I just can't. This is too much. Berserk was so influential on so many things that I love. Goodbye, Miura. You'll be missed by many.

Bio
Hello! Welcome to my little bio.
Not much to say, really. Just a horror game protag that likes writing and playing vidya games when I'm not being chased by the cosmic forces of darkness. (I'm a security guard that works night shifts usually).
Garden of false recollections? What kinda nerdy ass name was that? Colleen frowned, but didn't say much else. There were no words she could find appropriate to this situation, really even. Only mild annoyance as the sparkling...lights? A swarm of sparkling lights? Rather, small humanoids? It was becoming increasingly clear, they were definitely not in Kansas and more.
"You know what I'm not going to ask questions." Colleen mumbled, sighing as her serpentine hair hissed and threateningly glared at any sparkling light that came close. Collen just contented herself to follow into the house. Eyes forward, taking note of anything useful or maybe dangerous. Flowers, primarily. Cauldron, stairs, fireplace and -
"Gah, the turtle talked!" Colleen pointed a finger at the talking tortoise. "...I shouldn't be surprised any more, eh...OK, OK, Colleen, just think rationally." Her gaze turned towards Ilsa. "Alright, miss 'Substitute witch'" She'd walk over to the reading chair, making herself quite at home as she spoke and turning the chair to face Ilsa. "Thanks for helping us, pretty sure I could've handled it, but thanks. I dunno where this Forest of Lorkay is or what this place of false reflections is or whatever," Colleen crossed her arms. "But I think we should be honest with ya since you helped. Me and greenie aren't from around here. Last thing I remember we were in an accident then woke up in that shrine. Dunno how, or why."
Best she could do, and as much as she didn't want to admit it, they were going to need help or at least some information about where they were before she could do anything.
“Sneasel, Taunt!” It was fast. The Sneasel was fast, to be expected really. Before Luna could get off its glare, the Poison type grinned, closing the distance between it and the Snivvy in a near instant, a smug grin on its mouth as it raised its claws -
“Sneas-!” And shoved her right over, forcing her to faceplant into the ground. Needless to say, the taunt would stop Luna from using any non-offensive moves from three turns. Supposing the taunt remained effective or had its intended effect, but it seemed the Sneasel was content to bully the grass type, effectively rendering Richards' turn here useless.
“How Uncouth! I didn’t get to show off in our battle earlier, Richard, but allow me to do so now. Verdue! Leech seed!”
“Sprrri-!” Sprigatito hopped forward, just as the Sneasel had finished bullying Luna, several seeds being fired from its mouth, impacting the Hisuian Sneasels body, green vines immediately wrapping around it.
“Tch-”
“Ahaha, they got you good with that, Bea. Alright, lets see if we can’t end this fast eh? Pawniard, Fury Cutter, take out that Sprigatito!” The Pawniard dashed forward, its blades growing a off green color. Unable to dodge in time, Verdue took the burnt of the blow as the blade slashed across its body for Super Effective damage.
“Verdue-mngh-You’ll pay for that you cretin!” Thankfully the damage wasn’t excessively bad…yet, but one or two more Fury Cutters and that would be the end of it. The only saving grace, was that Sneasel audibly growled, flinching as the vines sapped its life and Verdue was healed a bit by it. “Richard, I think we should focus on taking out that Sneasel. I can have Munchlax occupy that Pawniard while you take care of it.”
Just as Yuu made his ever so insightful deduction, there was the sound of another machine starting up. Something like an engine, perhaps…and just as Chloe wanted, it did indeed, show itself. It was a forklift. An old machine that had been left behind…the only perhaps, issue was, that it had no one sitting in the driver seat as it turned down the aisles. The rattata dove out of the way, mostly unharmed, save for all of them getting a good scare.
“Ow-ow, hey, watch it some people are trying to sleep, you banshee.” Camphors voice chimed in from the dex. “Eh…oh. Ah. I think I see whats going on. Yep, that Forklift is currently possessed by a Rotom. Actually…mhm…if…I’m correct, its somehow gotten into the wiring for this entire place-oh, yeah no it has. Clarissa's found it. Seems like its primarily in the control room...though to reach it it looks like you'll need to avoid that first and get up stairs.”
The forklift, was indeed, now slowly starting to accelerate towards the group.
Aside from her own words, the only noises in the room was the hum of machinery and mechanical clicks from various buttons and levers occasionally flicking back and forth. Whatever it was, didn’t seem all that interested in her to start with, until she started reaching out with her telepathy.
