Character sheets thread is here. That thread should be fine for OOC too.
Alright, here is the template I'd like you to use

Character name:
Class:
Skills and talents:
Items:
Bio:

As a general rule, try to keep your character from being much more powerful than the ones we first meet in the game. Characters who are skilled at what they do are fine, but warriors capable of taking down Sten or mages who know Inferno already shouldn't show up until later, in the interest of keeping everyone at one general power level.
Well, Dawnstar just sent me a pm saying he'd prefer for me to be the GM. I guess that means people can send any relative PMs to me.

Just my 2 cents, but I would caution against multiple GMs unless we truly need them due to group size and game scope. You invite in multiple possible issues when you have multiGMs. That's kinda silly. If the Horde isn't defeated than there is still an archdemon. Hey Horde this is Alistair, you know that kinda dopey Grey Warden who failed to defeat you, yeah I know your minds are bent under the control of an Ancient Corrupted God-Entity, but if you could follow my instructions instead that would be just swell. Even the Architect and the Mother, those awakened darkspawn demi-gods from the sequel, could not gain influence until the Archdemon had fallen.

Oh, I must have forgotten about the part where the archdemon is the only one capable of having control while it's around. Alright, so we'll scrap that part. Maybe he just ends up taking in an unprecedented amount of the darkspawn taint, kind of like Ruck. Does the game ever say what would happen if a Grey Warden were to be put in a situation like that? I'm assuming they wouldn't just die or go insane, or at least not as quickly as or in the same way a normal person would.
Yeah, me and Dawnstar are currently discussing how it will be written over pm. He wanted to GM and I don't plan on challenging him for the role, just so everyone knows.
That's definitely a cool idea. My first thought was of am Alistair who survived by learning to use the darkspawn disease inside him to control them. I can try to GM it if people want, but I dont need to.
Cool! Maybe it could be called Dragon Age: Darkest Days or something.
Hm, you're more than welcome to shoot me a PM if you want. I don't have a lot of experience with 1x1 but I'm pretty good with a variety of stuff and have a decent amount of experience.
I've been thinking about one that takes place during the alternate timeline in which the darkspawn win and take over Fereldan. It would obviously have an even more urgent tone than the first game and would mostly deal with the world mounting whatever defense it could against a blight capable of rivaling the first one. Thoughts?
