Johnny and the triplets' join post is up! Sorry for taking too long!
Johnny and the Triplets

Parties were not Johnny's scene, and certainly not Santiago Fernandez's parties. They were loud, long, and full of sex and drugs. But he had to, at the suggestion of his parents to accompany the Howard triplets to their first Crown Heights party. At least he'd have Dylan to hang around with. That is, unless Dylan decided to become popular, subsequently leaving him alone. He doubted Elijah would turn up. Decked out in a loose fitting white shirt, with the top two buttons undone, a pair of linen shorts and sandals, he climbed into his car, preening his hair in the rear view mirror. He got out his phone and texted Dylan:

I'll be at your place in five. Good luck surviving your first party.
- Johnny

Dylan looked down at the ping of his phone, and read the text from Johnny, relieved that he wouldn't have to be on his own with his siblings for much longer. He looked up from where he was sitting on Kate's bed, phone in one hand, drink in the other, and saw Kate doing her makeup, and Paul having a drink. Of course, Paul's drink of chocie was a bottle of whiskey, as opposed to Dylan's more tame choice of a vodka and coke.

"Johnny's going to be here in a few minutes, so make sure you're ready to go." he told Paul and Kate.

"Hurry up, Kate, why are you taking so long with this, since when did you even have this makeup?" Paul asked Kate.

"Because, 'Mr. Perfect Body and Face', I want to impress people, and if there's ever a time to impress people and make friends, it's the first party of the school year."

"Hey," Paul retorted, "I don't just get by on my good looks, Kate, I get on with my personality too."

"Ah, yes, that winning personality that you have. I know it so well.

"And what's that supposed to mean?"

"It doesn't matter," Kate told Paul, tunrning around to face him, "I'm done anyway. I just have to go to the toilet."

As Kate walked out to go to the bathroom, Paul turned around to Dylan, who had returned to browsing his phone.

"Are you just going to go on your phone all night?" Paul asked Dylan.

"Um, probably not, why?"

"Can't have my brother being a longer, right at the beginning of school"

Dylan let out a small chuckle, "Because it would ruin your repuation?"

"Well, that, and I want you to have a good time, loosen up, you're always too worried about everything"

Before Dylan could reply, Kate walked back in, and they heard the honk of Johnny's car horn.

"Come on then, let's go," Kate told her brothers, and the tree of them walked out of the house and into Johnny's car.

Johnny noticed the triplets leaving the house pushing open the door leading to the passenger seat, the music he was playing blaring out into the street. An album by his favourite band: Kinda Kinks by The Kinks. He didn't like to play loud music, but he needed to cleanse his soul before listening to whatever garbage Diablo would be playing at his hell-fest.

"Thanks so much for giving us a lift," Kate said to Johnny, as she and Paul got into the back of the car and Dylan got into the front.

Johnny flashed a smile at Kate. He was always unsure how to talk with her. Well, her and Paul. Paul was too intimidating, and Kate was, well, female. As he had proven earlier that week, Johnny was not good at speaking to girls. Thankfully, he got along well enough with her to be able to remain civil. "You're welcome. You look nice tonight. The girls at Diablo's place had better hold on to their boyfriends." He said, unaware if it sounded like he was flirting or not.

Dylan smiled at Johnny as he got into the car, and let out a small "Hey."

Johnny smiled back, nodding, responding with a "Hey there." He decided not to verbally greet Paul, instead he raised a hand in his direction.

"I hope you don't mind the music. I felt the need to listen to some of the classics before we listened to whatever's on at that party. I hope you guys remembered your swimming gear." Johnny pulled out of their drive, quietly singing along to the song playing on his radio. He decided it would be best to make conversation, so he waited for an instrumental break before awkwardly saying "So, how are you guys taking to King's Academy?"

"School's alright. Same as the old school, just in a different place, I guess. Dylan told Johnny

"Does wearing nothing count as swimwear?", Paul said, with slight seriousness

Kate tutted, "You wish it did, can't you take a day off of being so obnoxious?"

"Obnoxious?" Paul asked, furrowing his eyebrows and taking another swig of the whiskey bottle, "People don't think I'm obnoxious," he told Kate, before turning to Johnny, "I'm not obnoxious, am I, Johnny?"

"Yes, yes you are" Johnny answered, without a moment's hesitation. This, he knew, was not the way to make friends, but he didn't really care. Paul was not the sort he wanted to be friends with, and he was sure the triplets knew this. "That said, I'm sure the devil won't mind a bit of skinny dipping."

Kate and Dylan both laughed at Johnny's response, whilst Paul just gave him an annoyed look, though Johnny probably couldn't see it from the front seat.;

"That was a good answer," Dylan told Paul, before looking back at Paul, and chuckling a bit more at his mood.

Unfortuantely for Johnny, the sound of reggaeton music infiltrating his car meant that he'd arrived at his destination. He parked his car with the others, bracing himself for the hell the awaited him. "Right-o, I'll be the one driving you guys home, so try not to pass out from alcohol poisoning," were his final remarks before leaving the car.

Taking yet another swig of his bottle, Paul asks Johnny, "What, do you think I'm some alcohol?" before considering what Johnny's answer may be, and then added, "Actually, don't answer that."

Entering the party, Johnny chose not to say anything to Santiago, or anyone, instead awkwardly standing in the corner alone, hoping a UFO would come down and abduct him.

The triplets all got out of the car, and went their separate ways. Dylan trying to follow Johnny, Kate going to find any girls she could make friends with, whilst Paul went to try and get popular by seeing if there were any guys who looked like people liked them.

"So, uh, what are Crown Heights parties like, then? Dylan asked Johnny.

Whilst Dylan went to speak to Johnny, Kate walked up to Victoire, the only person she had managed to remember from school, seeing as she was known to everyone, even the new girl, and started talking to her.

