The place was beautiful from a high point of view. All in all, seeing things from a different angle was always interesting. That’s what Whitney wanted to think. But it’s not what she was actually thinking, not even close.

”But why he flies so fast? He is a human, right? This gotta be dangerous!” Whitney screamed in her thoughts. She was delighted when the flight was finally over and she felt the solid ground under her feet yet again. The girl took few hovering steps and tried to concentrate on what was in front of her. There was a talking cat, and it luckily didn’t seem to be a threat. Whitney wanted to go and hug it, it seemed so soft. Soft and adorable. If she could just catch it and bring it to Johto. They had a wish if they succeeded, right? Maybe she could use it in getting a talking cat.

Then she noticed Felt. Luckily the boy seemed to be alright, and not even mad at her even though she had dragged him into a lot of trouble. Whitney sighed from relief.

“Yeah, I’m alright”, she answered his question and tried to smile. Something was off, even Whitney noticed that. Felt didn’t sound too cheerful, like he usually did. Was he mad at her after all? Well, she had been dumb. But it’s not like she really knew anything about that world, so it could be excused, right?

Whitney realised that one person was missing. “Where is the motorbike guy?” she asked. A worst case scenario instantly popped into her thought, but she pushed it away. There had to be some other reason than the most oblivious one. This place was so beautiful, after all. Even though she had been so scared that she wasn’t able to properly look at it.
The specific event I'm thinking was how many people from Baltic countries were deported to Siberia in 1941. Yeah, I'm planning that some of my character's grandparents or great grandparents have experienced that.

And the RP happens in about these years, doesn't it? That's enough information because I only needed it for the amount of generations. Thanks! ^^
Question: About when does this RP happen? I'm planning to have a certain real-life historical even in my character's family history, but I need to know about how many generations I need to have after that. Also, is the history of the world of the RP the same as the one of our world?
I guess you can just PM staff.

Edit:

We need something cuter after that. :D
AlidaMaria said Oh we have tons of exchange students and especially in students cities such as Amsterdam and Groningen (the latter is the better in my opinion ghehe) you won't have any problem fitting in because there are lots of foreign students and almost everyone speaks English. But I can imagine wanting to speak the local language:) And just say the word if you need a place to stay if you one day plan to come down here on a vacation or such. There are more than enough people who'd love to host a Fin if you know where to find them :p

Great to know! Though I guess I won't be going further than Estonia or maybe Sweden if I'm lucky in about upcoming two years. And I kind of fail to understand why people would love to host a Fin. :D
Concerning our history; during the 17th century, sure we were rich and powerful. These days however, we just like to think that we still are xD But well, it's an interesting fact that the American declaration of independence was based on ours and if the English hadn't beaten us, America would be 'New Holland' and the Americans would all speak Dutch and we wouldn't have to learn 4 different languages lol. "What-if-history" it sure is nice to dream. :) The biggest problem I personally have with The Netherlands is the lack of mountains really ...the landscape is so flat that it's boring and I have fallen in love with the German mountains. Who knows, one day I might move there... Oh and if the sealevel rises high enough to let the dams break, we'll all drown xD

What if histories are fun to think, though most of the Finland's what-ifs are about "if that had happened, we would have been/would be part of Soviet Union/Sweden/Russia" 'xD It's funny to imagine dutch as lingua franca. :D Maybe I would no be writing in it and couldn't say a word english. And let's all hope that sea level doesn't rise too much.

And my sheet... I kind of haven't properly written anything down yet, though I have many ideas inside my mind. Loots of stuff to do in real life (partly self-inflicted). I'll do my best to get it done tomorrow, but it may sadly take longer. :/ Wish me luck!

Edit: Oh, just remembered a couple of questions! What kind of values are teached in the school? In a sense that in North Korea people are taught how amazing their leader is and in Finland we're taught how democracy is a good thing (though we're also told why it doesn't always work), for example. Are they those ideals of Miktiopolis?

How old Oblak City is?

Sorry if I missed this, but is Gregor Mendel English, Russian or multilanguage school?