“Ro-ro-ro-” A distorted laugh buzzed over the warehouses intercom system. A TV screen blinked on, and on it, was a slightly fuzzy and distorted image of a -
“Oh, a Rotom. Well, look at that.” Camphor chimed in as the pokedex lit up. “A friendly pokemon often hanging around urban areas and places where it can cause minor mischief. Looks like this ones somehow managed to get into the wiring and systems here in the old warehouse. They can take control of other appliances to change their combat abilities, if you can find a suitable one. Also, you know, the Rotom Dex is based on these guys. If we could find somewhat to make it come out...”
Clarissa obtained 1500p!
The Rotom’s eyes flicked towards the pokedex, but didn’t seem all too interested in it for the moment, content to stay where it was for now, laughing again in a somewhat taunting seeming fashion.
Find pokemon (Specify if you’re looking for anything in particular or how you look) You can’t leave, now. You probably want to find a way out or the pokemon you came here looking for. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)
“I already told you,” Yasu responded gruffly. “I was looking for information on Celebi.” Her gaze shifted to Isla mid sentence before starting to walk. “Like I know, that woman talked in way too many riddles.” Being unfriendly as ever, though this would cause Hatty to hop onto Yasu’s shoulder, and proceed to aggressively poke her cheek with one of its feet. “Hey-you stop that…tch, whatever. I’m heading home. Come with or not, I don’t care any more I’m done hanging around here…” Yasu grabbed Hatty in her arms, the pokemon now pouting as the pair walked off. “Especially if that…Heracross is still around.”
Well, the pair would be free to follow Yasu back to the old temple if they wanted too, though she didn’t seem like she was going to budge on talking about what happened or pursuing this line of questioning further.
You're in a Secluded grove off of route 1. Heading back to route 1 seems to be the only path. Hurry through back to Pines End or Byjerlfal. Train pokemon. (Skip the grind, and we get to the result. Tell me how you train and if you just grind wild mon or some other creative training) Maybe see if the wild pokemon here can be found. Might be some high level or rare pokemon not found in other parts of the forest. Random event (Want to bully the GM? Ask him to make a random encounter for you that isn’t any of the above or below. Quality will vary.)
"Drunk?! I might be a lunatic, but I haven't touched alcohol in years. Sensei would've put me in a chokehold..." Colleen replied, huffing in irritation, following after Ilsa. She was glad this...witch, seemed friendly, but she still had so many questions. Hopefully once they got somewhere relatively safe they could get answers.
At least the forest was pretty, now that the freaky deer thing was gone. The walk let her collect her thoughts a bit more clearly now, too, now that the relief and shock of not being dead or in immediate danger of dying again wasn't present.
"Rita, was it?" She turned to the goblin, voice low enough Ilsa couldn't hear for now. "You don't think we actually died and...we got like, reincarnated or something do you? I was never one to believe in my Masters Bhuddist beliefs but..." What's the phrase? When you rule out everything else, the impossible becomes likely? And the situation was getting less and less easily explainable and the thoight had popped into her head for some reason. "Mngh...well, whatever. I guess it don't matter are we there yet miss substitute witch-"
Just as the words left her mouth, the cottage came into view. Honestly, it wa an idyllic looking little slice of the forest, like it came right out of some fantasy painting.
"...huh. I was expecting something more Hansel and Gretel."
Personality Traits: • The world in fact, Revolves around me. • Why worry about things? You're alive, so get moving. • I like people and things that are interesting and that do not bore me. Bond: • My dad, and house Norinthall. Flawed, but I owe them a lot. • The Fraternity of Order...can't cause too much trouble. • I wonder sometimes...about my real parents and who I really am. • I really like books. Ideal: • Magical power trumps all else • I will learn all the magical mysteries in this world that I can. Flaw: • I am both selfish and impulsive - I am not familiar with the word 'No' • I will protect this secret with my life...
Personality: Raella is a mixed bag, a bit. She comes off as perhaps, your stereotypical arrogant and greedy noble. Indeed, she's used to throwing her families name around without remorse or care, using her families fortune to get what she wants, and generally using House Norinthall's name to do what she wants, when she wants. Flippant, impulsive, and an overall lackadaisical attitude about most things is how she typically comes across. If it doesn't affect her, she usually doesn't care.
Now, it should be noted she's not some villain or some corrupt noble that throws her weight around to satisfy her own greed and desires. While she loves the lavish lifestyle as her family has ties with the Fraternity of Order as well as her own moral compass, however loose it may be, she typically doesn't break the law and has a fair bit of respect for it.
That's why she learns it so she can get away with more things, of course.
