A few minutes pass, and the heavy steps walk back along the hallway, and then fades as they walk down the stairs. The sun has fully set, and thankfully the rooms has lighting, a weak, overhead bulb and a pair of lamps each.

You start to hear noises from outside, which are more pronounced in Emmett and William's room, as they were closer to its source, the fields. The noises are those of steel and stone, hitting dirt. Some rattling. Grunts and moans of labor. It sends you the image of people working the farm fields, though it was nighttime.
As Brenner looks outside, he notices the surrounding slowly becoming dark. At the visible horizon, the sun is starting to set.

A little after this, you all hear the bells of the church ring, a total of thirteen times. As you settle in your bedrooms, some of you start to feel hungry, some more so than others. Outside your rooms, you hear creaking wood under the steps of a heavy person, walking to the bathroom at the end of the hall.
There's some plumbing. It's more remote than underdeveloped, though it is a bit behind compared to other. So yeah, there's a shower area as Rogue mentioned. But then again, we're not sure if the shower works yet...
The innkeeper hears them talking, and he chuckles. "Oh, you're those people with the broken bus? I should have known. Your agency will be paying for your lodgings, although you will have to share two rooms between all of you."

When you look for the map, you will see that it is very simple, possibly even horribly made. It only shows the inn, the houses, the diner, the church behind them, a relatively vast farmland and a forested area, cut by a nearby river.

The innkeeper then places two keys on the counter. "Please stay as long as you need to. Your rooms are across each other, the first doors to your left when you go upstairs. Bathrooms are at the end of the halls."

The rooms are identical. Each has a double bed, two nightstands, one with light and one with a phone. There is no private bathroom, but there are some at the end of the corridors. There are six more rooms aside from the two you will occupy, but they are all locked and occupied mostly by locals.
Yeaaaaah I actually had a plan to make the innkeeper say they don't use maps in that town. Since you know, they don't get much visitors and they know the place by heart. But that's fine. Will be posting soon, sorry for the delay, life's being a bitch.
The innkeeper reflexively looks at the door as you enter. The situation sinks in, and he jumps upright from his comfortable seat, dropping the book he was reading. "Why, hello there! Are you looking for a place to stay?"

As you look around, you notice to the left the couches and an old coffeetable. At the counter in front of the innkeeper is a stand with pamphlets.
When you decide to leave the bus, it slowly moves along the road and turns the corner, to where you assume the mechanics' shop would be.

As you look around you, you notice more and more of the village. With it being away from the highway, there's a number of trees surrounding it for the most part. When you enter the village, you immediately see the inn. It is parallel to a road, and beside it are empty lots, which have houses beside it. Through the lots you notice even more trees, but you notice some bigger structures such as the tower of a church.

To the right side you see a dead end in the distance, with some establishments and houses. One notable establishment is a small diner.

To the left, you notice more trees, as well as the road turning the corner.

When you decide to enter the inn, you will notice that it has a small lobby. From the entrance, you will see to your right a wall, and to the left some couches and a coffee table. Directly in front would be the innkeeper, a stout middle aged man with a shaved head and a full beard.

As the drive goes on, you notice that the you're off the highways, and there's less and less traffic.

Soon, you notice the surroundings start to dim, and though the sun is still up, the clouds cover it making it dark and foreboding. There's a sudden bump, but the bus continues on. You feel another bump, and those near the driver hears him mutter "Oh, man." The bus slows to a stop as a small village to your right catches your eye.

The village looks small and close knit, and the structures appear as though they area decades behind. You hear the hissing sound from the speakers and the driver speaks.

"Uh.. Yeah. The engine's acting up a bit. We're almost at Howler's but..." he said, then looked at his watch, "we'll have to stay the night."

He points to the biggest and closest structure, then says it's an inn. "You can go and explore the village, but I don't advise that. If I were you, I'll get a room and rest. We can ask the agency for reimbursement later. Tomorrow morning, I'll fetch you at the inn and we'll drive up to Howler's."

You hear the hiss again, then the driver's droning voice. "Oh, and don't go out past sunset. Now, if you would just... you know. I gotta bring this to the mechanics."
Awwwwyeah! Let's have some RP going before we arrive at Howler's. Maybe Castle will catch up!
Alright, @Castle, hope you don't mind that we'll just assume your character slipped in the vehicle through all that so we can start the trip. You can just fill in the blanks with your post.

As for @Camerch, feel free to post whenever you feel like getting picked up by the bus. A simple addition to your post, like something that says you notice a bus in the distance, will do.
