"I'll stop by there sometime soon..." she said to herself quietly. "And thanks, but I'm alright." she said. "But, uh, I'd like to show you something." she said a little nervously. She took her pet bug-robot out of her pocket and it wriggled around on her hand. It looked up at Pearl in a questioning motion. "It's, my, uh... pet." she didn't really like showing her robotic creations to other people, but she decided to, this time.
Chrysocolla was surprised that her new mentor, Pearl as she was named, was suddenly infront of her and shacking her hand. "Chrysocolla." she introduced herself. "And, uh... nice to meet you, too. Do you know where the other teachers are?" she asked.
"My name is Ryoko Nimunati." he introduced himself. "I do believe we are all part of his experiments." he bit into his hamburger, and his lion inside kicked in a little and he shoved it down his throat and ate the whole thing. "And it is also very nice to meet all of you. We're going to be spending a lot of time together."
Well, he's still human. Even his most-powerful thing he can create will make him struggle to stay conscious. A few guards with tasers and guns will likely stop whatever he's drawn. He'll obviously try and escape, but with the amount of firepower and guards Vlad has, most likely they'll be able to knock him out and torture him.

Personality: Sly, smart, deceiving, lying, manipulating and very good at drawing
Ability: Artistic Personification- He can take anything that's drawn out of the picture and bring it to life/make it an object. The limit to this is that while he can draw and bring anything of any size to life/make it an object, the more powerful/bigger the drawing he takes is, the less he can draw and the more tired he is until he takes away the creature/object. The highest extent of power/size without blacking out would be a nice one-story house (object) or a young dragon (life), but if he draws either of these, he will literally be on the edge of blacking out and would have to struggle to stay conscious. If he were to even draw an ant or a pencil, he would black out. Once he gets rid of the large object/powerful creature, he's back to the energy he had before and can continue to draw more things.
Bio: He was born in a high-class family of large wealth, with a mother and father that had an arranged marriage. His father was rarely, if ever, home because he worked as the president of a very large company. As an only child, his mother pushed him to be absolutely perfect, meaning that if he did anything against any sort of rule, he would be punished much more than he should've. This made him very smart when it came to not getting caught breaking the rules, and made him very sly and cunning. His mother put him in a private school with only 'the best education money could buy', making him quite smart. Also, as a child, he loved art and making it, and aspired to be an artist. He loved to draw and his mother decided to get special lessons on art, and he became quite good at it. He could paint, draw, and do anything involving art well.
He lived for 18 very strict years with this kind of life, but when he turned 16, he ran away. He was glad he did so, and didn't miss mother a bit. He became involved in a series of organized crimes, but made sure to hide his identity during these. He finally got caught a year later at age 17 when he and a small group robbed a bank at gunpoint. What they didn't know was that the bank was a trap. The police had been trying to catch them for a year, and they had been robbing banks recently a lot, and so they went to a bank and set a trap for them. Atisuto felt something was off when they were robbing the bank, but never realized what it was that was off until the last second, and then police stormed in and arrested them all. The others were sent to prison, but he was given the choice whether to go to prison to or be tested in a new 'program', and he chose the program.

Yay! I think the Clown is a good idea as long as it doesn't cause too much harm. Grigori makes the circus for entertaining normal people and showing them that freaks are to be embraced not shunned, though I will allow if he is unable to control his powers.
The way he would work is that he has powers of phycosis, where he naturally makes the minds of people and the world around him a bit less in conatct with reality, and a bit more fearful. He and everything around him seem much more insane and fearful. Now, if there's a man who's afraid of clowns, Bobo the Clown's natural ability could be a bit... dangerous. He can also actively use phycosis powers, to create one's fears in their own mind. The very dangerous thing about this ability is that if somebody's really afraid of clowns, likely, the fear he induces mixed with their natural fear could... cause some damage. Possibly, they would hallucinate something attacking them, but likely they would be inflicting self-damage, but that's only if they were really afraid of clowns. The better side to his passive and active abilities are that the fact that if a person enjoys clowns, the fear abilities are cancelled out for them, and are replaced with the world being much happier and much more fun passivley around Bobo. In his active, he can make people's joys and desires and happiness come to real in hallucinations. That's about all his abilities have to offer.
