Jack watched Jade walk into the hallway and close her eyes, and then proceeded to stand there. Jack was trying to stifle a laugh, and then she moved down the hall. Jack chuckled and walked behind her. "With a place like this, I would be surprised if there wasn't a library." He commented looking around the place. Jack, as much as he disliked the meal they were served, was very impressed with this house. He never imagined he would be in a place like this. He wondered what the others were up to..maybe that rabbit girl took his advice and hid in a corner. Jack smirked at this, his mouth watering at the thought. He brought himself under control, continuing to follow Jade.

Jack let go of her hand and continued the search, throwing clothes behind him as he plundered the dresser. He sneezed fire as the dust messed with his lungs. He finished looking through the dresser and looked under the bed. All he found under the bed was more dust, which was followed by a sneeze. Unfortunately the bed caught fire from it and Jack patted the spot, not bothered by the flames. The flames went out, and he went to the bathroom once again finding nothing but appliances. His hand a little smokey from the flames, he did a quick look again to try and find something. He took in a whiff through his nose, and did not smell anything out of the ordinary. Jack looked back at Jade "You know we should check out the library. Your interested in books, and can gain some knowledge, possibly history on this place, or who owns it." He suggested. He whipped his wings, the dust flying backwards toward the bed. "Don't worry the cleaning ladies will get it...whenever they get here" He said, walking up to Jade.

Jack found some hairspray, and grinned spraying it toward the wall, and shooting a stream of fire out of his mouth. He let go of the trigger and put the bottle down, no damage being done. "Well no, a dragon is basically a big lizard with wings. Now I believe you get the misconception from the fact that fire comes out of the dragons mouth. Well indeed it does, but the outside of the dragons body does not constitute what kind of element that the dragon represents, whether that be fire, ice, water. Dragons can swim and go in the water, no problem. Now certain dragons can be immune to fire, but not all are. I kind of got off track but to answer it plainly, no, dragons have no problem with the water. It does dull the effects of their fire breathing for a short time though" He said. He continued out of the bathroom and grabbed her hand lightly, gently pulling her to the next room so he didn't get eaten for trying to yank her. "So about your species..You all like literature, or are some of you non-fiction and others fiction readers?" He asked giggling. He scanned the room ready to turn this upside down to find whoever it is they are looking for.
Jack continued down the dark hallway peering inside some of the rooms. He glanced to Jade "We can hold hands if your scared" He offered, cracking a smile. He turned into one of the guest bedrooms, finding the sheets all nice and tidy. He went through the place, pulling out clothes from the dressers, and went into the closet, scourging around. "I believe I should be able to take a whiff of some of this stuff now that some distance is between me and Rabbit girl." He whispered, taking in breath through his nose. He instantly sneezed, spewing out fire onto the clothes. Jack chuckled and came strolled toward the bathroom. "Oooh I could use a good bath, need to wash off this grime of the day" He chirped digging through the cabinets in the bathroom.
Jack jumped up, ready to do some actual work. "Ok me and Jade will take the dark scary part of the house since our vision is good in the dark. Rabbit girl and Okori should go take a nap with their blankies so they can be weaklings together." He snapped, snickering at the last bit. Jack peeked down the dark hall, and looked around, being able to see everything in it with clear definition. He walked past Okori who was losing energy fast. "Should of had a V-8" He whispered, chuckling as he walked by.
Jack started to laugh "Libraries? Oh right you sit on the top and look menacing right?" He quipped, laughing. His tone got more serious as the rabbit girl started to talk about the body...the one he tried to find before losing his santiy. "Rabbit girl is right, we should find that mystery body, and have no fear, I have an acute sense of smell." He said about to sniff, the stopping himself. "Actually I will pass since my sniffer has gotten me in quite a bit of trouble lately." He said, gently taking the girls hands off his ear. He massaged his ear because it was sore. "You have got quite the grip too" He told Jade smiling.
Jack yelped being grabbed by his ear. As much as he would kill anyone who did this to him, he felt like a part of her was genuine. And after all she was somewhat a species similar to a dragon. You know gargoyle, dragon, same thing. Jack eyes lit up like fire as he glared at Okori, wanting to tear him to shreds. He met his eyes with Jade and he cooled off, her blue ocean like eyes calming him down. Don't be swayed by the likes of her...we will have our revenge later though.. his dragon self said inside Jack's head, sounding like a whisper in the back of a cave. Jack smirked at Jade, then actually smiled. He then started to chuckle "You know, you are the only one that can scold me like this. I feel as if you have some since of authority over me, someone I would listen to, since you are in line with my species." He said, still letting her drag him along.
Mysterion was entertained by this battle, as it looked like Kali was going to die. His expression changed, not noticeable under the black smoke that always covered his face, but he took a step back seeing Kali stand up with the blast...with a psychotic smile. Mysterion was qiute alarmed by this girls newfound strength, knowing this girls power back in the mamodo world. He knew she was strong, but she could not control herself. "One who cannot control their emotions should not be king." He muttered. "I do not talk much but I will say this..YOU...ARE..NOT..FIT..TO..BE...KING" he growled. He glanced back at Jack, ready to destroy this girl before she started to get too powerful.
Jack raised an eyebrow seeing that weird mamodo get back up after taking a more than direct hit with Mysterion's dark energy blast. He never realized how close he felt to Mysterion until now, but knew that this could be it. Jack gripped the book, and tears streamed down his face with anger. "YOU WONT WIN!!" He screamed at Sev. His book exploded with energy, black smoke seeping out of the pages like a fountain. He met Mysterions eyes, well more like his face, and his anger ended. He nodded to Mysterion with determination and hope. He knew instantly that they were truly meant to be partners, because he knew exactly what Mysterion was telling him, from his heart to Jack's. Do not be afraid.
Mysterion, after seeing Jack receive the message, turned back to the lunging mamodo, and lunged as well. He never felt this type of emotion before with Jack. He always felt that Jack was not his true partner but deep down, he knew that they were meant to fight together, and possibly die. He would not let that happen. He was expendable while Jack was not. There was no place for him to go when he died. Mysterion knowing this let Kali's sword plunge into his abdomen, and pierce through. Mysterion let out a grunt, and his head went down toward the stab. He screamed, sounding like metal scraping across a chalkboard. He grabbed the back of the sword, the part where it was sticking out of his back, and bent it at a 90 degree angle. He grabbed Kali in a bear hug squeezing, making his stab wound explode in pain.
Jack eyes filled with tears, but he managed to fight them off. His book was still at the same intensity as he yelled a spell DARKRIE!! Jack watched not knowing how this was going to end up. "Do not be afraid" He heard it again from Mysterion as he glanced at Jack before he let the spell loose.
Mysterion, after again sending a message of emotion to Jack, looked back at Kali. "You crazy girl, you are coming back with me to the mamodo world" He whispered, then bellowed, letting the spell loose, releasing 4 orbs of dark energy, that exploded, and with that, everything went dark.

Jack was not even in the truck before they all took off and left. He did not mind that he was left. He really doubted there was even enough room to fit in it. He liked being here, in the midst of all these practice targets. Granted, these zombies were not dumb, but they were still zombies, and made mistakes in their running, which would make them meet their demise. Jack spun his battle axe as a zombie approached, and it slammed into the zombies head, crushing and cracking as the zombie flew back and rolled on the ground, then landed, unmoving. Jack smirked and kept on running until he found a hotel that appeared to be abandoned. He took not time barging into the front doors, then grabbing whatever he could find, he blocked the entrance. He would rather deal with the zombies inside the hotel first
