
I was actually planning on making a Practice, Art, or Music teacher. I just haven't decided on which one yet.
I ended up picking Practice. Is this a day by day thing? or is it per semester?
Ivan probably deserves it, he's a bit of a prick.
I kind of agree. Good character building. On another note....I can't decide between Practice or PE!!
@TentaclLord - Ivan made a very poor choice of words, friend. I just imagine Merlin turning into Liam Neeson right now, because he is going to find you and he will destroy you.
Merlin was caught a little off guard at Geni's question. Yes, he was overly proficient with the uses of Dust, but he had never thought about teaching people about it. Merlin stopped devouring chicken sandwich number 3, smiled at Geni, and said, "It's actually quite simple. The powdered form of Dust, that most Hunters use, is actually quite unstable and activates to almost any sharp movement," He stopped for a moment to take a swig of his milk, "Just the other day, I heard a rumor about two girls that had a disagreement on the first day of school. One of the girls accidentally let some Burn Dust loose, and the other girl sneezed. The result was a small crater on school grounds," Another milk pause, "Moving on, If you really want to use Dust in the method that I use, I will help modify your weapon to utilize it. I think you might benefit from using specialized Dust bullets though. You know the type my opponent, Ivan, used? It costs a lot less than my method, and greatly increases the amount of options you have during combat." He said with a smile. Merlin was earnest in his offer to help modify Geni's weapon, but he wasn't quite sure if he wanted to give him all of Deep Magic's tricks. He liked Geni, but he hasn't come to trust him quite yet. Merlin soon began devouring his food again, but then suddenly stopped. He could hear Ivan in the background calling him an 'amateur-hour stage magician'. Even though Merlin knew it was just a way to make his former opponent feel better about the match, but he couldn't help but take it personally. "If only he knew my old profession, hehehe. Next time I face him, I will worry less about the audience and solely focus on destroying the wall of self confidence he has oh-so-carefully built." He said to Geni with an almost devilish smile. No one insults his ability as a magician, no one. After a few more brief moments of silent brooding, Merlin's normal smile returned to his face and he began to inhale what was left on his plate.
Merlin's first true interaction with a teammate! How will it go? What will be said? And the most pressing question of them all!!!! Will Merlin be able to eat all of that food?!?!....the answer is yes. Yes he will.
Watching Merlin burn through the math problems was definitely a spectacle to be seen. He burned through every practice problem and example problem there was in the packet inside the packet within the first 10 minutes of class. These were nothing compared to all the calculations he had to make while he was working at the casino. Almost as soon as he finished the last page with problems on it, he began to take a nap. The battle the class before had worn him out, and he proceeded to sleep until the end of class bell rang. When Merlin finally got the dining hall, he made a bee line toward the chicken sandwiches. He had already grown a large appetite right after the sparring match with Ivan and it only grew from then on. It had gotten to a such a point that, right in the middle of history, Merlin's stomach gave a very audible growl. He picked up nine chicken sandwiches, a large heap of curly fries, and three cartons of milk. The employee at the end of the bar gave Merlin an odd look after sizing up the amount of food he had and comparing it to is body size. Merlin didn't pay any mind to him as he paid for his food and walked away. Finding a seat wasn't too difficult. Merlin walked by Ivan and gave a quick "Sup." before continuing his search for a seat. He decided to take a seat right across from Geni who had made a replying to a boy who had made a comment about the math class earlier. "I see fighting more of an art than a science. I do see the relevance in treating it from more of an analytic point of view though." He said with a smile, "Good show during you match today, Geni." Merlin then looked down at his mountain of food and began the feast.
What type of practice happens in Practice class?
Just read the latest collab. With that I think team GJMM is sitting at a very comfortable 2 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie. I approve of the winning record.
