Sounds like a good idea, if your four each do your own jobs and sometimes help out with other's jubs and such, it would work well, but we're going to have to think what those jobs are. I think all of you should do that, and I'll just here, be pulling the strings... and at certain points (like if I have to leave for a period of time) I'll let you people ake control of my job, atleast until I come back. I'll let all of you do that, because I have to leave to sleep. If you get it figured out by morning, I'll be back and I'll make sure all of your jobs are satisfactory :)
