First off, isn't the goal of the government and Vlad to create an army of strong creatures? And why would he punish him, he's obedient and truthful without question, and he could be punished normally. He wouldn't wince or react, though, but he'd definately feel it. I can change the animal, or just weaken the Chimera a bit

Zaen laughed at the fact she liked him, but then realized she was serious. He sighed. "I don't completely hate him, he hasn't done anything to me. The others probably hate him because of the torture and the cruelty. I'm kinda inbetween." he shrugged and explained.
