Oh, and to expand upon how much Sam knows, take the idea that there a parallel universes for everything ever. Let's say someone stepped on a lady bug, there are millions upon billions of different universes for what could have happened differently. Sam, with his power, can see all of them. Don;t ask how, the surgery gave his brain the capacity to hold that knowledge. He is literally the smartest thing to ever exist in the history of all the universe.

Psht, she'll never get him. She may be cold and cruel, but she's still just 100% human, and Sam is a future see-er! Anyone who goes to fight him will lose, even if an army is after him, he'll be able to kick em all in the face. And it's not like you'll be able to capture him. Sneak up behind him with a tranquilizer? He's already seen the ghost of you carrying him over your shoulders! He'll turn around and watch what you do, then grab your arm and not break it, but once again cause some damage