"Hey," she said, trying not to be the awkward new kid, "how's it going?"
I too am working on the collab, but will try and do it as fast as I can :)
Working on my post, should be up tomorrow :)
Sorry for not getting a post up, done stuff came up that I had to do. I'll start working on one to put up within a few days!
Sorry for me, too. I'll post tomorrow :)

Dylan’s sole friend quickly introduced him to his group of friends: Min, the avid photographer, and Bea, the budding artist. He was also shown Oli, and promptly told to steer clear of him. Dylan looked at Bea and Min, and let out a small ”Hey,” not knowing what else to say. Thankfully, the awkward silence was broken quickly by Bea, with an equally awkward “Being you must really suck.” Dylan didn’t quite know how to react to this. ”Uh, it’s not too bad, I guess.” he said, before Bea told him “Welcome to Kings.” before walking away. ”She’s… interesting,” Dylan thought to himself before Johnny explained, "She can be standoffish, but she doesn't mean to be, trust me. She just doesn't phrase things very well. I don't make friends with douchebags, so you can trust her,"

Before Dylan could say anything else, a girl came up to Johnny and started speaking to him. She looked familiar, but Dylan couldn't quite put his finger on it. From the way she was treating him, they seemed quite friendly, but from Johnny’s face, Dylan got the complete opposite impression. It was when the girl turned to himself and Min that and said what her name was that Dylan realised who it was. “My name is Ximena Garcia, but you can just call me XiXi. I can’t wait to get to know you all”
Dylan knew who Ximena was through Paul, who practically lived for girls like her. How would have told Paul, except it seemed that things between her and Johnny were getting quite heated. He clearly wasn’t too pleased with her introduction, which Dylan understood. Dylan didn’t understand, however, why he had gotten quite so angry, and even began to get rude to her, and then turned around, saying "Isn't she pathetic everyone?" Not having seen this side of Johnny before, since they had only met up a lone or with family before, Dylan wasn’t quite sure. He didn’t want to be rude to the new girl, but he also didn’t want to lose his only friend. Dylan decided to stay quiet, and pursed his lips whilst looking at Johnny, hoping he would get the message to knock it off.

Johnny came back over to Dylan and Min, and he was soon joined by another new face, who asked Johnny what was wrong. Hoping to make another friend, Dylan introduced himself, ”Hey, um, I'm Dylan, nice to meet you,”

Dylan Howard was preparing for his first day at King’s Academy. Currently, that meant that he was getting dressed for school. Looking at the uniform, he hoped that it wouldn’t be too hot. Dylan was still struggling to find clothes that he was comfortable in, having not adjusted to Florida’s weather yet. Perhaps he would go shopping after school today, if there wasn’t too much homework to do. Dylan checked the weather on his phone to find out that it would be, unsurprisingly, a hot day. It was at this point, wearing only a towel from his shower, that his door opened, and his brother, Paul walked in.

”Paul! What are you doing?” Dylan shouted out, making sure that his towel was held up around his waist, as Paul waked up to his mirror.

”Just seeing how I look in this uniform, my mirror isn’t big enough,” Paul replied, turning around to look at Dylan, ”What do you think?”

”I think I still need to get dressed and you’re in the way of that,”

”Alright then, but hurry up, we’re about to leave,” Paul said, before leaving Dylan’s bedroom, shutting the door behind him.

Five minutes later, Dylan emerged from his room, walking downstairs and into the kitchen, where he grabbed a breakfast bar from a cupboard.

”You’re finally ready then? Kate asked from the kitchen table, standing up and reaching towards the triplets’ car keys, before Paul grabbed them.

”Don’t worry, sis, I’ll drive today.” Paul told her ask he began walking towards the front door, Dylan following.

”Trying to impress the girls already?” she asked, scoffing a bit.

Paul stopped where he was and turned around to face his sister, ”That’s cute, Kate, but I don’t need to try,” he grinned, before resuming his path out of the house and into the front seat of the Mercedes convertible that their parents had bought as a joint gift to the triplets now that they’ll need to drive more. Stepping into the passenger seat, Kate continued her laughter, ”You are so far up yourself, I’m not sure we should even send a rescue party,”. In the back seat, Dylan chucked at the insult, ”He’d probably just try and seduce the rescuers, anyway,” he added as Paul pulled out of their driveway and on the way to their new school.

As they pulled into the gates of the school, Dylan’s eye was drawn to the girl with her arms crossed by the gates, and he winked at her, ”No need to frown now, babe, your day just got a lot better,” he called out.

”Wow, Paul, we’re not even in the car park and you’re already hitting on girls.” Kate said, shaking her head.

”You don’t ask, you don’t get. Well, maybe more in Dylan’s case,” Paul told Kate.

”What’s that supposed to mean?” Dylan asked from the backseat.

”No offence bro, but you’re not exactly a chick magnet, are you?”

”I could get a girl!” Dylan futilely tried to defend himself.

”If you say so,” Paul chuckled as he finished parking the car and got out, with Kate and Dylan following.

As they took in their new school for the first time, the three triplets looked around to see what their next year was going to be like. Spotting Johnny, Dylan told his siblings, ” “I’m going to go over to Johnny, I’ll see you two later.”

Watching as Dylan walked off, Paul said to his sister, “I’m going to go and look around, see what this school has in stock,” before walking off himself.

Left on her own by her siblings, Kate sighed, ”I guess that leaves me to be the responsible one and try and find a reception or something,” she said out loud to nobody in particular, before going off and trying to find somewhere that could tell her how this school works.

Arriving at Johnny’s car, he saw that some other people were also here, assumedly Johnny’s friends. ”Uh, hey Johnny,” he said awkwardly, not knowing what to say to the other people.
