Hello, and welcome to my page! I'm known as Veilan, Vei, Tom, Thomas or Steve.
I am Canadian and I live in PT/PST time zone (AKA. GMT -8) so there may be a time difference between when I can type. On weekends, I'm normally up between 10AM/11AM-11PM/1AM PT and on weekdays I'm normally on between 3:50PM-9PM/10PM. (Unless noted differently)
I am not new to the fantasy writing genre, though I am new to RPing so please don't judge my abilities throughout RP.
If you wish to meet/work with me then you will mostly see me working on the fantasy genre, (specifically dragons and/or magic.)
I mainly joined because writing a story has inspired me to work with other people to obtain new techniques about character elements/development and also get introduced to some others.

Name: Veilan
Gender: Male
Species: Western Fur Dragon
Age: Hatchling
Appearance: His fur consists of being fire-hued along the back, along with an emerald-green underside and spines running down his neck. Like his sister, his wings become feathered near the end to be able to fly easier. He has two red horns that sort of come out the back of his head alongside his ears. His tail is very long and fluffy, making him be the back of the pack so his friends don't step on it.
Something like this, but with a larger, fluffier tail without the spines.
Sry, It was the only pic I could find that could really represent my character.
Personality: As a hatchling, he is shown to be quite timid and un-energetic. He is quite lazy with how he does things in life, mostly causing his friends to do more work than he does, though he becomes very energetic near lakes and when it's raining. Being lazy, he can easily fall asleep instantly, and is a heavy sleeper. He is very curious, mostly because of new and shiny things surrounding him.
Bio: He was born with a single sister and no knowledge of their parents. With no information of the world around him and nobody to introduce him to the world, he becomes very dependent on his sister. He thinks of his sister as a leader, because without her, he would probably be left at the nest they hatched at to die.
Power 1: Veilan is able to manipulate the weather, being able to create snow/rain storms. As a hatchling, because you can't really control/understand your power, the weather will change randomly. A downside to this power is that it drains a lot of the energy of the user, even with his energy boost from being rained on.
Type of Dragon: Water (breathing)
Family: Has a sister named Tarama. The current status of the rest of their family is Unknown/Deceased.
Friends: None currently
Sentimental Attachment: A small, shiny, silvery-gold gem-encrusted pendant that was found underneath the fragments of their eggs. He always wears it no matter what time of day or where they were. His sister has tried to steal it from him multiple times, but only succeeded once.
Other: He is completely in love with water, but tends to be afraid of fire. He hates being alone and ends up getting extremely antsy if so. In water, he is very energetic. He is also a fast swimmer, so his preferred method of traveling would be swimming over flying/walking. He can also breathe underwater.
Instead of breathing fire, Veilan sprays water at others, and is able to alter the temperature of it. He can freeze, slow, or scald people with it. He can also heal his friends and resurrect them, as long as they haven't been dead for too long

-Edited "Power 1:" And "Other:" a bit. And BIO
-Made a bit smaller.
-Caught a mistake in the second part of the "Other:" section
