Bear Creek, Texas. Character A (C.A) moves from New York to the village Bear Creek in Texas to escape a dark past. Character B (C.B) has lived in Bear Creek his whole life. He is looking for a roommate after inheriting his dead grandmother's old house, and C.A that needs someplace to stay responds to the ad. They get along great despite just getting to know each other and start hanging out, which eventually results in dating. But C.A can't help but to think that C.B sometimes has a very odd way of doing things, like how he's sniffing C.A after being apart for the day or how he makes growling noises whenever they have a good time. If we move outside of their relationship for a moment: the villagers are acting strange. They don't seem too happy with C.A being there, they stare, keep a certain distance and hide behind the curtains with their kids. Everyone seems to know everyone and C.A finds their behavior both weird and creepy.
Some time passes and C.B is away on work when one night, he doesn't come back home. After trying to call him with no result, C.A goes over to C.B's parents to ask if they've seen him - but they don't even seem to worry about the fact that he is nowhere to be found and can't be reached. C.A has no choice but to give up the search in the village when the night comes. Maybe it's just the situation, but where are all the people all of a sudden? Let's move forward an entire week of searching through the surrounding forests, C.A is about to give up completely after being ignored by villagers as well as the sheriff when suddenly, C.B shows up from out of nowhere. His clothes are torn apart, he has blood and sweat all over him and he seems scared and paranoid. He starts to drag C.A back towards the village, screaming about things that make no sense. But it's too late, C.B loses control and C.A is thrown into a world of dangerous beasts, strained relationships and the risk of war, and suddenly it's hard to know who to trust. And what happens when C.A's past finally catches up and a true identity becomes visible in the darkness?
I'm looking for someone that is 18+ and can play multiple characters (the characters are few in the beginning but will grow in number over time). This roleplay contains mature content and no fading to black. This is a long term, slow-burning roleplay and we would start at the beginning with Character A (he or she) moving to Bear Creek*. For Character B, I was thinking some kind of shifter or werewolf. He could also be an upir, upyr, upior or any other bloodthirsty monster, depending on how much you know about european vampire folklore - because that’s where I’m from. About that, I’m swedish so some errors are bound to occur in my writing from time to time. Shoot me a pm if you're interested in this plot and we can talk about the details there. You are welcome to provide your own ideas as well - the plot isn't set in stone or finished in any way, and this is just a rough draft.
* I've never been to Bear Creek, so even though I used a name that exists, the village wouldn't be the same as in reality.
