Actually, Sam would be perfect for that, seeing as his ability would allow him to see everything that Bill could possibly do.

Sam was walking around Jump City happily, walking towards the docks, so that he could get on a boat to the TT's tower. He had recently joined and was upbeat about it. He payed the fee to ride the ferry and rode it to the island. When they arrived, he got off the boat and walked towards the tower. He hadn't met any of his fellow TTs, yet, but he planned to do so soon. He opened the entrance doors and instantly smelled it. He groaned and wheezed. He thought that this smell was probably coming from a monster that invaded the tower that was made of pure stink. He walked into the kitchen and saw a guy cooking something. "What is that? It smells disgusting!" he asked disgustedly. He plugged his nose, and the smell was blocked. "I'm Sam Quit. Who're you?"
Jayce saw the others enter the cafeteria, so he stood up from his table and walked over to Hershel and Nai. "Hello, you two!" he said as he walked over. He chuckled. "Looks like school is over and it's graduation day. It feels like only yesterday that I filled out an application..." he said as he remembered his first day.
I guess so... but that just feels weird to me :/
