This is a bit of an unconventional method, but it seems I'm out of options. I've been all over the interest checks and inprogress and haven't found one that piques my interest.

I'm currently looking for a high fantasy setting in order to use my favourite character once more.

If you have one in progress needing more characters, excellent.
If you have a plot and/or want to help develop one, just as well. I'm all ears.