Bulgariaaa, goodness now I'm really jealous of you guys. America, Finland, Bulgaria. Such beautiful and interesting places T-TAlso, I listened to the song and I loved it ;3

But Netherlands is awesome as well! It has a lot of history, not that I remember too specific things about it, your country is just mentioned everywhere 'x), and it has adorable views. I would really love to visit there one day. I even consider it a possible place to study aboard, though I'm more interested in Germany and Scotland. There I could actually understand the local language. And that song is rather interesting. I can't help but wonder what the man is actually thinking. :D

Aand one more question! In which age it is possible to get a moped lisence?

Hehee, Vulpes is in the same time zone as me ^ ^. Alida, you're one hour behind~ We are in the future =DI had never heard of "Kobato" until now. I'll make sure to check it out after posting this. While still on the anime/manga note, are you two following "Kuroshitsuji"? Tomorrow will be the last episode of the "third" (actually second) season.

Where do you live? And I have read a few volumes of manga, but then I forgot in which part I was and got tired on it anyway. ^^'

When it comes to the signature, I used to have an account at a site called "avviesig" or something like that, but I lost my password and there's no way to get it back. Not to mention that their uploading process was slightly bothersome with the three at a time method. I'm currently using a rotator from "sig.grumpybumpers" and have a total of 124 gifs running in the rotator XD

Thanks! I will remember that when I'll do my siggy.

For my own personal convenience, because your western systems ofttimes confuse me, and due to the fact that Oblak City was built on what was originally Russian ground and the leading shareholder is Russia, the schools have a five-point grading system. -- -- If you are wondering about subjects, the lists are quite a few and, seeing as this post is long already, I would like you to ask me separately which grade and class you are interested in.

Thanks a lot from info! I'm not completely sure about grade and subjects yet so I'll ask properly about it later, though I'm planning my character to be about eighteen. Hopefully I'll have enough time to write the CS at the weekend. Another question, a lot simpler this time, in which age can people there get a driving license?
Will be? I kinda thought that I already was strong. Whitney was about to give a snarky remark but then she realised that she truly was not the strongest person in the world when compared to the other guys. Well, they’re clearly from different universes and all, and from pretty violent ones too. My world is clearly better than theirs. If they’re used in fighting for their lives, it means that they have to do so regularly. There might be some organised crime in Johto, but they didn’t cause any casualties. The girl was about to think that she hadn’t been able to do a thing against them either, but she didn’t continue the thought. It’s irrelevant. I’ve become stronger since then anyway. I’m just used to a bit different atmosphere than this, that’s all! Her face turned stubborn. Whitney was definitely about to defend herself, even though Nobuo hadn’t accused her about anything. But just when she was opening her mouth, Nobuo announced that he was leaving.

“Hey, don’t leave me alone! I’ll come along!” she cried out in an instant. There might be new deadly battles coming up, which definitely made her terrified. But even that was better than being alone in that completely unknown place. Well, not completely alone, she had her team. And Whitney knew that she could always trust in them. It was just the incident in the cave. If there were no other people to worry about, she might be able to defeat any enemy, at least in her thoughts, but the strength wasn’t the problem.

Her hand found Bibarel’s pokéball and grabbed it tightly, but she didn’t release the Pokémon. It was trainer’s responsibility to take good care of their Pokémon and make sure to not push them too hard. Whitney attempted to justice her actions in the cavern by inexperience yet again, but she couldn’t keep away an empty feeling inside her heart. It was almost like her heart was a Paras, something was growing on it, slowly sucking everything from it and taking it over. Paras was a bug-type Pokémon which had a mushroom growing on its back, which drew nutrients from it. Whitney couldn’t recall what Bibarel’s face had looked like when she was about to be burned by the fire of the monster. She couldn’t even recall that Bibarel wasn’t facing her, but was looking at the dragon-creature instead.

“Don’t leave me alone”, she whispered. Her voice trembled a bit and her eyes started to glimmer by tears yet again. Whitney wasn’t sure whether she was talking to Nobuo or Bibarel. Likely to both.
In the same continent anyway. :D Most of people here live waay further. But I have to go now. ^^
