Appearance: Average in strength, height, etc... Mediumish long hair (The length that goes about to the bottom of your nose), black in colour. Eyes are a light purple. Carries a black leather messenger bag.
Personality: Actually a pretty nice person, just doesn't like government. Or people, really.
History: Grew up on the street, but managed to learn how to pickpocket exceedingly well, giving him a decent enough amount of money to have an actual house/apartment/whatever they have there. From that point, he managed to get an actual "legitimate" job running errands for the resistance.
Hex: His hex allows him to expand his bag's capacity and also allows him to draw attention away from himself.
Strengths: Excellent pickpocket, quick on his feet.
Weaknesses: Horrible at fighting, and is occasionally clumsy.

I left the background slightly ambiguous because I don't have very much of the world's history, but I'll do what I can.
Mikhael's parents died when he was young, and he was left on the streets, alone. Soon after, he met someone named Chid, and they soon became close friends. Chid died after getting a disease which could not be cured for the meager money one made from pickpocketing. After that, Mikhael had no other friends, due to now being afraid to lose something he cares so much for.
Did he have a family? Does he still have one?
As I stated, Mikhael grew up on the street, which is because he is an orphan.
Where is he now?
Also previously stated: He lives in a normal, if rather cheap, home (Whatever their homes are. I don't know if they have apartments, separate buildings, or what.).
Is he involved in any organized crime syndicates?
Outside of his carrier business with the Rebels, Mikhael really doesn't do much, so no.
Any other info that helps build his character?

Pokemon - Willow League

Name: Treize

Age: 14

Appearance:

Trainer Class: Professor's assistant (In his hometown, not Willow)

Personality: Shy, but bonds very quickly with pokémon. Has studied pokémon for years, so he knows all about them. A bit less intimidating than the picture above, though. In fact, he generally is likable, just not very easy to make friends with.

Backstory: Growing up and studying pokémon with the professor has been most of his life. His parents, both decent trainers, went to Hoenn to help stop Team Aqua/Magma (Take your pick. I suppose I'll have to decide eventually, though, for backstory purposes.), and never returned. Lacking his actual parents, he was all but officially adopted by Professor Oak. Being an orphan, Treize became a clear introvert, spending more time on his studies than anything else, and has learned almost every aspect of battling, even more than some gym leaders. Unlike his interaction with other children, Treize has grown quite close to pokémon in general. In addition to being an expert on pokémon, Treize also has a great amount of talent for guitar, and has been known to offhandedly strum songs while studying. Treize has never actually done a pokémon battle, but has an ability to learn to do many things that he has no foreknowledge of very quickly, and he's been studying pokémon as long as he can remember, so he certainly will catch onto that quickly as well.

Favorite Pokemon Type: Multityped birds. Or faux-dragons (Charizard, gyrados, and are there any others?)

Other: Based on my character from Pokémon Zeta, but without his level OP (Which is totally a level) pokémon. Not really anymore. I've managed to free him mostly of that.

Meh. This'll come along. I'll probably update a bit at a time, and I might change some facts. I've already changed his age once.

Also, my favourite colour is... Uhhh... Yeah... I seriously don't have one.
