I know it's because the usual Jho-Jagras interaction would be insanely broken for the Greatest Jagras, but food for thought, from a lore standpoint:

Deviljho is a monster that is willing and able to fight Elder Dragons. What unholy abomination is this Jagras that not even Jho will mess with it?
