Somewhere near modern Wales, during the 5th century AD, the new restructuring plans after the fall of the western Roman empire were not having too much of an impact in these rural valleys. In fact, the seven major communities of the region, each one with a few hundred people, still spoke an unknown Celtic language that has never been discovered since their fall.