Backstory: Raella's history starts with House Norinthall. As the only daughter of the house, she's had a cushy, one might say, lazy life. As a native to Sigil, the family is well known for both their long standing, prestigious feats of arcane might, as well as being affiliated with Sigil's Fraternity of Order, which the house has had long standing ties too, both as benefactors of the courts as well as judge themselves. This pedigree, is something Raella is not afraid of, nor shy about throwing around in order to get her way or things she wants.
Of course, all those of Nobility have their secrets. House Norinthall is no different. Perhaps, the most damning and salacious of which, is that Rael herself is not of Norinthall blood. Years ago, just after Norinthalls first child was born, Lady Norinthall and the child were killed in an accident involving magical experiments, perhaps, at the hand of Lord Norinthall himself. In order to save face and prevent investigations into such matters, a solution was needed. The child had already been seen, by commoners, relatives...so under the guise of the mother and child being Ill, he found his solutions in the orphanages of Sigil to take the guise of his now deceased child.
The mother was buried, the childs remains were disposed of. Thus, she became 'Raella'. A Persona that she would become fully, for now. Lord Norinthall made it clear - she would be treated as his daughter, and would entirely be the heir to house Norinthall should she do so. All she had to do of course, was become someone else and play that role the rest of her life.
Well, she hasn't had a problem with it so far. Sometimes, though, sometimes...she takes the appearance of a commoner, or other face in the crowd and lives as someone else for a bit.
Related Factions: House Norinthall - A noble family in Sigil has ties to the Fraternity of Order and is fairly well respected, if seen as a bit enigmatic.
Fraternity of Order - While she herself holds no current affiliation, they are close allies of House Norinthall and her father. She is expected to foster ties with them as well, and even join their ranks in the near future should the path present itself.
Incanterium - No official affiliation, but Rael has a great interest in their collections and has visited them on occasion to peruse it.

Myth Weavers Sheet - Since fell asked, I will be updating this, but I'll primarily be using the GSheets that I use.
Family Info:
The Norinthall Family is an old one, rumors of their origin swirling and surrounded in typically more myth then fact. Supposedly, founded by an old pirate, who shipwrecked, made a pact with a being for one thing - survival and power. A typical story, really, as far as Warlocks go. Whatever the being wanted from them in return, is publicly at least not known.
The manor itself, and consequently the family, is located in the Lady's ward, situated close to the border of it and the Market ward and built upon elevated terrain. The looming gothic, architecture of the manor and high, spiked and darkly colored walls that surround it and the land gives one the impression that it constantly looks down upon those outside of its walls. A curious note, though, is that water plays a heavy motif in the construction of the manor. The walls themselves function as both decorative aqueducts that have a channel of water running across into a large pond near the front gates creating an almost moat-like construction, as well as bringing fresh water through the estate.
Publicly, the family is considered highly eccentric, mysterious, and more than a little fear and shadow surround them. Not helped by the flamboyant daughter, who is constantly causing some manner of light mischief and doing what she wants, regardless of the consequences in high society. Its well known they're a family of warlocks who engage in likely not so legal magic experiments, and as such, many dark and nasty rumors surround the family.
Of course, everything is mere speculation and unsubstantiated.
“Heh, naive kid aren’t ya?” The man responded with a grin, not seeming bothered by Richard showing up here. “Ya ain’t wrong, if all we wanted was the stuff here ourselves, that’d be the nice way to go about things.” He pulled out a pokeball from his coat pocket. “Unfortunately for you, kid, we’re going to make sure no one else gets this but us.”
“We’re burying this place. Again.” The woman's words were quick, sharp, and to the point. “Can I beat them into the ground, Montgomery?”
“Don’t gotta wait for my permission, Bea-”
Before the words even left his mouth, ‘Bea’ had already tossed a pokeball at Richard and Laurel.
The released pokemon, was a Sneasel! Well, it looked like a Sneasel, though its coloration was a bit off. It was a Hisuian Sneasel! The Sneasel would shake its body, giving a little laugh as it’d aggressively swipe the air in front of it.
“Seansel, rip and tear.”
“Well don’t just stand there, Pawniard, you heard the lady. Lets teach these kids how this world works, eh?”
Pawniard wasn’t far behind, joining right next to Sneasel.
“Tch, fine then - Verdue, lets teach these cretins some proper Rossaden Etiquette! No one interrupts tea time!”
It seemed whether he wanted to or not, he was now getting involved in a battle.
“Relic Hunters Beatrix and Montgomery challenged Richard and Laurel to a battle!”
“Oh. Now thats not a pokemon you see every day, where the hell did it come from…? That’s a Hisuian Sneasel, not Native to Eidda at all and only recently reintroduced to the Nature Preserve - that isn’t even open to most public yet! Hm…well, whatever. Not my problem. The chibi Camphor would take a long chug of coffee. “They aren’t too different from normal sneasel. Claws, speed, but watch out for their poison.”
