Leona nodded, though the vagueness of the answer didn’t make her feel any less uneasy. She leaned forward on her hands for a little while, contemplating the nature of the island further. What type of people lived there? Would she really be able to turn her life around and to get away from the dullness she had experienced before?

Whatever the answer was, it awaited her in Kahoolawe. She thought of what her room would be like briefly, and hoped it could accommodate her familiar. He was a very large bird, and needed plenty of space to fly. Maybe there would be something about pets on this ‘questionnaire’ Dresden had mentioned. Leona leaned back, looking up at the small roof of the plane over her head, then turned to Rosalie in an attempt to strike up a conversation. “This is all pretty crazy, hunh? Exciting, but scary. I’ve never gone very far away from home, before.”
Terra smiles at Lavender comfortingly. “Wear whatever you like, dear, so long as it is something. The Sun Empire prides itself on the freedom of expression it allows its people. There are many lady warriors as well, who sacrifice some small amount femininity for practicality. Few would think less of you for it, and those that might are not people you should focus on.”

Terra begins the short walk from the meadow to the woods on the stone path, as no one has made any disagreement with the plan to travel. She hoists the bottom of her robe up as she walks, but grins the whole while. Absent mindedly she says, “The weather is picking up quite a lot. Funny, since the skies have been so clear.” She looks up, eyes twinkling.

When they arrive at the edge of a forest, a large doe stands not 10 feet away. It is a pale blue tint, with a soft white underbelly and little spots littering its sides. It slowly approaches Lavinia and Jacinta, caution written in all of its features. Terra watches curiously, careful not to scare the gentle animal off.
@YamiCuoreLaroux As far as I know. Tell me if I need to pick a specific place for my character to be.
@King Tai I'll be sure to work them in there, then! It's likely we'll be seeing the dragons first, though. :V
@King Tai Sure, if that's something you'd like to see! Yun is a very large place, so I am open to including pretty much any creatures.
@2b3heart You got it! I have a few ideas for them already that I'm fond of. Just going to have to write them down. :B
@Schorl It's up to you if you wanna be active in the OOC! I'm okay with players lurking for the most part, as long as they post some in the IC. Certainly doesn't hurt, though. :)

I'm also curious if there's any specific creatures you guys would want to learn more about in Yun. Like their behavior and societies for example, or important figure heads of that species. That sort of thing. I'd like to get a head start on making the upcoming relevant lore, while also engaging everyone's particular interests.
@Savi Oh, I hope that went well! I've seen people have really different reactions to getting their wisdom teeth out. Heal up well and don't feel rushed. :)
”Please try to have some manners,” Terra says gently to Alex, “Everyone here is just as confused as you are.” Terra sighs, shaking her head briefly.

“There is a welcome place for everyone in Yun. No one species is greater than the others. Citizens prove their worth through actions and kindness, not their physical or magical attributes. Who you are has not changed, even if you look different now.” Terra calmly folds her arms, robes pooling around her once more. She walks a little ways down the field, back to be in front of everyone.

“If you are all ready, we can begin our travels to the store room, and after that, the Great Mage. It is not far from here, just a half mile or so down this path,” terra announces, gesturing to the stone masonry embedded into the ground by the edge of the trees.

She is stopped in her tracks by Basco’s question. Mildly, she replies, “There are dangers in our wonderful Empire as surely as anywhere else, but we are in a very safe place right now. You will not run into any enemies here, but if you sought them out closer to the edges of the kingdom, you would find them.”
“Dragons often frequent the Sun Empire, as many live in the neighboring kingdom known as Angels’ Rest. She will not be out of place at all,” Terra states simply to Lavender.

“I would be glad to take all of you to the Great Mage, and luckily the store room is on the way. We could simply stop there during our travel to her. When we see her, you would certainly be welcome to ask her any questions about getting home, if that is what you desire, though I fear the answer would not be what some of you are looking for.”

Terra nods somberly to Daena in response to her thanks. “It is the least I could do, given the circumstances. I am terribly sorry about all of this on behalf of the Great Mage, and any sorrow it may have caused you.”
