Geting up Vul realized that he had de-materialized and now he had to move on. Nearby he could hear the person who had come up on him around a corner. He slowly walked into the room, witch contained a large tank, dragging the chains.

Vul is in the hallway, passed out, and his chains are somehow molded to the floor, as if each turns into the shadows.

Deus doesn't know where they're taking him, but the feds seem to think this place would be a good fit. Maybe they knew something he didn't... as always Deus was given the 'great responsibility' speech as we all the 'great secret' one... nothing they hadn't told him a thousand times in previous places.