“Pawniard is a bit more usual here. Often found around Giervor, they’re not an uncommon pokemon to find in a few biomes. Fearless and ruthless little midgets, they’re tenacious and take very good care of the blades on their body which they use to stab their opponents relentlessly.”
So Yuu, completely ignored the Rattata. The little rat pokemon would continue to be mostly oblivious to his presence as he’d change course, contenting themselves with chewing through the remaining left over boxes and scampering along, unbothered after. It seemed like the only other potential door out of the large warehouse, now, though, was on the far opposite wall - it looked like an old loading bay with a few signs next to it saying ‘Foremans Office’ in old, faded letterings.
Easy enough to get over there. Just around some boxes, past some Conveyor belts, up a small flight of stairs to a catwalk above, and they’d be out.
Beeeep! Bzzzzt!
The sound of machinery powering up broke whatever silence there was as every single conveyor belt turned on - followed by large shutters closing off the doors in the area leading out! Static played over the factory's intercoms, buzzing while a few TVs also flicked on, flipping between static and showing old toy commercials. While the TVs and speakers displayed static, a faint, whirring, buzzing, almost laughing noise could be heard…
All three present would feel a bit of static charge in the air pass between them, shocking Chloe and Jill as they held arms. More importantly though, it made parts of her hair stand on end, completely ruining her hair style, for the moment.
Seems like something may have finally woken up in the factory...
Pursing the thieving ghost, Clarissa would be led on a chase through more offices, up some stairs, spooking some Rattata, and through an empty computer room. The Gastly showed no signs of stopping as the Psychic would soon find herself pushing open a door and finding herself now on the catwalks above the factory floor, a few stories up.
Oh, she could see Chloe and the others from here, below her on the floor. Looked like they were having a rough time of it, too. Whatever was going on down there didn’t seem to bother her for the moment though, as she’d chase th Gastly across the catwalks towards the opposite side of the factory. The Gastly would phase through a door labeled ‘Maintenance and Computer Room’
It’d open without much fuss, where she’d find Gastly dropping the pokeball on a table in the middle of the room before flitting off again, though it was still nearby if she happened to check. More curiously, was the room she was in. Instead of a dormant, unused computer room, every single machine and computer in the room was alight with power, whirring and buzzing away loudly. Some switches were even flipping themselves…
Huh, she could feel a second ghost pokemon that wasn’t the Gastly…somewhere. It was hard to pinpoint, almost like it was everywhere…
“Goodness, either you all are wary of me or you all are quite content individuals.” Leah would cover her mouth with a hand and giggle lightly, her eyes narrowing slightly. “Well, I suppose I can’t fault you all for that. Strangers can bring strange times, no? Well, whatever the case, I hope you can think of me as a friend from here on out.” Her distant gaze turned towards Isla, her expression softening. “Never, really. I am merely an old recluse who travels far too much in her free time. Not that I mind it…people can be so very noisy.”
“You done with your cryptic weirdness, lady?”
“No.” The woman would retort with a small smile. “I have one last Cryptic little thing to tell you, Miss Yasu. What you have lost, has returned to the start.” Leah would clap her hands. “Now, a gift to commemorate our first meeting. You are all trainers, yes?”
Leah walked over, handing Isla a small green and gold colored laminated card. On one side was emblazoned ‘VIP’ in large letters. On the back, was the logo for the hotel in Pines End depicting a Musharna sleeping languidly. Supposing she took it…
“Isla obtained the Tranquil Reviere VIP card!”
“You see, I was out here since an old friend wanted to meet me…” Leah sighed, glancing to the side as her shoulders slumped. “Alas, I won’t be staying. We have drifted quite far apart these last few years, it seems and I have no desire to stay here much longer. Consider it a gift from your new friend, hm?”
“We’re not your friend, lady.”
“Perhaps, not now, but who knows what the future holds? Just show that card to the front desk of the hotel here in Pines End, and they’ll let you three stay there free of charge whenever you want as long as the card doesn’t expire, no questions asked. Now if you’ll excuse me, I must be returning to Byjerlfal by the end of the day.”
Supposing no one had anything else to say to her, or to stop her from leaving, she would.
You're in a Secluded grove off of route 1. Heading back to route 1 seems to be the only path. Train pokemon. (Skip the grind, and we get to the result. Tell me how you train and if you just grind wild mon or some other creative training) Maybe see if the wild pokemon in the field are of any interest to you. Leave and head back to Pines end.
