Yeah, this actually seems like fun and seems interesting

Hard to GM, but if it's a small group, then it'll be easier and more dedication!
Just came from OOC

Looks interesting, going to read through IC and see if I'm further interested in this before I begin work on a CS!

Solution: Just get out there, @Saint Girralo.

Okay, okay, I know it's a crappy solution, but let me explain!

Whether you have clinical depression or you're just really, really sad because of what's happened in your life recently that's put you in such a bad spot or whatever, you just have to get out there.

If it's clinical depression and you're taking anti-depressants? Get out there.

If it's just because of your life recently and you're just in a bad spot and yeah? Get out there.

What I mean by "get out there" is to friggin get out of your house or get out of wherever you are and just... do something. Do something with your friends, do something with your family, do something that makes you happy. Occupy your life with things to do. Find a hobby, grab a pint with your friends (if you're over 21 or whatever the drinking age is in your country), go to a party, hang out with your friends, go to a restaurant. Do whatever it is you need to do, just get out there.

Yeah, it might be hard because hey, I dunno you could be in school or perhaps you could have a job and that means your life is preoccupied with one of those two things (or maybe even both?), but whenever you can, just get out. Don't stay holed up in your house, don't sit behind your computer, just get out of your house and do something, whatever it is that'll make you happy. Surround yourself with friends and family, surround yourself with people, occupy yourself with something that'll get you to do something, something that'll make you... happy.

My Health teacher has clinical depression, he's currently on antidepressants and all, and I can remember him telling a story in front of the whole class (surprisingly he's very open about his life) that the only way to get out of being sad is to get out and do something, is to get out and try to be happy.

Using this AskReddit thread's first top comment, which if you don't want to click on it says,

You don't want to live but you don't want to die. You don't want to talk to anyone but you feel very lonely. You wake up in the morning and simply wait for the night to come.

I want to think... I want to believe that being depressed can be overcome by simply getting out there. By simply... occupying yourself with something to do. I haven't exactly been "depressed" before (or maybe I have and I don't know it, I know I've been extremely sad and have wanted to do nothing but lay in bed for days and never take showers before) but I know that just doing something, while it won't work immediately, it'll work out in the long run.

Best of luck buddy!

I'll get a post up at evening

My apologies, school has just started for me and I've been in a rush for that.
Souta placed his finger on his cheek, prodding it ever so slightly at a rather slow speed at his eyes wandered up towards the ceiling, thinking of what to do -- or in this case, how. His sister had trained him how to use his powers, teaching him how to control over the two odd samurais that would come to his command whenever he called for them to come down from the spirit world.

Well, not command. More or less, to give orders. He didn't have control over the two spirits that would protect him in the sense that he could control where they moved or how they acted, but he could give orders to them -- which they would follow out of their own free will.

It was a very strange power. In a sense, Souta didn't exactly have a power. All he had were two "people" -- with his sister being able to summon more than two -- who were already dead, coming from the spirit world to protect him. Without this "power" of his, he was virtually useless. If they were bested, he would more or less be screwed over -- and both he and his sister knew that.

How his sister had managed to attain a spot on the student council, he didn't exactly have an idea, and how she even managed to keep it was beyond him. He was told that this ability of his was useful, that it was powerful, but he had yet to even use it once -- yet to even summon them once; but, if all they did was protect him, would they also be useful in protecting the investors?

Probably, he thought, even though a small part of his mind told him otherwise.

"Let's try our best," He said, giving a short nod to no one in particular.
Souta tried his best to keep his composure as he sat in his chair, his arm holding up his head as it sat firmly and securely on the arm rest of the chair. He stared at Alphonse, trying his best not to break out into panic or into tears.

He was of the student council. The student council, a group of the most powerful students in the whole school.

Granted, Souta didn't exactly earn his spot on the student council, but neither did anyone else. His sister chose him for some odd reason because she believed in him -- for some odd reason. Because she knew that Souta could... well, do it in the words of that strange white man in that strange YouTube video that somehow seemed to reach popularity.

But that was beside the point!

Souta's sister had to fight for her seat with her power, a power that kept her safe and secure, that was considered to be "powerful," and Souta had that same exact power.

Granted, Souta's sister could summon out five guards at a time to do her bidding, but two was enough for Souta! This power, even though Souta had yet to master it, even though Souta had yet to bring out its full potential, even though Souta had yet to even use it in a real fight, this power would keep him safe.

"What are we going to do about this?"
