Okay! Posted!

I am probably no where near you guys, and I probably need to put in some more posts to get to you guys. Unless you want to visit the Town of a Beginnings or something and see me.
Makoto runs into his room, jumping into bed. He was already mad that he was late for the opening hour, but that wasn't going to ruin his mood. He reaches for the NervGear, and grabs it with both hands. "This is it." Lincoln said, lowering the helmet on his head. Once he puts it on, he lays on his bed. "Link start!" Lincoln unnecessarily yelled.

Lincoln felt the excitement build up as he "warped" into the new world. He quickly built his character and accepted. He was finally inside the new world of endless possibilities. "Dang!" Lincoln exclaimed as he admired his surroundings. He was given the starter book and everything. He was strolling on down the streets, looking at the shops and the sky, until he noticed the grim looks on people's faces. A couple was gripping on to each other tightly in between two shops, and Lincoln couldn't believe his eyes. Lincoln slowly stepped forward to them, and knocked on the wall of the store they were sitting up against, gaining their attention. "Why are you guys so sad? Do you need anything? I couldn't help but notice everyone here is-"

Lincoln was interrupted by the girl, "We can't leave or we die!" Lincoln was nothing but confused, "What do you mean?" Lincoln queried. The guy went on to explain about everything that happened. The girl was still tearing and rocking back and forth. "She has been like this for hours," the guy said, "I feel so helpless."

Lincoln face was cold and void of all emotion. He didn't know what to think. Lincoln made his way out of the Town of Beginnings to the fields, walking like he just made it out of a WWII battle. He saw some guys out in the fields killing the low-level boars. Lincoln sat down in the middle of a field and fully took in what just happened. "Wha-" Lincoln couldn't talk. He fell flat on his back, not believing the facts he knows is true.

He opened his menu, no logout button.
I am so sorry guys! Like very truly super extremely sorry. I will have my IC up tonight.
The plethora of food was brilliant. There were so many choices. Then Paige asked for his answer; Chocolate or Vanilla. Lincoln looked at her, then looked down at the table for a bit. "Chocolate." Lincoln softly said, still looking down at the table. He realized what he was doing and snapped out of it. He quickly looked up and put a smile on his face, "Anyways, are you excited for the next year? Admittedly, I am a little nervous." Lincoln looked back at the surplus of food. "Dang, look at all this food. If only I had this much back at home. You know back at Slight, sometimes-" Lincoln stopped and his eyes widened. He realized that he is rambling. Lincoln becomes like this when he gets too comfortable in a situation or with a good friend. "I am sorry. Back to my original question. You excited?" Lincoln didn't look back at Paige when he said this, just continued to grab his fork and knife and began pile food on his plate.

Just to make sure before I post, has the game master guy already said that you can't leave?
Lincoln enjoyed walking beside Paige. It was something that comforted him. He couldn't put his finger on it. Paige went on to ask him where he is from, and explained further. The she apologized, and Lincoln was almost stunned from the apology, "No! No problem. Honestly. I like listening to you." Then realized how that came out, "I mean, it is just I never really had a conversation like this. I grew up in Slight to answer your question, and in Slight, I live in a logging family. Since slight is the main source of wood and everything."

Lincoln went on to explain how he worked day in and day out either doing odd jobs around his town, or cutting down trees and delivering them. He objected himself to let her know he also had friends, but everything is much different from here, "It isn't nearly as formal. Or clean." Lincoln chuckled a little. It was nice to be able to walk and talk with a friend, well, an acquaintance. Life moves so fast, and being able to do something like this is very relaxing. "So, Paige," Lincoln's eyes made his way to hers, "I have to ask you something." There was a short pause, "Chocolate or vanilla?" Lincoln grew a big smile.

Yay! Lincoln is going to be saved!
Hey, I saw that the IC has started! I saw will try to get my post up. I just wanna say I am really sorry for being behind. I will be active a lot more. I will get my post up after I eat lunch.
Lincoln waited there a second, before the door opened to the blonde girl he saw enter, which he assumed was Paige. The girl introduced herself, and stuck out her hand for a handshake. Growing up in Slight, nothing was very formal. It was kind of a dirty industrial place and everyone knew each other. Lincoln wasn't used to the handshake gesture, so he didn't have the quickest reaction to that. After what felt like a century of awkwardness, he flung his hand up and gave her a handshake. "It's nice to meet you, Paige."

After thinking that their encounter was over, he didn't expect her to ask him if he wanted to walk down to dinner with her. Lincoln was quick to say yes, wanting to get to know her, this was a perfect opportunity. "Of course." Lincoln responded, with a smile he hasn't worn in years.
